They had an opening from a cancellation on Tuesday morning, so I took that opening, and I was able to drop my car off on Monday evening. There is a key lockbox, and the the exterior has cameras all around for security. They finished the work about 6 hours before the estimated time (I was told evening, and it was done about noon on Thursday). I picked up the car on Thursday evening when I was available with no problem. They were thorough with instructions to protect the work done. I highly recommend Blackout.

Got backup cam installed. Said 1 year warranty…read more Stopped working 10 months in. Power still to camera but not appearing on screen. Uses electrical tape instead if solder. Yelled...literally YELLED at me for doubting his work. He gets "offended when people ask him to double check his work" and needed a prepayment to take a look and see what might be wrong. Took it to the dealer prior and they told me they couldn't help and go back to the after market install guy. Idk why he yelled at me that the camera HE INSTALLED stopped working. What good is a 1 year warranty if you're gonna make me pay again anyways? Ps - dealer charged me $0 to take a look. Poor customer service and treatment. Would not reccomend. I was recommended…read moreby a friend who had a positive experience with them, but my own experience was far from satisfactory. I scheduled an appointment to remove the 7-year-old tint from my back window because it had started bubbling up (I guess that is normal for old tint). I arrived at the shop on a Saturday morning at 9 am, expecting to be served promptly. However, I and another vehicle waited outside until well after 9:30 am, as no one was at the shop. Meanwhile, I received texts confirming my appointment, but the employee was nowhere to be found. Finally, sometime after 9:30 am, an employee arrived to open the shop. He started working on removing the tint and servicing the other customer. I was out of the shop by 11:45 am, but the new tint that was installed had small bubble spots and an area that looked like there was a crease in it. I felt that the job had been rushed and poorly executed. I emailed Tint Pros about the issues and sent them pictures. They agreed to fix it. After the second attempt, I thought the tint was perfect, but days later, I noticed the same problems. The crease area was still present, just a little smaller, along with a few new spots. Again, they agreed to fix it. Now after the 3rd try, the small bubble looking spots are still there. You can only see them from outside of the window, but I give up. After this experience I'll continue to go to Blackout and spend the extra money for a better, more professional experience, where the tint is done right the first time.
