This is a great place to get fair help and services! I think it's great that if you're low on oil, they'll top you off! I mean, wow. They also offered that I could purchase my oil filter from a parts store and have them install it there with the oil instead of paying their price because it's so much higher than retail. Again, I was blown away by their honesty and generosity. If I hadn't moved away, I'd have kept going here and only gotten my oil changes done there going forward. I had been putting off getting my oil changed for a while, due to not knowing a good place to go, and my fiance had mentioned that he had brought his car here once and had been happy with the service. I gave Milwaukee Auto Spa a call to confirm that they take walk in's (no appointment for oil change) and headed down the street with pup in tow. Milwaukee Auto Spa is in the same parking lot as the Mobil gas station and is sandwiched in-between the gas station convenience store and the Gyro drive through. I wasn't sure where to go so I parked in the normal parking lot and walked into the Auto Spa office. The business man working the desk told me to just pull my car up to the glass garage doors and they would get me going as soon as they finished up with the truck they were working on. I only waited about 5 minutes, the door opened up and I pulled up and gave the mechanic my keys. Puppy and I waited in the little office/front desk area and within 15 minutes I was ready to roll! Price was standard/normal for a synthetic oil change and they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and checked my tire pressure (light had been on for both). Will be taking both cars here for oil changes from now on! read more

So after using my Subaru 2022 Outback for 4 months taking countless trips to the dump, storage and Goodwill resulting in a very dirty car I brought it in to Auto Spa. I was impressed that I could get in the next day for an exterior and interior detail. So after 4 hours I went to pick it up and wow - the car looks better than when I picked it up new at the dealership. The guys at Auto spa are sticklers for details. As I was arriving the owner was going over the car and found a few spots missed. He took out his incredibly powerful steam wand and bingo the dirt was gone. Used Yelp to identify this place, I was able to book an appointment via the quote and messenger within yelp and the Auto Spa was very responsive to help me setup an appointment. They returned my car and they did a nice job on the detailing. Silly me not to go through every inch of the car with the walkthrough. I looked at my trunk when I got home and noticed the entire rug that was there was completely gone, leaving nothing to support the floor of my trunk. I tried contacting the auto spa multiple times to get a response and I received no response whatsoever (they usually responded within an hour when they wanted my business) Now I have to purchase a replacement rug which will cost me more than the detailing. I recently had my car detailed (inside and out) by Milwaukee Auto Spa; this was my first time having my car detailed and I found it to be totally worth the money. My car is newer (purchased new in November 2016) and I wanted to get it spruced up after the Winter season; I also did not have the time or desire to give it the in-depth cleaning I wanted. I was impressed with the results! My car looked great inside and out and my sister - after riding in my car a week after the detailing - even asked me how I managed to maintain the new car smell so long after purchasing it! I dropped my car off at 9:00 am (and was told there were 4 cars lined up for detailing in front of mine), went to a coffee shop nearby to work, and was called around 1:00 pm to pick up my finished car. Having no experience with detailing, I found Milwaukee Auto Spa to be prompt, well-priced, and worth the money for an annual detailing. I will definitely be going back next year! read more

We are big health food nuts so we buy our organic milk in glass bottles from Outpost. Well, the kumbucha bottle smashed the milk bottle behind the driver's seat. By the time I got home and realized it there was a gallon of milk spilled forward under the driver's side seat. Nightmare. My husband was not on board with getting it detailed. Double nightmare. Five days later we limp into Milwaukee Auto Spa as the smell is unbearable. They treated it once and detailed the entire car. Best detail I've had in MKE and I've lived in LA, Chi and BK. We did have to bring it back and the retreated the milk area and we believe the smell is finally gone. Now, at least we don't have to get rid of the car. Service was great... read more

Came in for a basic interior and exterior wash, left with a complete spa treatment. The team went all out! Very good service and very respectable staff. Netflix in the waiting room if you want to wait. Me and my husband instead opted to check out the local shops near by. Very easy walk to several boutique shops. Definitely recommend this spot. No wait on a Saturday! Great prices and great surroundings. A little bit low key so don't be afraid to ask. Yesterday I got my Porsche SUV detailed. My 15 year old could have done a better job! For $180, I would never recommend them. There are still coffee spots on the console. Dirt (from kid shoes) on the backs of the seats, both which I wiped off with my finger. They did not clean any of the "holes" like the inside of the window up/down button. They didn't clean the sun visor which is dirty from my hands touching it constantly. The ashtray (which was used for change) wasn't washed out enough. Dirt/dust in between console and both drivers and passenger seats not vacuumed. No air freshener left in the car after their horrible smelling cleaning products. I can barely stand to be in my car so went to Walgreens today to buy two air fresheners. Also, they make you pay(and tip!) before you see the car. They never walked me to my car to show it to me, or asked if I was pleased. Handed me my keys and said "good bye." I would be embarrassed if I were them. read more

Poor job of detailing. The inside windows had a swirl haze, the "cleaned carpets" still had winter salt residue, the cleaner used for my engine smelled awful for weeks. So disappointed, I will not go back. I cannot call this place professional at all. read more

Came in wanting an oil change. After a couple minute wait, Jeff looked at my Toyota Prius and told me that I probably didn't need an oil change. Wait, what?!?! After gathering my thoughts, Jeff checked the oil and showed me that it still looked fine. He recommended another 3k miles at least until the oil needed to be changed. After that, he fixed the annual Wisconsin deflategate on my four tires, and replaced a broken stem cap, all free of charge. Amazing customer service and honesty. Highly recommended. read more

We took our car in for a complete detail . The car was spotless, a beautiful job. The engine compartment looked good too. After that job we decided to take in a second car . Unfortunately the second time around wasn't so good. They never cleaned the trunk or the gloves boxes , very disappointing . They even missed the lower part of the console and a few spots on the supports between the doors which wiped off quite easily after we got home , and when it came to the motor I could actually reach down into the motor and remove dirt that was very easy to reach. I guess everybody has a bad day. Still , they do a pretty good job overall . read more
