More likely that they completely forgot they had me on hold. And, they said there were no refills available, then that the refill expired - we told them the refill doesn't expired till 2023 but attendant said there was nothing she could do. Then I asked about getting a text today for a prescription ready for pick up for my son (who, I checked is not expecting any prescriptions at all) - they had nothing. Who's in charge of this flying umbrella?? Transferring any and all prescriptions to a different pharmacy - you know, one that actually knows what they are doing and that can actually help when something goes wrong.

So every 10 days I have to have approval from my oncologist and insurance. Which I totally understand. But there is one particular pharmacist (Heather) that refuses to refill my prescription until I'm literally down to my last pill even though it's approved by my doctor and insurance. This has been a severe problem due to fact that when I had to pick it up last time I called as always and was told it would be ready in 2 hours.Well when I arrived there that particular Friday she told me she couldn't refill it until Sunday due to the fact that I should have at least a few meds to get me thru the day. Ok so what do I do on Saturday when I'm clear out?? It's not my problem that this location is closed on Saturdays. So in essence she wanted me to suffer and wait until day 12 to get my medication. This particular pharmacist should be fired thinking she can play God with your pain medication. All the other 2 gentleman pharmacist has never given me an issue about refilling this on day 10 for a 10 day script. This isn't the first time she has done this to me. I pray no one else should have to suffer with this awful disease and than let alone not get your prescription from this Horrible and insensitive pharmacist. Never going back.
