This guy was awesome. Nick went above and beyond to help me in a real pinch. I needed same-day work done on a 2016 Volkswagen. Nick was still moving into his new location but stopped to take care of my car. I had a few dents and scratches and his team literally made it appear like nothing happened. He also gave me a loaner car to cruise around in while he and his team worked on my car. Great prices, excellent service and outstanding craftsmanship. Thank you Nick! read more

I was heartbroken when I found two dents on the back of my 2024 Honda HRV with less than 5,000 miles on it. After a bit of research I scheduled an appointment online with Acci-Dent. Within 24 hours I heard from one of the owners and he was nothing but kind and extremely helpful. He even came out to look at my car in person that evening to confirm the damage. He reassured me that they could fix the dents and also had a rental car available to me free of charge. When I went to pick my car up around 1pm (9am drop off), I was blown away. I couldn't see the damage at all. I was so thrilled to see my car back in amazing shape after a tough week. I will always recommend Acci-Dent to anyone I know. I'm so thankful their quality work! read more

I wish I could leave a better review, because the actual paint job was fine, but their lack of response to phone calls and emails, and the repair that is still unfinished several weeks later makes this impossible. We needed work on both our front and back bumpers, because of separate incidents, and despite asking several times for separate estimates, they sent us a single one. I called and emailed them, and after waiting several more days, called again. They finally sent separate estimates (which were reasonable) so we made an appointment. The connections on both bumpers had been broken above the wheel wells. I mentioned this to several employees, including Tim, the paint manager. They promised that they would fix this, and the estimates included "repair." When I went to pick up the car, the back bumper was fixed, but the front bumper was still loose. I noted this, and they said that they would order the clips and let me know when they could complete the work. I haven't heard from them since then. After one week, I emailed them to find out when they could complete the work that we had contracted, but they didn't reply. Our front bumper is still loose on both sides. Because of this negative experience, I cannot recommend this company. read more

Very friendly staff from ownership down. Excellent value for any repair they can handle. My experience is they give straightforward estimates and advice, and have always over delivered. read more

Fantastic work! I am so impressed by the quality of the finished product. I came in with a paint scratch bumper and they finished it in under two days. Definitely returning! Thank you to my friend for the recommendation. read more

Nick made my experience such an easy one. They do such a great job over there. He made my car look good as new and didn't even need to use paint! Super friendly, super hospitable and very reasonable pricing. I highly suggest this place, I had a fantastic experience. read more

Nick was awesome. Had a dent on the driver side door that needed a little touch up and was looking for an estimate. He was very caring and his team gave me all the attention and answered all questions! Free estimate and even a touch up! I will be coming back here for future business for sure! read more

Nick and his crew came through for us once again. We recently purchased an older pick up truck. The previous owner used it as a work truck; consequently, it had numerous dents and dings on the doors, fenders, and rear tailgate. Nick removed 30+ dents from our truck in about two hours. Although not a beauty queen, our pick up is now respectable. This is the fourth time Nick has worked his magic on our vehicles. read more

Great service! Fantastic results! Fair price! My Audi had its share of dings and scratches thanks to my two teenagers learning to drive. I finally took my SUV into Acci-Dent in hopes that they could make it look better. The guys provided a quick estimate and I scheduled a drop off time in a few days. Two days later I pick up the vehicle and I am frankly amazed at how good it looks...good bye small dents and hello to a near new looking car. These guys are professionals that know their craft. I highly recommend Acci-Dents for your body and paint work. read more

2 man operation (Nick - Owner and Seth). Excellent service and friendly. Was able to accommodate a last minute appointment and make relatively quick work of a crease dent on the hood of my new car. Despite several homemade attempts at repairing it with a toilet plunger (it sounded like a good idea at the time), it was worth the small amount of effort calling these guys up. When it was all magically repaired, I was surprised as to how well it turned out. Could not tell at all! Also touched up some scratches and even cleaned my wheels. Great service and comparable prices to the other PDR shops in the area. This is probably the one time where I will highly recommend this place but understandably, hope to never use them again. I couldn't stand dinging up my car again, but if I did, I would go to these guys. read more

So, I almost never write reviews, but the work and service here were absolutely the best. I had a stupid dent in my fender, and I had a few pea-sized places of rust and then two seams on the door. I texted the big dent to Nick; he texted me back in about 2 minutes with a quote for that. $150, he said to make it about 80% perfect. I'd say it's 90% perfect, AND I felt like he guided me really well. I could have absolutely gone somewhere else to have it replaced for a big chunk of change, but Nick had be on the road, same day. ALSO, he fixed my rust spots and quoted out the rest of the work for when I might want to come back and have it done. What I liked most is that he told me what all my options were--from the complete replacement to the adequate fix. Because he explained it all to me, I was able to make a good choice. ADDITIONALLY, Nick gave me a car to drive for a few hours, and I was able to run errands and then do some work at a coffee house. I have seldom had a better consumer experience in any field. I will be back anytime and will recommend them to anyone. read more

Very reasonable prices!! Nick has worked on my cars and does a great job. I have referred several friends to see them and are very pleased with the results as well. They are a smaller shop but always seem to get me in when its convenient. I would highly recommend using Acci-dent and it is well worth the drive. read more

These guys are absolutely amazing! Friendly and very thorough. Price is very reasonable. Got my car back same day and they gave me the most beautiful Mercedes loaner, free too! My car looked perfect when I picked it up,not a detail overlooked. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you!!! read more

Did some yahoo open his car door onto your beautiful 2018 auto? Did you accidentally back into your closed garage door? Did your kid run his trike into the back bumper of your favorite ride? Have NO fear! Nick and Co at Acci-dent will assess the dent, give you an estimate and pull that dent out without any trace of the damage. We have used Acci-Dent 3 times (of course, none of it my fault!!!) and each time the job was done quickly, reasonably, and yes, perfectly. You see he has 5 *****.That's because this is one yelp entry that really is *****! read more

I can't say enough positive things about the professionalism and competence of the guys at Acci-Dent. They did a "bang-up" job repairing the many minor dents and paint chips on my 1999 Porsche Boxster and even polished my headlights -- all for a very reasonable price. The owner and employees were very professional, friendly and competent. My car looks fantastic thanks to the skill - not the right word---artistry is what it is - of these guys. Super impressed. Even after I was paid up and ready to ride off, one of the employees asked me what I thought and when I pointed out a discolored area I forgot to mention during the estimate, he proceeded to polish it out for me. My only beef: the loaner car that they generously offered to me was a dent-ridden Mazda with a brake pedal that depressed to the floor before the brakes kicked in. Since I ended up crashing it though, I'll call us even read more

Nick & Seth are brave! They communicated together on whether or not to take on a job for my Lexus IS. Seth (the worker) convinced Nick that he could do it and Nick was 100% honest with me the whole way. It looks great! I feel like for the price I paid, I got good value and good service. Seth patched up a few other marks at no additional charge and Nick made sure I was happy prior to paying. I had a last minute gap in my work schedule (which never happens) and Nick got me in the next day and done! I was able to cruise around in a loaner car too to get a few things done. Being in sales myself, these dudes know how to treat a customer. I hope I don't get any more dents and hope I'm never back there! But at least I feel confident in where to go now if I do get one. Cheers. read more

There are times in your life when you wake up and find a huge (football sized) dent in the back of your rental car in your hotel parking lot. A rental car that in 30 hours you have to return. Oh and did I mention this was on a Sunday. I did a quick Google search and gave the Acci-Dent number a quick call. This guy answered and was instantly helpful and had me shoot him a picture of the dent. We spoke for a few minutes afterwards and from the time it took me to drive from Madison to Milwaukee (back towards the airport) I was able to meet up with Nick. He gave me a really reasonable quote initially and actually saved me money and time all around once the work was done. The work was absolutely spot on and he just seemed like a great guy to do business with. He obviously takes great pride in his work and the job was flawless. I really appreciate when your in a tough spot and you have a great person to do business with (oh did I mention it was on a Sunday). I do not live in WI, but if I ever need another dent rolled out of a rental car and I am within a short drive to meet up with Acci-Dent, I would not hesitate. Full confidence in a great craftsman and great businessman. Thanks again Nick! read more

My father-in-law was refered to Nick by a local car salesman. His car had a large golf ball (ish) size dent on the rear quater panel. He talked to Nick via phone and even though my father-in-law lives like 200 miles away, he felt comfortable enough to bring his car in for repair. There was a comfortable waiting area and the repair was finished in a short time. Excellent work, the dent was gone! My in-laws are very happy with the work and it was was reasonably priced too. I looked at the car afterwords and was impressed with the work. The dent was in a tough spot (right on a contour line). read more

This company has provided friendly, reliable service for my aging BMW. They are always upfront about what needs to be done to keep the car in good, safe, condition. Had a nasty paint scrape on the side of my car. Emailed a picture of the damage and went in for an estimate. They were able to schedule my car in quickly and did an excellent job. There were no visible marks left from the damage. I highly recommend them for any minor damage you may have. I hope not to have to use them again... read more

I called Nick at Acci-Dent about the front corner bumper on my Kia Rio that was misaligned after a careless swipe on my garage while backing out a while ago. It was pretty scratched up, too. He was very understanding and requested I text him a picture of the damage, so I did, and he took a look at it and told me to come in later that day, he said he'd be able to squeeze me in. So I did and he did a FANTASTIC job fixing the bumper and even matching the paint color to cover up the scratches. It didn't take much time at all and the bumper looks good as new! His pricing is very affordable and he's a super nice guy, a very enthusiastic "car guy" that you can tell loves what he does. He was also very eager to talk to me about Detroit (where I used to live) and had great things to say about it, so yeah, I'm a fan of Nick and his work. I highly recommend Acci-Dent to anyone who needs dent or other cosmetic vehicle repair with fast, friendly service at affordable prices! read more

After the passenger side door of my truck was dented in a parking lot by another vehicle, I came across acci-dent through research online. The estimate and scheduling process was quick and easy, and the price was very reasonable. The dent is now totally removed and the damage is virtually unnoticeable. Nick was very honest about the process and did an excellent job. I recommend acci-dent without hesitation to anyone with minor dent damage on their vehicle. read more

Called Nick about a Dent in my 2009 BMW 5series on my driver side Quarter Panel! Very Bad Dent with a nice Crease in it.. First off let me say how impressed I was with the professionalism that Nick conducted his self with. Second Nick did not Bullshit me and was straight up about what he could do and he Guaranteed that i would be 100 percent satisfied. Body shops was trying 2 charge me over 1000 bucks for the repair. Great communication, straight up honest, and a Great End result! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Nick!! read more
