Oscar came out this morning, asked if I was ready early or if he needed to wait until the appointment time and since I was ready to go he got started sooner. He was so nice and professional, definitely hustled, and did an AMAZING job on my car. Looks brand new inside. He even dealt with some spilled coolant in my backseat from a bottle that I kept back there. He was just awesome, efficient, thorough, and friendly and was done in about 2 hours. I will not hesitate to call them again for another detailing.

Simply put, they damaged my car, very obvious, but denied my damage claim and refuse to pay for the damages. I drove in with an outside passenger side mirror, and drove out without it. The car is otherwise in great shape, but they ripped the mirror off. Filed the claim with them, the attendant was happy to fill that out and snap pics, but two weeks later they simply denied it. Said it wasn't their fault. Unbelievable. Went to a local auto repair shop to get it fixed, and they noted they see and fix a lot of car damage courtesy of Mister Car Wash. I will never visit them again, they've lot my business. And I encourage everyone else to avoid them as well, else risk costly damage to your vehicles which you end up having to pay for.

While it's typically a quick in and out with attentive staff and function, I'd grade it a 4 our if 5 with a slight reduction due to cost and, at times, my car is not quite fully squeaky clean. I also think their pricing is designed in a way to push folks to sign up for a membership to get the better or higher-tier car washes. Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare.

One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I'm split on how to overall review this since normally I had a great experience however this one was not (especially since I upgraded and added an extra salt thing on top of that ...) therefore going with my gut and looking more independently at this visit alone.

At this point she got aggressive asking, "where do you live?" and I told her she was pushing too hard & I was leaving. She refused to tell me her first name when I asked (so I could reference her to management) finally backing off & saying, "it don't matter". As I reversed my car to exit, she began filming me on her cell phone. The other attendant yelled "then go somewhere else!" as they both laughed and stuck their tongues out with hand gestures. The hassle and harassment at this location is disturbing. Avoid it.
