That was NOT what I wanted or expected I visited Hillside Auto Body in hope of getting a better quote. Shannon at Hillside saw the pictures of the damage and assured me they could do better on price, keep the car from being totalled and restore it to the condition it was in prior to being hit. Hillside completed the repairs and, I have to say, they did an amazing job! The door they replaced looks fantastic and they didn't do any work that wasn't necessary to jack up the bill. This shop restored my faith. They're a smaller shop, not a big chain focused on abusing the customers trust - and wallet. Don't give up on your car until you visit these people. Thank you, Hillside Auto Body!

My first experience with Tint Pros was disappointing, and I won't be returning. I was recommended…read moreby a friend who had a positive experience with them, but my own experience was far from satisfactory. I scheduled an appointment to remove the 7-year-old tint from my back window because it had started bubbling up (I guess that is normal for old tint). I arrived at the shop on a Saturday morning at 9 am, expecting to be served promptly. However, I and another vehicle waited outside until well after 9:30 am, as no one was at the shop. Meanwhile, I received texts confirming my appointment, but the employee was nowhere to be found. Finally, sometime after 9:30 am, an employee arrived to open the shop. He started working on removing the tint and servicing the other customer. I was out of the shop by 11:45 am, but the new tint that was installed had small bubble spots and an area that looked like there was a crease in it. I felt that the job had been rushed and poorly executed. I emailed Tint Pros about the issues and sent them pictures. They agreed to fix it. After the second attempt, I thought the tint was perfect, but days later, I noticed the same problems. The crease area was still present, just a little smaller, along with a few new spots. Again, they agreed to fix it. Now after the 3rd try, the small bubble looking spots are still there. You can only see them from outside of the window, but I give up. After this experience I'll continue to go to Blackout and spend the extra money for a better, more professional experience, where the tint is done right the first time. Pictures are from every visit.

It's hard to find businesses that value customer service and show their values through deeds - not words. Amazing. Thank you. I would also like to thank Lisa who followed through with information that I needed to make a decision on whether to do this repair or not. Businesses like this are rare. When I brought my car in, Denny greeted me and dropping my car off was quick and efficient. I ended up needing the rotors replaced and a new serpentine belt as well, and received a call asking if I wanted it fixed. I was hesitant to agree to this, being that most auto repair shops tend to take advantage of customers with as little automotive knowledge as me, but they said it was something that really needed to be done as soon as possible. When I came to pick my car up, Denny brought me back into the shop and showed me the old parts from my car and showed me what they were supposed to look/ function like, which I really appreciated and it really assured me that I needed the parts and that I was really being looked out for. They even ran a diagnostic for issues that I may want to look out for in the future. I've been back since and they made sure to ask if I was still satisfied with the repairs, which were phenomenal and my car with 204,000 miles is running as smooth as ever! Great service, I will definitely be a long-term customer!!
