Will not be going back. A 40.00 car wash still left dirt on car tipped 10 before seeing the car assuming it be done right. Asked for wheels and tire upfront before dropping car off. Then was told it would be extra which was cool but now it's time to pick the car up and you tell me when I mentioned up front . I've had better car washes for 20.00 that left no dirt. In their defense guy did come out and somewhat wipe dirt with a damp rag. Wasn't ideal but whatever. Spent 77.00 in total with other services and I still have to come home and clean visible dirt off exterior . Just when I thought I was freeing up time giving away a chore. Guess not. Wasn't happy with interior detailing. Cup holders were still dirty. Ash tray dirty. Leaves still on dashboard. Seats were not cleaned like they were suppose to be. I watched these guys work when I dropped my car off. They were moving 100 miles per hour, concerned only about doing the job as quick as possible, not concerned at all about doing a good job. I have been here twice, and both times they have been very consistent in their service. They are punctual, and do a great job in cleaning your car. Both times I have opted to purchase the deluxe cleaning(~45 min) which includes a quick interior clean up---but man, are they thorough. About 3 months ago I misplaced my credit card... I looked all over for this credit card (inside car) & when I got my car back after the wash the credit card was in the cup holder. This lets me know that even tho I purchased the cheapest interior cleaning, they are detail oriented and don't do a "cheap" job. Will keep coming back here for my car washes. read more

11/18/19 NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY.... I had taken a dark-colored vehicle to Sir Waxer about a week ago. The vehicle was new and I owned it for three weeks. The only dirty area inside it was the FL door panel, center console, and front carpet areas. The outside was covered in road salt of course (its Wisconsin)... I just wanted the interior cleaned well and body/door jams wash/waxed. I EXPLAINED THIS TO THE OWNER as I dropped off the vehicle. When I returned and inspected the car, its door jams were full of salt and the center consoles buttons had chunks of something wedged in the sides??? I am crunched for time and have to go. I'm sure if I pushed it, someone would have cleaned it. My thoughts are..... if you cant take the time to inspect your work and do it right the first time, you're in the wrong business. That place deserves 0 stars it's a father and son place and they ruined my radio in my car 1st the father said they don't spray no chemicals by the radios so he had me talk to his son his son the son said that they do spray around the radio but there's a liner in there where nothing should get in to radio which was a lie cause my radio does not work anymore Looked up my radio and it cost about $800 for a new one considering it has navigation system and everything in it I would not recommend these people at all Like I said the dad said one thing and the son said another thing all they did was beat around the Bush and never even cared to fix my radio this is what my radio looks like now. read more

Well, the thing that Uber riders frequently asked me about finally happened: someone got sick in my car ! Even though it happened in the late afternoon and alcohol was not involved, I still had a big problem to solve. With only 45 minutes before closing time, I called Sir Waxer to see if they could do an emergency cleaning. I was able to get there in less than 20 minutes, and Brian got right to work on this icky job. The affected areas in the back seat were thoroughly cleaned by using a steamer and sprays that both sanitized and removed any offensive odors. Brian even helped by putting protective plastic over the damp back seat so I could temporarily use a blanket I had in the car to allow me to continue transporting Uber riders for the rest of the evening. So, if you have a tough auto cleaning job and need it done ASAP, Sir Waxer is the only place you will need to call! read more

I think I have been everywhere in town. I would say Sir Waxer is the best. On the interior package, they are worth every penny. If they were open longer hours I would be there more often. Honest guys, who have told me what scratches they could not get out beforehand. This is the only carwash I would recommend to anyone.
