The crew that works the night shift currently is not welcoming and makes me want to avoid that location. It wasn't even the fact I bought 5 and parts (brake caliper brackets & gas cap)and 3 of them were the wrong parts. when I brought them back the employee that sold them to me didn't even seem to care and couldn't even give me a fake "I'm sorry man".. you know... for wasting my time and then sending me to a different location to get the caliper brackets... you know because they didn't have them in the first place. Mistakes are gonna happen but they don't have to be so smug about it.. I'll pass up this place and head to NAPA from now on.

However, I'm not the fastest of walkers, especially lately with a pulled knee. I don't know where the sales rep was going in such a hurry when he didn't even know what car was mine. He even made it in the store behind the desk before I even had a chance to walk around the corner from the parking lot that's oddly placed to the side of the entrance. Kinda bummed at what the scanner detected personally. He did share the pricing of the parts, but not much info willingness to answer any other questions which just made me hesitant to pre-purchase parts for a mechanic. This place is definitely not my realm so someone being a little warmer, would have been nice.

I had to ask for help, when I told them I needed the machine put on my vehicle to tell me what the error was both indicated they did not know how to use the machine and could not help me. Do not go to this O'Reilly they were discourteous, unpleasant and only looked up from their phones long enough to tell me they didn't know how to use the machine.

This was years ago and on that visit I left with a non working watch which surprised me because a battery replacement always brought it back to life. The guy who helped me came back after a few minutes and informed me that after two good batteries were tried the watch is basically junk because a new battery didn't make my watch function anymore. Well I threw it in my junk drawer and forgot about for years after buying a replacement watch, fast forward years later and my atomic watch which doesn't have a battery actually stopped working. Before I replaced my current watch I remember my old watch and thought how about a second opinion and I went to the Hales Coroners location and after 5 minutes the guy handed me my supposed junk watch working perfectly with a new battery, WTF BS is going on at this location and why would you completely lie to a customer or maybe he thought he could get my watch thinking just throw it away for me if it's junk. I'm completely on the fence about ever using this company again and just going to a jewelry store like I have done in the past. This is seriously a stain on the batteries plus brand and shame on them.

I was impressed by the professionalism Sean showed. A few days later, I got a call saying that UPS had lost the item and that I should pick out a replacement and let him know what it was,.
