The service was poor, I had to take it somewhere else to have the codes tested and read. After having my car tested I needed an alternator so I called this store to order one they said they had one but when I picked it up they didn't have it so I had to wait around for them to order one. When it finally came inI brought the alternator but the worker never told me it wasn't a new one it was a rebuilt alternator which i never knew they sold. I had the mechanic put this part in and it was a piece of crap! So I had to take it out of my car and return it and found out it wasn't new so I had to buy a new one and put that one in my car. I would not suggest this OReillys!

I have a summer toy that spends most of its life in the garage so it sits for about 7 month with out being driven/rarely started and anyone who does this has to deal with battery issues. Normally this is no big deal because I use a jump box but it died last year and the car was absolutely dead so I needed to get a new battery jump starter this year to get the car going. The price range is $50 to $600 for jump boxes after comparing all the parts stores but I didn't need anything fancy or expensive because it's going to be used a couple times a year in spring time only. Oriellys had a $59.99 unit which would work well for my needs and it was on the shelf and to my surprise I pushed the battery status button, it was 100% charged so I didn't have to wait to charge it up and started my toy right away and drove I off with it in minutes. I stood in line to pay for the thing and a guy says open over here and a second guy says open here with a discount, who do you think I went to. I thought they were just playing around with the customers but the guy actually gave me $6 off and how fuc#%ng cool is that for a first impression because I have never been to this store and I thought it looked dumpy and I didn't know what to expect from them. Way to go Oriellys for my first visit, what I thought was going to be a couple hour ordeal on my only day off was as simple as it could have been so I'm definitely going back when I need something car wise. First of all, it took about 8 HOURS to get my phones switched over from Sprint to T-Mobile. I was told there was a special where you could swap in used phones...as long as they weren't broken and get free phones. THEN I was told you could get these nicer phones, the S21 for a "BOGO." I'd honestly never heard the term before. Buy one, get one free. Couldn't pay for the phone in the store at the time(which is what I wanted to do)...needed to pay. But my Bill will NOT be over $145 dollars. They absolutely GUARANTEE this. Shanna was the women I dealt with. First bill comes and they overcharge me. It's roughly $330 or so. I go into the store, talk to Shanna as she literally said SHE'D take care of it, if they overcharged me, she'd talk to the regional manager herself. So I went in, she said she sent the phones in too late. Ok, fine. So they send me a 100 dollar "gift card," which is a joke, they could have credited the account, but they charge you for each money you use it...whatever, just another way to play games and take your money. Anyway, 2 months later I go in there, talk to her and my bill is now 211 and change. Now I was told EACH time...and I went there with another family member, the bill would not be more than 145. I was on the magenta 55+ plan, 4 lines. But it'd take a few months for the credits to apply. I waited a few more months like an idiot. I call T-mobile, they're looking into it. Few more calls, looking into it, they'll get back to me. Finally, went in, talked to Garrett the Manager, explained the issue. Said Shanna no longer works at the T-mobile store, she works at a different one. He goes in the back to call her and says she doesn't "remember any BOGO," so they ask me the details. FINALLY turns out because I was a member of Sprint and T-Mobile bought Spring, I wasn't eligible for the "BOGO." So it's about 9 months after the fact now(Garrett is still "looking into it," after 2 months and hasn't gotten back to me, so...ya know, not holding my breath on that one). I went in there to ask about any details they had. I WANTED to just get cricket Wireless, buy my phones outright and not get locked into ANOTHER bad contract...and they got me again. They got me by repeatedly promising me an EXACT price...and I LITERALLY recorded the 2nd conversation where she said the price would be 145 WITH the price of the phone. So apparently she was wrong about that as the price of ONE phone is ~40 dollars a month, but she got the fact that I could get one FREE wrong as I'm getting charged an extra ~80 dollars a month. And as I said in another review, Shanna was helpful, it's just a joke of a process. She had to call in about 6-7 different times to get the phones transferred over. She was trying, it was just a joke with Sprint and T-Mobile. But that I could understand...she was trying, she was helpful. We were up against a time limit as my Sister was going back to Texas the next day and runs a small business and needs her phone obviously. And as I said, the last time I went there, I spoke with Garrett who called Shanna at the new store she was at and said she said she'd never remembered me. Didn't give any details like, "the two guys who were in here for 8 hours and about 10 hours over a 2 day period who bought 4 new phones and were pressed for time because we needed to get this done before my sister left for Texas." Oh...and the Cherry on top, when the person I was working with took the "new" charger I needed out of the box to show it to me, she never put it BACK in the new box. So when I got home, my Sister was short on a charger. She didn't find out until she was in Texas. So I guess basically the moral of the story is...you can't do anything about it. They can tell you whatever price they would like in the store, you can get all the assurances you want...they can still charge you whatever you'd like and you're completely out of luck and you just have to take it. Took nearly 9 MONTHS to find out I was NEVER eligible for the "BOGO," which again, I realize is a common phrase, but not one I use, so it's just annoying to me that suddenly Shanna doesn't remember the interaction and because now after being told I WAS eligible for it...I'm actually not....despite Shanna guaranteeing me that she'd call her boss and guaranteeing I'd get the discount on my phone if the credits didn't "transfer within a couple months." Now I'm just rambling, but I'm just so annoyed with this place.

I tried to buy an expensive radio that was listed on the website and pay with a bank transfer as offered on the website. Over a week nobody from HRO called or tried to contact me to secure payment only after I emailed them. First they told the radio didn't exist (but I had called the Orlando store they confirmed the radio was there) then they said some one purchased prior to my buying on the website, then they inplied that they sold the radio from underneath me because I hadn't paid. Well the website clearly states that someone from HRO would contact me to arrange payment THAT NEVER happened. Bottomline, every person I came into contact with including their so-called National Sales Manager tried to dodge accountability and eventually tried to make it somehow my fault. So save your time and avoid future disappointment and regret and buy from DX Engineering they have always been upfront, honest and no bullshit unlike HRO!

He just says "I don't know" and "not sure". There is also a young black girl who works in there (don't know name) who just sits scrolling on her phone and rolling her eyes when you walk in. She looks at you as if you are disturbing her by even walking in. There is ZERO desire to help in this store location. My husband and I have gone in a handful of times since moving to the area, and each time they "have no wi-fi", so they can't "do anything to help". After finding out this was a franchise, it made more sense. They are NOT AT&T corporate, so they have no motivation to care. If you're in the area, go to the corporate AT&T store off Burleigh in Wauwatosa. It's right off 41, and full of smiling, helpful employees ready to help!!
