Tried to call Meijer to see if it was indeed ready and was still on the phone, on hold, 15 min later when we pulled up to their window. They claim they are just very busy - really? More likely that they completely forgot they had me on hold. And, they said there were no refills available, then that the refill expired - we told them the refill doesn't expired till 2023 but attendant said there was nothing she could do. Then I asked about getting a text today for a prescription ready for pick up for my son (who, I checked is not expecting any prescriptions at all) - they had nothing. Who's in charge of this flying umbrella?? Transferring any and all prescriptions to a different pharmacy - you know, one that actually knows what they are doing and that can actually help when something goes wrong.

Even after me stating at least twice a month I switched to Ascension. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. I'm in the process now of switching pharmacies before I DIE WAITING ON THEM TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY‼ Thinking about obtaining a lawyer so they can pay my last 2 hospital bills plus pain and suffering.

First thing you notice is a lot of gas pumps, definitely not as many as Buc-ee's, but then again who has more gas pumps than Buc-ee's? Parking lot was okay. So that tells me they take pride in how their store looks. The restrooms were clean and easy accessible which made it perfect just to get in and get out. Bottom line? First they know you by name which is incredible in a world filled with bad customer service. You can actually talk with a pharmacist and not wait 30 minutes. They are prompt and will go the extra mile for you which I can't say about many places. It's a very small place with some typical items like bandages, etc. You don't feel overwhelmed walking in because the pharmacy is only a few feet away from the entrance. It's a gem in a world with big soulless companies.
