This machine has been nothing but problems for me. I have been in he shop number of times. Each time I am told I am operating it wrong. I am not. The device changes settings on its own. Drains there battery in about an hour, on or off. And now won't operate at all and displays a dive to hot to operate. When I took it in to get the the person there pointed to the sign "all sales are final" and refused to help me. Vape shops are everywhere. Vape equipment is new and bound to have defects. Don't deal with a shop that will not honor a loyal customer. This shop will screw you no matter how much business you have done worth them

He then became very rude after telling me to call the police and leave his store. This place may be a vape shop but they have much more than that. Prices are a smidgen high but worth it to try something new. The guy who helped me out was super friendly and helpful.
