This company posses no integrity and displays a complete lack of concern with customer service or…read moresatisfaction. We were sent the wrong type of batteries which we had pre-paid for before they even shipped. We had technicians onsite ready for a changeout at a large critical power facility that was experiencing an emergency situation which prompted us to send employees out a few days early to handle the change out. Our technicians were down for several days waiting for this mistake to be corrected. Exponential power said the soonest they could get us the corrected batteries was 4 days after techs were onsite and we reached out, which wasn't soon enough, so we arranged and paid for expedited shipping to correct their mistake and save face in front of our customer and cut the delivery time in half. The VP called me the next week apologizing and I mentioned to him the costs associated with this mess up and he asked me to send him an invoice and he would see what he could do. I never received a response from him after I sent over the invoice. I followed up a month later after no response regarding reimbursement or the invoice and was told, "We will not be able to support any of this that was sent. I understand it was painfully for all Exponential included, but there si nothing we can do with this request." (the typos are in there because this is a copy and paste of exactly what I was sent.) We not only paid for the initial wrong shipment freight, the corrected shipment freight, our employees time and travel expenses that were increased due to their mistake; but also the cost of repalletizing the incorrect shipment and our staff's labor waiting for their truck to arrive and them loading the incorrect shipment for return and the VP, Rocky Columbo, denied all financial responsibility for their mistake. I responded to Rocky's email and added Jake Walker (the president) quoting their webisite's About us page and the level of customer service they claim to possess and asked them if they believe that's the experience they gave us and neither responded. I also attempted to call both of them and left them each a voicemail which I followed up with an email, and still received no response. This company lacks all integrity and ownership over their mistakes. Their customer service claims are 100% false.

Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

Kaylee was so helpful and always willing to mock up new ideas with me and that was always appreciated. The process was amazing from the very beginning and all our florals looked STUNNING. My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and she took every detail I gave her to make it how I wanted. We did not have a ton of florals but we had candles on our tables and we received compliments all night of how elegant everything looked. Their team was so quick to help make adjustments on the wedding day to make sure everything looked beautiful and it did. I absolutely loved working with flowers for dreams!

Fred never got me legitimate receipts for tax purposes. NEVER heard from FRED G. again on any consignment items. Fred didn't return texts or calls. Fred G. steals from vulnerable clients. I've read customer reviews... same experiences and complaints about Fred G. and his SCAM resale shop.

We let Fred's team into our home because he promised: Photographic inventory of the items we trusted him to take without us there..... we got nothing. He ignored emails from my sister and myself for months. He promised monthly checks as well.... after months of no responses from Fred, my sister asked me to go in to his shop. I did. Fred bumbled around came up with a bunch of bizarre excuses. Including saying my sister said to only work with her... she is the one who sent me there to confront him as to what stuff he took, and why he hadn't paid or communicated in months. He tried to bizarrely blame her. Anyways. Read other reviews and his attempted brags in his responses about how many clients he's had... which just support all the other reviewers stating how he ripped them off during tough family times. He's also been trying to get a review I left removed... Yelp admin... if you ever need receipts for any of these facts Fred tries to get taken down, feel free to contact me.

We purchased quartz countertops from IKEA and they contract with McDermott as the fabricators and…read moreinstallers. This review is based on my interactions with McDermott only. Once our order was placed through IKEA, McDermott called a day or so later to setup the laser measure appointment. I missed the first call and got a voicemail. I promptly called back but I didn't hear the caller leave a name. So after calling several times I was finally able to connect with a project manager to schedule the time. They are very thorough explaining everything and provide a follow-up email to cover the details of the call. Two days prior to the measure they send a reminder email with all the details and 30 minutes prior to their arrival day of they call you. The person arrived and the measurements went as noted in the call/email. It didn't take very long and I was asked questions pertaining to the tops, plumbing, cabinets, etc. A template is created with all the information pertaining to the job. After the measurements and template are signed off on, it goes back to IKEA to adjust any pricing based on the accurate measurements. This part of the process was slightly frustrating but that would be in a separate review of IKEA. McDermott called again to schedule the installation of the countertops. Communication was a little easier this time with the name of the scheduler and a prompt same day return phone call. I was surprised how quickly they were able to come install the tops. Same mentioned previously they followed up with an email and information on what to expect for installation. Before the installation date I did have to call to confirm if we were responsible to level the cabinets once our old countertop was removed. We did the demo ourselves and they did inform me we were responsible for leveling. If they did it the project manager explained it could be expensive. Luckily we were able to handle that. The day of installation I received a call 15 minutes prior to their arrival. Upon the installers arrival they managed to back down our driveway and run into a tree, breaking a branch...not a great start. But the two guys came in and started on the work right away. They explained the process and took care of a couple things on the cabinet tops so the installation would go more smoothly. After everything was finished and sealed they went over care and maintenance of our tops. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Overall we are very pleased with the countertops! The timeframe from purchase to installation was relatively quick, a total of 7 weeks. Communication could have been slightly better in beginning and I wish the installers didn't break our tree but we got our new tops.

I have radius corner absolutely terrible..They claim it's standard for changes in direction. White quartz countertops with silicone all over them.Tried charging me for custom when nothing was custom.Do not use McDermott horrible customer service and experience.Do not work with Whitney terrible customer service.
