I have had Executive Auto Detail out to clean my Volvo station wagon twice, and both times the quality and attention to detail was outstanding. My only issue is with their billing. My 2016 Volvo is considered a compact, no larger than it's sibling the S60 sedan. Yet Executive Auto charges me 20% more than their price for a sedan, only $20 less than their published price for an SUV or truck. He then got sarcastic with me and honestly, if this is how his customer service is, then why would I trust his treatment of my vehicle to be any better? Also, he gave me a quoted price for my compact vehicle which was higher than a sedan (a bigger vehicle). It seems to me that this guy is flying by the seat of his pants and honestly his prices kind of reflect that to begin with. 1. They are expensive. They do come to your location and require none of your utilities, which is nice but we heard several times about his upscale clients (professional sports players) enough to gather that we were not what he was used to working for. 2. They do an excellent job cleaning the interior of your vehicle. Shampooed the carpet and every nook and cranny was spotless (over three hours on the interior alone) which would have been great except that we repeatedly told him that we were most concerned about getting the exterior waxed. 3. Waxing is not their forte. It was just a mediocre job bit for the money it should have been better and perhaps we should have communicated in exact language what we expected for $250 (less interior, more exterior). If you are looking for a pristine car interior, this is the place. If you're looking for the entire vehicle inside and out to be detailed, keep looking. read more

These guys are "the best" you can get! I purchased a used, very low mileage, Jeep Renegade car. The dealer detailed the car, but I am allergic to pets, so I had to have the car done the right way.
