They offer a variety of very tasty prepared foods, and their steaks are really decent as well. Liquor prices are very competitive with a decent selection. Absolutely love Costco. It is a great place for fruit and bulk snacks. I don't have a large family, but we have certain things that make more sense to purchase here because the vaule is higher. Laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel...all a better value because I'm spending the same amount as I would elsewhere but have to replace it less. The staff is great. I have had nothing but good experiences. When the line is long, they have anticipated traffic and have a system in place to get the lines moving. This is one of my regular Costco locations. The parking is plentiful. The store is well organized and clean. I've never had to ask for assistance, but the food samplers and check out employees are always friendly. The selection seems comparable to other Costcos I've visited around the area and around the country. There are some things Costco cannot be beat on, like their famous pesto, the Kirkland vodka, the bakery items and more, but don't forget to check out plants and clothing deals. Still the best place to get gas even though it was $.10 more than the competitor down the road I opted for this location for the rewards on the credit card. I appreciate that there is an attendant and two pumps in each lane. I try to avoid actually shopping at the store on weekends as it can get really busy and long wait times for checking out and then again at the door. read more

We've been Costco members for close to 2 years now and I really owe this location and update & upgrade. This location is by far my favorite in the area and thankfully also the closest to home. Since joining, we have completely stopped shopping at Target - the Costco quality and pricing on paper products, cleaning supplies, home goods and OTC meds can't be beat. Just one example is daily allergy meds - I can get a 365 day supply from Costco for less than $10. Have you ever priced out Claritin? The savings on this alone easily justifies the $60 annual cost, and that's just ONE item. Other great things: car rental prices, almost all the Kirkland stuff (except the TP, that stuff is BAD), dress shirts and pants for the Mister and bed sheets. We did end up upgrading to Exec because we've made some bigger item purchases - this years rebate completely pays for next years membership. The two reasons I decided to sign up for a membership was because 1: I can get my OTC allergy meds much cheaper here. 2: all of the political stuff that's been going on I like what Costco has done by not bending the knee. Today 8/26/25 really just pissed me off. Went to scan my card to enter at 9:40. Haughty woman working the door informs us very rudely that we can't enter because we aren't "executive members". Lady the hours on the Apple Maps says 9am. There's nothing stating on there who can enter when, so maybe something needs to be fixed. Or better yet just let everyone come in at the same time because it's incredibly stupid to do it the other way. read more

Wow Just spoke with a manager about food recalls and the posting ordinances for public information about recalls. Spoke with Manager ANDREA. So rude !! She was NOT ABLE to tell me about what the STATE OF Wi requires for public posting about recalls - which is part of the licensing to sell food in WI and EVERY MANAGER should know. They have to be FOOD SAFE CERTIFIED!! Ask someone who does know !!!! Werent you trained ?? When she rudely said "Am I not able to say, nor am I comfortable saying" thats a huge issue. I explained Iam asking to know what the regulation is. I need to know if its required cause many other stores dont. I've come to this location a couple of times and the parking lot is always unorganized. The greeters and test tasting ppl are very nice and definitely hold up to the standards I'm used to at the various Costco's I've been accustomed to. Today was a different story. At self check out I was singled out and asked to show both sides of my membership card. No one in the line was required to show their ID prior to checking out and this was after I had already scanned my card at the register. Is this the new normal? New policy? I have never experienced this before, and as the only customer in that close vicinity who is a POC, I makes me question if I was racially profiled? It's uncertain as it seemed too coincidental that the only brown person was asked to confirm that it was my face on my card. Only my second time ever at a Costco, but I think my first time to this one. It was super clean and fairly easy to navigate. There's a spot for self check-out and also cashiers to ring you out. There's a guy manning the door and each receipt is checked before you leave. I wanted to come here right my friend because I wanted these coconut roll snacks that they typically carry. Alas, they did not have the coconut rolls, but what they did have was my favorite Candy/snack ever. Chocolate covered coconut almonds. And they come in a big bag and oh my god these are so dangerous. If you like coconut, you absolutely have to give these a try. I'm obsessed and feel I need to return solely for this item. Parking was easy and it wasn't too busy, although the parking lot looked packed. I was able to get gas at a cheaper price too, which I really appreciated. Outside from a few snack items, I did actually grocery shop but found most of the stuff so unnecessary. I didn't need two huge bottles of ketchup but it would have been nice to get one big bottle or one normal sized bottle. It's neither here nor there. You come to get things in bulk or you just don't get much. The style of shopping isn't really for me but I'll be back for my favorite snacks. read more

Buyer beware, do not accept an appliance delivery from Costco without having the delivery person taking it completely out of the box and filming the condition of the unit. Also check to see it has feet. Any hidden damage due to delivery or shipping not reported in 90 days voids your warranty from the manufacturer and Costco. Now have a $800 8-month old paperweight that no one will take responsibility for. The damage was completely hidden at the time of delivery. read more

I am a college student in my 20s and I have gone to Costco with my mom who has a membership. The lady at the checkout Jackie was her name declined my payment saying "the card that's paying for my groceries needs to be in my mother's name since her name is on the membership card." Well jackie, I am $78,000 in student debt currently why would I pay for my own membership when I have my mother who offers to take me with hers. I love Costco and have always had great experiences with the workers there, until today. Carmela was our cashier and we knew we had a lot of things in our cart because we were buying holiday presents for our customers. Before we got the chance to tell her how many of each item we had/take out majority of the items, she said, "how am I ever going to reach that stuff in the back? Can you take some of it out?". Really impressed at the store and its employees in the age of the Coronavirus! All people traffic was directed in and out a single door, with multiple "aisles" to allow for social distancing. Carts were sprayed down with sanitizer and then handed to customers that wanted them. Tables allowed for distance at the service counter, alternating checkout lanes were open to allow for space and tape marks on the floor let us know where to stand with our carts as we approached the cashier. Obviously no samples either, and a sign at the front of the store let us know which "hot" items were available for purchase before heading into the store. But most of all, the friendly and positive attitude of all of the employees was really the highlight here. This is a very stressful time and the way that Costco takes care of their employees was really evident here in how they were all carrying themselves. A++! read more

Have been enjoying Costco but noticed that they seam to be going down hill fast. I returned a 799$ item they put it on the cost co Goff card. I decided to check balance. The money was gone went into store with receipts they didn't do anything but wast 1/2 hr of my time. Now I'm on phone with corporate was told they would get the money in three days. I'm always and ever a fan of Costco. Who doesn't love good deals on quality merchandise? If Costco is selling it, I definitely have confidence that it's going to be exceptional and at a reasonable price. We've had a Costco membership for many years in multiple cities (because teen boys eat a lot, yo!) and have always been happy with our membership. What I love: +Their deli prepared meals are always good. Our faves include their white bean chicken chili, stuffed bell peppers, and chicken fettuccini alfredo. +Their salmon with pesto butter (also in the deli section) is so amazing. We get it at least a couple times a month if not more often. +They have great deals on whole bean coffee. We typically get French roast and can usually find a huge bag of varying brands at Costco at beyond reasonable prices. +Their bagels are so good. It's two packages, so we just bring them home and freeze them in individual bags and defrost as desired! +My guys are big fans of their mammoth muffins. They're huge and a breakfast staple in my house. +They carry a San Francisco sourdough that rocks socks. +Their vitamin/supplement section is comprehensive. It's nice to be able to buy vitamins/protein powder/etc in larger quantities! What I don't so much love about this particular location: +It's not my favorite store design/layout as far as where things (like their clothing section) are located. I feel like it's not quite as intuitive as other locations. +The parking/lot entry situation is also not the best layout and just overall makes the entire experience feel more chaotic than it needs to. Should be no stars. I will never trust my car to the Menomonee falls Costco tire center ever again. They did me wrong, and in the end I don't feel they were willing to make things right.  I bought 4 new tires a little over a year and a half ago and they told me 2 of my rims were bent, so they put them on the back of the car so it wouldn't shake as much.  That didn't make sense because when I drove down to the store on the freeway my car drove smooth, and when I drove home the whole car shook.   I contacted their front end supervisors 5 or 6 different times saying they bent my rims. I felt they kept blowing me off untill they finally turned my claim over to their insurance company. They just passed the buck, and their insurance company denied my claim saying that couldn't have happenen, yet my car was smooth driving on the freeway to Costco before I got the new tires, and it shook afterwords driving home. I didnt want to spend $600.00 to $700.00 to replace my rims so I just tolerated the car shaking some. Last Thanksgivig we were visiting family out of state so I took our car to have their local Costco  rotate my tires.  They also balanced them and said everthing was fine. They balanced just fine. Driving home on the freeway the car rode smooth.  Thankfully I didn't spend all that $$$ replacing my rims. My experience tells me in my situation, the Menomonee Falls tire center was not competent in balancing my tires.  I had the same thing happen 4 or 5 years ago at the Menomonee Falls Costco tire center where they said I had one bent rim. I spent about $300.00 on a new rim, because I trusted them but now I think my rim wasn't bent back then either. This time I contacted a front end manager at the Menomonie Falls Costco and wanted  $400 worth of compensation, since I believe I wasted about $300.00 on the rim 4 or 5 years ago, plus a little something for the frustration of my car shaking for the last 1 1/4 years.  She said to email my original paperwork to her that I filed a year earlier to them. The woman just sent it back the insurance company. The insurance guy called me and said "hey, we denied this a year ago. We told you we weren't gonna pay you anything for this claim". But they offered me $50.00 and wanted me to sign some big contract which had a clause that said if certain conditions were present, they could come after me legally.  I went back to the Costco and spoke to a different manager. He got the insurance company to offer me more, but it still didnt even cover the cost of the rim I bought 4 or 5 years ago when I trusted their tire center.  Their customer service was very poor for me. We like Costco a lot, and shopa there often. Just not the Menomonee Falls tire center and how the management at this particular store handled my situation. Sorry this is so long, but I just chose to write this review, intead of taking their insurance companies low offer to compensate me for my lousy experience at the Menomonee falls Costco  store. read more

I just want to offer thanks again to Costco for staying the course on their Coronavirus response ... even as much of the rest of the country gets a bit wobbly. Costco's efforts include proactive social distancing for guests and employees, special shopping hours for seniors and special-needs folks, and giving priority access to Healthcare Workers and First Responders. We appreciate all these efforts, and it has increased the frequency of our Costco shopping trips ... notwithstanding the fact it ain't all that convenient here in urban Milwaukee! Normally I love Costco and I have shopped there often for many years. But their tire department, while offering good prices, has always had terrible service. Tonight I brought in my car by appointment to have my tire checked for a slow leak. They did not even examine the tire for the first two hours while the tire "dried out". After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, with almost no updates, I was told that a new tire needed to be ordered. They put my spare on and told me my new tire would be in in 5 to 7 business days. So I waited for 2 1/2 hours just to leave with the prospect of coming back in 5 to 7 days to wait around for another couple hours while my tire is replaced. I like their prices, but my time is also valuable. I think I am finished using Costco for their tire service. read more

I come to Costco often Costco is nice & clean Has many of the things I am looking for, even tires and gas. Grain free cat food is cheaper so that's always a plus - since thats what I feed my cats (it gets expensive if you are feeding 4 cats) You can't beat the friendliness of the employees. I am a brand new member of Costco - and they sure haven't let me down yet, beyond it being like the Target of groceries. You enter the store thinking you have a list, and you walk out with all these random new foods that are amazing but you had no need for and couldn't possibly eat with just two people in your household. They set up the store in a way that you pretty much HAVE to wander all or most of the aisles. It's like an Easter Egg hunt all over the store, finding all these fairly priced organic options. One of our new favorites, is their 4 pack pizza crusts. Random, yes, but totally delicious and cook up really well for homemade pizzas! We also appreciate their 5 dozen organic eggs box, although it doesn't fit in the fridge that well, it keeps us from buying eggs so often. The Rotisserie chicken is a steal as well, and my husband loves grocery shopping now because of their pre-made dinners in the back. Probably the real reason he loves it, is the brats and hot dogs you can buy whether or not you're a member up front to satiate your hunger after wandering the cavernous store for hours. We were worried about if the membership would be worth it. Our fears were unfounded, as we choose to go their more often instead of the regular grocery stores and they also offer many other discounts such as travel deals and tires, etc. read more

I love the store and the discounts and savings. I however, do not wish to hear Sawsan - name tag or Susie E -receipt, talk poorly about the sitting President of the United States to another customer. Her rhetoric about being Lebanese and the POTUS messing with them and stating "He's going to get what's coming to him!" Is hostile and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers and fellow employees. Regardless of an employees political views or ideation, they need to keep those aggressive comments to themselves and discuss such opinions on their own time. Only thing wrong with Costco is that, depending on where you live, you may have to drive a distance to get to one. We buy our paper goods there, our meats (excellent), wines (limited but good choices), cashews (best anywhere) and gas. We have bought computers, TVs, mattresses, shirts, books, party trays and tires. This week I tried a hot dog! (Great deal) We don't go regularly because of the distance, but the annual membership is well worth it. read more

What a great experience I had here on Friday! With all the chaos of the coronavirus and the chaos/crowds while people were preparing to quarantine - Costco in Menomonee Falls is doing an AMAZING JOB! I was so impressed with how organized it was, despite lines wrapped around the store for 3 aisles. They he employees sanitizing all the carts, employees directing you where to go to get in line, every other register open to promote social distancing, flying through the longest lines I've ever seen in record time! We use both the Meno Falls and Pewaukee location. Wish they were in Brookfield. Uniformly high quality items and foods, excellent lamb chops and the pharmacy prices are the lowest I've found if you are paying out of pocket. Neither location is open to customer suggestions for items to carry or continue. You can go one time and find what you want, then that item is not in stock a month later, told they "switch items in and out." We suggested they sell "supreme pizza" out of the deli instead of just cheese or pepperoni: were told that cheese and pepperoni are "popular." Well duh! People can't buy what you don't carry! Quantities are huge which makes shopping a problem for smaller families or couples (which is most of us nowadays.) I'm selective about what I buy, sticking to things that can store or freeze in smaller portions. TP, laundry and DW detergents are excellent. Deli items are good, but huge portions. Roast chickens are excellent. Milk tastes better than supermarket brands. Butter is good deal but you have to freeze what you are not using right away. Bought a fresh fraser fir Xmas tree at the Meno Falls location, out of a trailer. Took a flyer since we could not examine the shape: tree was fantastic, fresh and perfectly shaped/trimmed from local tree farm in Wisconsin. A bargain at $35. read more
