I have been going to Integrity Auto regularly for the last five or six years and I can't speak…read morehighly enough of them! The name Integrity is spot on! I've always wished that I had a mechanic in my family. Someone that you can trust fully. I don't have a mechanic in my family but I do have the team at Integrity Auto! They feel like family and they treat me like family! I'm so glad that I've found a trustworthy and competent mechanic! Let me share one of the many times that made a positive difference. I brought my vehicle in to Integrity for needed maintenance. My car was up on the risers high up in the air and the mechanic walked me around my own car showing me what he found, the good and the not so good. He explained things thoroughly. I felt confident that I was being given accurate information and an accurate assessment. I was clearly shown the difference between a worn brake pad and an unworn brake pad and so forth. Parts had to be ordered. Integrity staff pulled up a website with me discussed options and prices for parts ordering. It was full transparency and open communication. Maybe a light on my dash lights up. Ya know, something that makes you worry that your car has just gone kaput. I pop in to Integrity without an appointment and the staff help me figure out what's going on and fix the issue. Prices here are very reasonable. And customer service is stellar. Every. Single. Time. And with every single employee. Recently, I felt so appreciative of how well I was treated that I had pizzas delivered to the shop for lunch. #BestMechanicsEver #BestCustomerServiceEver

Honest! So what do…read moreyou do when your kid puts diesel fuel into your truck and jacks it up big time and the dealer estimated thousands for the repair? Fix it yourself! It's now after Thanksgiving and too cold to work outside. I already cleaned the tank, changed the fuel pump, put in new injectors and spark plugs and it still won't go. Integrity just opened up across the street and I approached them about taking a look at it. With some cleanup of my handiwork along with another set of plugs and an oil change they got it running again. It's still sputtering on the highway as the O2 sensors are shot, but it beats walking. I'll definitely be back for future auto repair needs.

My one complaint is that once you're done with the wash, there is no easy way to get to the vacuum machines. You have to turn left onto KK/1st and then attempt another left back into the car wash. Its inconvenient because there is usually a long line waiting to turn into the car wash, so your stuck waiting to turn left longer than necessary. Other than that, they're fast efficient and get you through pretty quick. My one tip is to enter driving from North to South on KK/1st so you can turn right and not hassle with the left hand turn.

Unfortunately, time hasn't changed how incredibly frustrated I am with the complete lack of professionalism at Tender Car. To be fair, the staff members were nice enough when I actually interacted with them, but the way this business operates is a total nightmare. The only time anyone here ever called me back was when they were trying to get my business in the first place. The second they had my car, all communication completely died. When I brought my vehicle in, I was quoted a finish time of 2 to 3 weeks. Instead, they held onto it for over a month. During that entire time, the communication was practically nonexistent. I never received a single update regarding the status of the repairs. I had to call them repeatedly just to get basic answers, and even then, I was constantly promised a call back that never actually happened. To top it all off, when they finally handed over the keys, I immediately noticed warning lights illuminated on the dashboard that weren't there before. Instead of fixing it, they casually told me the sensors just "needed to be recalibrated" and told me to come back the next day to get it done. How do you return a car to a customer with active warning lights and expect them to drive it home? It wasn't until I left that I also realized the left blinker wasn't even working. They replaced the tailgate, but they installed a rear windshield wiper that didn't even have a blade on it. On top of that, the trunk wasn't aligned properly and now has to be slammed shut with force just to get the "trunk open" warning light to turn off. Telling a customer a vehicle is safe and finished when basic safety features don't function, parts are missing, and warning lights are active is incredibly reckless. If you value your time, your money, and your safety, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. They clearly do not care about customer service or quality control.
