Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. My girlfriend was astounded with the result, telling me the car looked as if it were "two days old!" Please consider them the next time collision, paint or detailing work is needed!

Be cautious when purchasing used cars from B&G!!!!!…read more B&G auto sold me a 09' Camry back in October. I was told by Greg, that they would "stand behind the car" when I bought it. They did not. When I started noticing problems with the car, they told me I had to pay to fix the problems and accused me of going elsewhere to get work done on the car. Saying I had tires put on the car that were in bad shape but they weren't the ones they had put on the car. Why would I go somewhere else and have bald tires put on my car? This was all alarming so I took the car to get two more opinions. Both said there were thousands of dollars in repairs and when one of the mechanics ran codes, they found the car had no airbags. B&G auto checked on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that the airbags and restraining devices were working. It is illegal to mark something on the WI Buyers Guide as working when it is not. I was driving around a car that was unsafe after Greg assured me back in October it was. He took it back and I lost half my money. In my opinion, you can't trust ANYTHING they say here. Take your car elsewhere and have someone you trust work on it. They accuse and point the finger at you. Go somewhere reliable - they're trying to make a quick buck.

We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.
