With my 2-3 visits I was showed products & vehicles that were currently being worked on. My car 2013 Audi S8 was picked up taken to Lone Wolf Spa .. When it was returned I noticed a few things that were not to my satisfaction. Drivers door jam was still dirty, The rear window looked as if it was not touched and was cloudy. Also I was under the impression that he car would be washed, clay barred, and hand waxed.. It is my strong opinion that the car was never clayed. I asked if the car wax hand waxed? I was told no a spray wax was applied. Over $300 dollars for a hand wash detail the tires, an inside detail and a spray wax .. REALLY .. Then the next day I noticed the rear cup holder in-between the rear arm rest had been broken.. I called. The owner had me bring the car out and show him the damage. I did he agreed to come get the car and fix the damaged part by gluing it back together. While the car was there I asked them to wash the car.. When the car was returned I was charged $50.00 dollars for the wash. I was shocked at the price, and overwhelmed that they would charge me anything knowing that they had my car to fix what they broke. This considering I had to take my car from Waukesha Wi to Lannon Wi to have the owner inspect the damage they did,. Where is the compensation for my time ????? I recently bought a used car that had excessively dark tinting on rear windows. The Lone Wolf guys did a great job removing the tint and any residual adhesive without damaging the defroster wires. Well to start, I would not trust this business with your vehicle. I was looking for a place to get my car detailed as I have a brand new car and I'd like to keep it in good condition and willing to pay a little extra for a detail vs hand cleaning it. Well I searched places in the Waukesha area on google and this place came up with over 100 5 star reviews. Every single review is 5 stars interesting. Considering when I took my car to there it was in what looked like a super tiny rented shop with gravel/dirt parking lot. These super young boys took my keys. They looked about 18-20 years old. Didn't communicate anything with me as to when it would be done or go over what they were going to do or if I had and concerns I wanted them to focus on with the detail. Well 4 hours later I go back to get my car and look it over. For 1 or barely looks touched. Seats look cleaner, that's the only thing that looked clean. I was quoted $350 for an interior and exterior detail. The mats were barely touched. They didn't vacuum or clean under the seats which is what I needed done and the they didn't clean the door compartments at all and there was dirt by my speaker which was not there previously and the kid proceeded to say "oh that's hard to get out in those crevices dirt probably got all up in there cause you kick the door open" I never kick my door open. I don't put my feet on the door especially by the speaker. And then I check the back and I noticed a huge chunk of my interior is ripped due to whatever they were using to clean the cloth on the side of the door. The kid said it could have been from the steamer they used to get the stain out of the door. But then also told me in the same sentence it might not be from them. I assured them it was not from me. My car rarely has passengers and if it does nobody would ever do damage like that because it's always a short ride to and from somewhere. I am mostly in this car by myself or with someone in the passenger seat. I said they need to pay for this and I will not be paying for my car because they did nothing but make it look worse. The exterior still had dirt all over the door trims as well. Owner was not on site but one of his guys called him about it and he had given me a call saying they need to check the footage to see if it was their fault or not. There are zero camera in their shop where they were working on the interior and I kept asking the owner where the cameras were and he just kept saying I can't see them they're only in the back. Well they weren't working on the interior "in the back" I was there when they pulled it into their tiny garage they were working out of. Probably smaller than my single car garage at my apartment. We proceeded to ask the kid if they had cameras in here (with the owner on mute) he said no. So now the owner is lying to me. Then proceeds to call me the next day and give me the info saying they can replace it with a whole new door panel since that's the only way it can be fixed. It's a little over $200. Never said anything about the payment of the detail because I think he knew my answer was going to be kick rocks. I was willing to pay the difference of the detail vs the cost of the part. But he proceeded to send me a text that he's willing to order the part and I will need to pay the full price of the detail. Which makes zero sense. I'm not going to pay you $350 for damaging my car and then you pay the cost of the part. I was willing to pay the difference of the cost and let it be. But now they are getting a 1 star review. Id love to leave 0 stars. The people who picked their car up after me had a similar experience. No damage. But they didn't clean the salt on their rugs at all. Just vacuumed it. Oh and also maybe check your car over to make sure they didn't take any of your stuff out and forgot to give it to you. Because there will multiple things missing and also they won't be able to tell you if it belongs to you or someone else's car they detailed. Do not trust the 5 star reviews on this place. Worst business I have ever had and completely unprofessional. I guess thanks for the free cleaning and the part which is going to cost me $200 less than your terrible service. read more
