When signing up for Service it's all computerized and self serve. Actual car wash did a nice job. There was no clean towels in any of the dispensers to clean windows or wipe your car off. Went into office area ? To look for some towels . Women employees seemed like she was on break or just sitting around. 8 AM on a Saturday you would think they would have towels in the clearly marked clean towels dispenser units instead of customers having to go search for them. After wiping off my car, I wanted to vacuum the inside, but the vacuum was turned off or it was clogged up not sure which. I had to pull my car out and find a working vacuum . Not sure if I will keep my monthly plan . Almost all car washes have them now. I f this does not get better I will find one that is

While it's typically a quick in and out with attentive staff and function, I'd grade it a 4 our if 5 with a slight reduction due to cost and, at times, my car is not quite fully squeaky clean. I also think their pricing is designed in a way to push folks to sign up for a membership to get the better or higher-tier car washes. Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare.

The other day I went for a wash like many on one of the first warmer days we have had and even upgraded my wash and did not get a good wash! Normally I vacuum my car out after so I would have seen right away however it was a busy errand day and when driving past they had no line so I took it as a sign to hop in since it was in great need of a wash to get off all the salt. One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I'm split on how to overall review this since normally I had a great experience however this one was not (especially since I upgraded and added an extra salt thing on top of that ...) therefore going with my gut and looking more independently at this visit alone.

The wash was wonderful though, and the staff coming around with towels, windshield cleaner and carpet cleaner was a nice bonus. The vacuums work great and my vehicle was less shiny new. I feel like they should've issued some kind of a coupon to come back because of the broken mat washer. There was a dirty sink which I did not feeling inclined to touch.

I called today (248-353-4700) and spoke to a fellow who did not really seem to care. He said that I was on a promotional rate of $30.58 and it expired. Fine, but prior to that happening, I should have been informed, so that I could have continued being a customer or maybe receive a new promotional rate. I sincerely feel like I was cheated, so I canceled my subscription today. Sorry that you have such impolite customer service personnel as I spoke with. He should not be with the company.
