I was in need of interior-only detailing. 3 winter's worth of salt buildup on my mats and carpet plus general lackluster leather and interior. I do my own car cleaning but it was clear that I needed professional attention at this point to get rid of build up. Oscar came out this morning, asked if I was ready early or if he needed to wait until the appointment time and since I was ready to go he got started sooner. I have had Executive Auto Detail out to clean my Volvo station wagon twice, and both times the quality and attention to detail was outstanding. My only issue is with their billing. My 2016 Volvo is considered a compact, no larger than it's sibling the S60 sedan. Yet Executive Auto charges me 20% more than their price for a sedan, only $20 less than their published price for an SUV or truck. If a company is going to make up the prices on the fly, then I need an explanation. read more

My work vehicle was suffering from 4 years of cross-country chaos. To top it off, an ant infestation appeared suddenly after I left MN. I was freaking completely out! They were able to schedule me for a few days out, and better yet, they come to you! They arrived within the scheduled timeframe and were very nice and friendly. They did an amazing job! The car looked brand new when they were done. They were even able to remove some of the toughest stains. They discovered that a queen ant had found her way into my vehicle; that was the source of the infestation. Ugh. Nonetheless, that's all in the past, thanks to them. The prices are very reasonable. I had stopped by a couple of other places but their quotes were higher and they wanted to keep my car all day - I don't have time for all that. Talked to Beto thru yelp. Yelp keeps phone numbers confidential until you choose. He asked me to text him directly and I explained to him that I didn't have his real number. He then got sarcastic with me and honestly, if this is how his customer service is, then why would I trust his treatment of my vehicle to be any better? Also, he gave me a quoted price for my compact vehicle which was higher than a sedan (a bigger vehicle). It seems to me that this guy is flying by the seat of his pants and honestly his prices kind of reflect that to begin with. I would much ratger spend more money to be treated with respect and trust the person working on my vehicle. read more

1. They are expensive. They do come to your location and require none of your utilities, which is nice but we heard several times about his upscale clients (professional sports players) enough to gather that we were not what he was used to working for. 2. They do an excellent job cleaning the interior of your vehicle. Shampooed the carpet and every nook and cranny was spotless (over three hours on the interior alone) which would have been great except that we repeatedly told him that we were most concerned about getting the exterior waxed. 3. Waxing is not their forte. It was just a mediocre job bit for the money it should have been better and perhaps we should have communicated in exact language what we expected for $250 (less interior, more exterior). If you are looking for a pristine car interior, this is the place. If you're looking for the entire vehicle inside and out to be detailed, keep looking. read more

These guys are "the best" you can get! I purchased a used, very low mileage, Jeep Renegade car. The dealer detailed the car, but I am allergic to pets, so I had to have the car done the right way. I did not want to go back to the dealer 1,5 hours back and forth drive, plus another 1-2 hours in waiting. Therefor I decided to go with Executive Auto detail! I was shopping around, but what catch my attention, was the fact that these people were able to get to your house, your work etc, therefor you could have the car taken care, while you taking care of your jobs!
