I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems on Yelp. I sent an inquiry requesting an inspection along with advice and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After work, I drove over to have the inspect my vehicle and he gave my car a thorough look over, then provided an explanation with solutions and came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! The service they provided and assurance of solving my issue was of top quality!!! I highly suggest and recommend you visit them for your car needs. Their honesty and knowledge is clearly evident!!! Go and see for yourself! I am very grateful I found them!!!

Even got my sister to go here too, and she likes them just as much! BUT. I cannot give them 5 stars in good conscience because THERE IS NO WAITING ROOM TO SPEAK OF at this location. They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)

He charges a fair price and is always honest with you. He won't tell you to fix anything that doesn't need to be reapaired and will tell you when something can wait. I recently had some emission problems and had to bring it to him a few times. He was trying to save me money by only fixing what he though was needed to pass emissions. Long story short, I had to bring it back it in a couple of times but he was trying to save me some money and in the end he still did save me a few hundred dollars. My car passed emissions and is running very well. The location may not be the best, but the honest fair service I received at Advance Automotive more then makes up for it. I doubt I'll ever find a more honest, fair shop that does good work.

I've been taking several of my vehices here for years and the service quality is unheard of these days! I tried getting into 4 other repair shops last year and this year and both times I was told that they were so backed up still from late winter that they werent even accepting new customers unless I'd be okay with a 1 month wait on my repair. I was apaulled. I went to another shop and was told that it would cost me $175 for them to pick up my Triumph from my house that was 9 miles away and the repair itselt would be well over $1000!!! They had a $135hour labor charge plus a extremely long wait. I went to HIGLEY MOTORS and was greated by two freindly Mechanics who explained everything they though may be the cause and only charged $60 to pick up my bike plus $2 per mile which was better than any other offer I had gotten in Milwaukee. They also have the lowest labor rates in town. And for the service you get, i'd gladly have paid more. The owner personally made me feel welcome and showed a sense of urgency knowing that my time was valuable and that i wanted to get out on the road as soon as possible for riding season and told me to expect it to be done in a week. They asked if it was okay to text me which i thought was odd but then I found out why and it blew my mind. Their attention to detail and their consideration blew me away. The service technician would send me pictures and updates of exactly what was going on on my bike and showed the parts that were bad and kept me updated as he progressed. Thinking back, there is nothing worse than a shop having your bike for a mont hand just sitting there wondering if they even started working on it yet, if they forgot about it, or if something has gone really wrong with it.... They took all the worries away. They had said it would take a week and quoted me at $500 .... half the price of the other shop. I got my Bike back in 3 DAYS!!!! And they found out that the problem wasnt as severe as they thought and only charged me $280 it came to after tax! I was so impressed I gave them an extra $100 for going above and beyond.
