Simply put, they damaged my car, very obvious, but denied my damage claim and refuse to pay for the damages. I drove in with an outside passenger side mirror, and drove out without it. The car is otherwise in great shape, but they ripped the mirror off. Filed the claim with them, the attendant was happy to fill that out and snap pics, but two weeks later they simply denied it. Said it wasn't their fault. Unbelievable. Went to a local auto repair shop to get it fixed, and they noted they see and fix a lot of car damage courtesy of Mister Car Wash. I will never visit them again, they've lot my business. And I encourage everyone else to avoid them as well, else risk costly damage to your vehicles which you end up having to pay for.

My first instinct was to take it to Caliber Collision in…read moreGermantown because I had a good previous experience with Goff's Auto Body and Caliber bought them out, but the estimated repair time from Caliber was longer than I hoped for so I looked elsewhere. 1Collision County Line had excellent reviews on Google and claimed they could get the repairs done faster, so I gave them a shot. The friendly customer service and the fact that my car eventually got repaired correctly are the reasons this isn't a one star review. At this point I don't remember the exact number of times I had to take my car back to them because something wasn't installed correctly, but I know for a fact it was at least three times, which made the total repair time longer than what Caliber had quoted me at. In one instance they installed the rear windshield wiper incorrectly, so instead of wiping up onto the glass it was wiping down onto the spoiler and scratching both the glass and the spoiler. After they replaced the scratched windshield, they didn't seal it properly so I had water leaking into my hatchback's trunk area. Finally, one of the rear parking sensors came loose and my car's proximity alarm was freaking out because it constantly thought I was going to hit something. It got to the point that I considered taking my car elsewhere when something new would pop up because I couldn't trust it would be fixed correctly, even though it was all covered by the insurance claim 1Collision had open and I probably would have been charged out of my own pocket elsewhere. As I said, my car eventually got repaired correctly, but I won't be using their services in the future unless I have no other choice.

He was so nice and professional, definitely hustled, and did an AMAZING job on my car. Looks brand new inside. He even dealt with some spilled coolant in my backseat from a bottle that I kept back there. He was just awesome, efficient, thorough, and friendly and was done in about 2 hours. I will not hesitate to call them again for another detailing.

It is my strong opinion that the car was never clayed. I asked if the car wax hand waxed? I was told no a spray wax was applied. Over $300 dollars for a hand wash detail the tires, an inside detail and a spray wax .. REALLY .. Then the next day I noticed the rear cup holder in-between the rear arm rest had been broken.. I called. The owner had me bring the car out and show him the damage. I did he agreed to come get the car and fix the damaged part by gluing it back together. While the car was there I asked them to wash the car.. When the car was returned I was charged $50.00 dollars for the wash. I was shocked at the price, and overwhelmed that they would charge me anything knowing that they had my car to fix what they broke. This considering I had to take my car from Waukesha Wi to Lannon Wi to have the owner inspect the damage they did,. Where is the compensation for my time ?????
