I was impressed by the professionalism Sean showed. A few days later, I got a call saying that UPS had lost the item and that I should pick out a replacement and let him know what it was,. I did so and today I received a call that my new watch was in. I am very pleased with the watch and totally impressed with how Sean handled it all.

We tried a dealer and they were not able to reprogram it. They did not try anything else. We decided to see what Batteries Plus could do for us. BP tried one day, but the tool they were using to reprogram it, did not work. They requested we come back the next day when the manager was there. My husband went back the next day and the Manager attempted to reprogram the key fob. Unfortunately this time, the attempt failed. The Manager did not give up and suggested to replace the battery. To their surprise, the key fob worked!!! To my surprise, it's still working after a month. Thank you to the Manager who did not give up and made my key fob work again!!!

I ordered the battery but installation didn't appear as an option. I contacted Customer Service and they replied that I need to call the store. Not helpful... I tried again and this time installation did come up as an option. After completing the order, I looked forward to getting a new battery before winter hit. Imagine my disappointment the next day when I received an email that my order was cancelled and to call the store. No explanation, no apology. Ended up finding another place to install the battery and after several days of not receiving any notification about my initial order, I stopped in today. The woman there was friendly and efficient and confirmed that both orders were canceled as they didn't have a person to install the battery on the day I wanted. She showed me the notes on the cancellation but seemed unaware that these are not actually passed on to the customer.

Get at it from the back side, the different store parking lots don't connect in front. It was busy here but they work through the lines quickly in spite of the fact that each customer has some very precise esoteric unusual question. I needed obsolete fluorescent bulbs that the previous owners of my house must have installed when Jimmy Carter was President. They found the last 6 in the back, let me rephrase this, in the back of the store they found the last 6 of these bulbs in existence, or at least in the state of Wisconsin. And, instead of gouging me, they charged me less than they were originally because they were a discontinued item. You can get phone and notebook computer screens replaced, all sorts of unusual batteries and light bulbs, car batteries (installed in front), it's a pretty useful place.

I was already frustrated that I showed up to find it was closed, now you want me to waste more time to call you and tell you again, the place was closed during open business hours? You don't need me to go over "appropriate solutions" you just need to make sure the posted hours match the times the door are unlocked. Instead of having a whole "Customer Care Team," why not move a couple members of this team to this store so it can be open when the schedule on the door says the store is open? Or does the Customer Care team just not care about that?

I decided to get a second opinion at a different location and like magic the guy brings me my watch perfectly working again after I was told by the 27 st store it's dead and a new battery won't fix it. I don't know what shadyness happened at the 27 st store but the Hales Corners store pulled off a miracle or just did there job and satisfied a walk in customer, who knows. The customer experience with the two stores are night and day for such a simple transaction. I seriously can't understand two different outcomes from two locations with one watch.

I watched part of the process and although maybe I could do it myself if I had the oddly specific tool, but probably not. I would have been in and out if I wasn't distracted by the flashlights I don't need but can't seem to resist. I recommend this place if you need need batteries or light bulbs. I suppose it's a pretty good name. Right next to a bakery to make the trip tastier.
