I went to get a car wash today 1/7/26. When I was going through on the track, my car happened to jump off the track. Not sure how it happened as I was guided by wash personal. Car wash stopped I was informed to drive over the guide that pushes you along track to get the wash going again. Once I got home I noticed a huge slice in my left rear tire. I don't generally leave bad posts (much prefer to give props and recognition for good work) but Mister Car Wash deserves this negative feedback. Simply put, they damaged my car, very obvious, but denied my damage claim and refuse to pay for the damages. I drove in with an outside passenger side mirror, and drove out without it. The car is otherwise in great shape, but they ripped the mirror off. Filed the claim with them, the attendant was happy to fill that out and snap pics, but two weeks later they simply denied it. Said it wasn't their fault. Unbelievable. Went to a local auto repair shop to get it fixed, and they noted they see and fix a lot of car damage courtesy of Mister Car Wash. I will never visit them again, they've lot my business. And I encourage everyone else to avoid them as well, else risk costly damage to your vehicles which you end up having to pay for. read more

I renewed my membership on January 3, 2025 and had my car washed, only to discover that all of the vacuums were shutdown. My car really needed to be vacuumed out and there was nothing that I could do. Had I been informed of this before, I would not have renewed my membership that day. Then, I tried unsuccessfully to contact Mr. Car Wash. No one ever returns the call. Today, January 13, 2025, I called corporate and spoke to a man. He contacted this particular car wash and told me that the General Manager would call me in a couple of days. Within a few minutes, I received the call. She refused to give me credit for that day, as she said the vacuums are free for anyone, not just people who get the car wash. So, I had her cancel my membership. The car wash is good, my toddler enjoys going. However, I really don't like that they have people at the pay stations. It makes me uncomfortable and I can't leisurely look at the car wash options. I feel like it probably pressures people to make a more expensive car wash purchase. The person literally stands there and clicks the button for you and slides your card. It's too invasive for me. I would much rather pick through the options myself. I get that they might be trying to be helpful, but it's just uncomfortable. read more

Don't come here unless you wanna leave with fine scratches all over your car. I have always used a touch free car wash and will continue to do so after my experience here. Scratches all over the car but mostly on the hood. After purchasing the chemical guys kit with the orbital polisher, I was able to remove them, but that was $140 and hours of my time later... read more

I don't know what has happened at the Menomonee Falls location but in at least the last year vacuums have RARELY worked at full suction or even at all. Today the tailgate of my Tahoe was still filthy and the tire shine didn't work either. Makes me wonder if the under flush happens. This is not the same place I started todo business with. read more

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I am a member of the wash club. I had two cars with memberships. One car was in an accident so I canceled its membership during repairs. Then I changed billing to another checking account. Now I am billed for two cars on both accounts And I've requested numerous times to have the issue corrected. I've emailed, I've called, I've stopped in person, and I have yet to have a response. Very frustrated. If the owner sees this, they should contact me to remedy the situation. Took my car through their car wash for the first time today after signing up for their unlimited program online. It came out with multiple scratches. I got home and called 5 different times and no one answered. So I drove back and talked to two very nice gentleman. They were apologetic and cancelled my monthly membership without any hesitation when I asked. They also filed a damage claim and took pictures of the scratches. One of them even helped me identify all the scratches so I didn't miss any. I will update the review once I finish the damage claim process. Lesson learned, I will only be getting touch less car washes from now on. Just got a call from someone in the claims department. Was told that the scratches on my car were not consistent with their brushes and there would be scratches all over my car so they wouldn't cover the repair. There are scratches all over my car. At least 8 different spots. My car is brand new; a week old. There were no scratches on it when I left the dealership. And how they can determine what's consistent or not is ridiculous. I am waiting on a call from upper management about this. If I don't get one, I'll be filing a small claims report. If I could give this zero stars, I would. read more

After going through, my license plate holder was broken, plate bent, and bumper scuffed. I called after seeing the damage (My first thought was someone hit my car in a parking lot) and no one picked up any of the five times I called, I had to show up on site to find someone to talk to. The attendant was friendly and took my name and number. I might not have left a negative review if they'd have simply answered the phone when I called, it would have gone a long way to soothing my nerves. Will not go back. read more

Had to go through the wash twice, they didn't give me any hassle, but even after 2 times through, my car was still dirty. I have a smaller SUV and the whole backside was still full of dirt. Also, people suck up their cigarettes into the vacuume and they smell so insanely bad!! read more

I stopped by Mister Car Wash for the first time today. In all Transparency my car had not been washed in over a month. However, it sits in my garage most of the time. So, I decided to do one of the top washes. The wash was $18. Frankly for $18, I expected some prewash prep and my car to be clean after the wash. Since there was no pre-wash prep, there were still areas of the car that were dirty after the wash. Furthermore, there was no option for a towel dry, so I drove around with water dripping off the vehicle. Apologies to anyone who happened to be behind me. It was an impulse wash, so I didn't happen to have my drying towels lying around in the car. But again for $18, I foolishly assumed that it would be like a Jilly's car wash and there would be prep and towel dry. Fortunately, I did not opt for the live sales pitch at the kiosk for the unlimited car washes for a month. I also, did not tip, in advance, for the individual who hosed a bit of soap on the front of the car. I tip at Jilly's for the prep and towel dry. Overall, I have a new appreciation for the Brookfield Jilly's. PS it then proceeded to rain after I got my car washed . No rain rewash policy that I could see at Mister Wash for those that is important to. read more

Very disappointed. The service at Mister Car Wash in Menomonee Falls use to be great and we washed our cars here since it opened. Lately the car wash has been broken with many of the brushes not working for months on end (we wash about 1 to 2 times/week). I asked a worker when it might be fixed and he didn't know. A week later when some of the same things were broken I asked to talk to the manager. She said she was the owner and I was shocked by her hostile approach. It was defensive for no reason, she accused me of exaggerating, and said that everything is working fine. I asked her to speak to my wife in the car to confirm her experience over the past months and she walked out but then started yelling and asked if I wanted my money back (right after she said how great my car looked with all the bugs and bird droppings). I didn't before, but now I did want my money back. She yelled" why are you following me" and I was shocked as she just told me she was going to give me my money back. I waited outside and then she said she couldn't. This was a bizarre experience and I was very polite and just wanted to know when the wash would be fixed. When I said to her that my experience has always been customer service is first and the customer is always right she responded "that's not the way we do it here". Owner's are usually very easy to talk with but this person (she never introduced herself) was not and her evident disdain for this customer has spurred me to warn others. Be careful and let the customer beware after this poor experience. Finally there is a possibility she wasn't the owner but I will be contacting the corporate branch to request a refund at this point. read more

This car wash sucks for how expensive it is. My car came out dirty, with soap still all over my vehicle and dripping wet. As well as scratches to the side of my vehicle with no response to phone calls and was told in person that they were the wrong kind of scratches for the brushes. My GMC Envoy was scratched multiple times along one side. The buffer smacked my side mirror so hard that I had to push it back together in order for it to stay in place. I would've gone in and complained but there was a line backed up to the entrance. Not worth it for the money. read more

I did not give a 5 star because the service department what used to be very professional is no longer where I no longer go to... the service department seemed to have lost many of their very professional and friendly mechanics and replaced with less professional individuals... the last time I went , I arrived around closing for an oil change and they said I had an oil leak and said they couldn't do it which i did not, because they wanted to close... the car wash I highly recommend, not so much the service department... read more

Well, upon entering the car wash, my car was a bug graveyard. It was like there was a bug serial killer. I paid $15 and expected most of the bugs to be laid to rest in the drains. Well, that wasn't the case. I would say about 1/3 of them are at peace, the rest are haunting me. I even tried to call as soon as I got back and was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. As car washes go I think this place is fantastic for the money. I have had for the last couple of years the premium $33 a month unlimited car washes. My cars look great and I have high end cars and am not afraid to take them there (Audi A7 & Mercedes ML 550). So surprised at the couple of one star reviews from some people. Maybe the guys BMW is made so paper thin and it dented. Never had a problem here. I also go to the one on Miller Parkway as it is not far off my way home from work in the Falls. read more

The tech directing me, from the moment he saw me wearing a Protective n95 mask, made every attempt to, point, laughing at me, slapping his thighs hysterically and making all his coworker say me, this guy with a mask. I'm 60 years old. Have had pneumonia and bronchitis. If this piece trash can' control himself, he has no business working with the public. mister has lost a loyal customer. read more

I'll start off by saying that I have 52,000 miles on my Jeep Patriot. It has been serviced by this location every time I've needed an oil change except for the first one and another time when they were closed and I was leaving on a trip the following morning and went elsewhere. The technicians that were there prior to Mister purchasing the company knew me and my dog by name. Yesterday was my final visit to this location. My visit started off by the service tech printing out a new service sticker that showed 5k miles until my next oil change. When I asked him about the increase (usually every 3k miles) he said the manufacturer suggested a different oil that needed to be changed every 5k miles. I questioned that and asked why it had never been suggested in my 15 previous visits. He then went on to explain that the manufacturer actually suggested the oil be changed every 10k miles in my vehicle. This was about 30 seconds after his fellow technician showed me my oil came in full, but was clearly dirty. Things really didn't add up and I asked that we stick with the same oil I had been using for the life of my vehicle thus far. The tech made quick work of the change and then told me there were notes from my previous visit to ask about changing of the power steering fluid. He told me that the manufacturer uses transmission fluid from the factory in the power steering and it should be changed at about 50k miles. He indicated that the fluid was turning brown as well. Lastly he said I should really get the rear drive assembly fluid changed as well. While going through this I heard a similar conversation being had with the young woman next to me having her Hyundai Sante Fe serviced. I told my technician I would look into these things and make a decision at that time as I had no idea what the manufacturer suggested for these. That evening I looked at the owner's manual for my vehicle and found that the oil should be changed every 3,500 miles. Also, there is no suggested change interval for power steering fluid and he indicated that my fluid came in full. Furthermore, the fluid naturally turns brown over time. Secondly the rear drive assembly fluid should be changed every 96k miles. I'm at 50k. It is safe to say that the ownership change has really impacted this once family owned business. They are now focused on up-selling or just selling you something you don't need yet or at all. I usually know about 5 of the techs working at this location on any given visit. Yesterday I did not recognize a single one. I will take my money down the road as these places are a dime a dozen. I had a great experience here, but my last visit was a little questionable and yesterday's was unacceptable. Please educate yourself before saying "yes" and paying for something you don't need. read more

Not sure about the service techs that they have working on the cars for the oil changes. The one working on our car is having hard time taking the air filter off was about 15 minutes. He was having problems taking off the oil filter and checking out the other items under the hood hope everything was tightened up properly. Well for a service business need to work on the training of the techs a bit more. Update on this called and talked to the manager about the service and still as of yet have a returned call back from him. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicles at all. read more

Was thinking of returning under the new owner, no prices listed on site and called. they advertise best prices and services BUT 34.95 for an oil change is $10 above everyone else around here so those extra services your getting, your basically paying for them. The oil bay tech put windshield washer fluid in my coolant reserve. They fixed the problem but then tried telling me they didn't make the original mistake with the coolant. First, they said my coolant was yellow and their coolant was green and when they mixed the two, it turns blue. I explained to him that in 3rd grade you learn that blue is a primary color and yellow and green mixed does not turn blue. Then he said, my coolant was blue to start and that they just topped it off. They made the mistake, flat out lied about it and tried to make it appear that they didn't. I will never go back there for any work on my car. read more

The tech at the computer was very impolite and seemed offended and inconvenienced when I asked him some simple questions about the service being completed. I doubt I'll go back. I stopped to have my oil changed before a trip. I was so impressed when 2 technicians checked my oil, showed me it was full and clean and didn't need to be changed.
