When I first started looking for a dent removal. I did the basics checked a few dealerships. I friend looked at it and said he thought someone could just pound out the dent. Asked google for the highest rated dent removal shop near me. Dent Clinic came up with a 4.9 out of 5 rating. Read some reviews was very impressed. Checked a couple other places out. And most said they could get it back to 90%+/- a few. Dent clinic said they could get it closer to 95-99% I added before and after photos. Understand the white stuff in the before Photo is PPF had to remove it, but you can see how bad the dent was. If you don't know what PPF is ask a body shop and get it, it saved my paint no scratches. Summary. Takes weeks for responses. Broke trim on truck. Truck filthy upon pickup. Bunch of trim not installed and just sitting in the cab. Run far away unless you have months for repair and then more for possible additional damage. I had my Ford f150 repaired from hail a few months ago. I was leaving to work out of state for several months and wa Ted to be kept in the loop in case truck wouldn't be done prior to leaving. Because then I would have to find alternate pickup arrangements. We'll luckily truck was ready a couple days before that. Upon arriving after getting pickup call. The truck is dirty. I mean for over 10k in repairs I didn't think a car wash would be crazy. The plastic trim all through the frunk missing. Apparently it got left in the rear seat and I had to help install. I was planning on picking up truck and meeting family for a movie. So I'm in a rush and once I get to movie I'm waiting and I look around the interior. I notice a strath on drivers door and the right c pillar trim had marks from the removal tool and I think the clip going into body is broken or at min is not secured and now you see a gap. Truck only has like 4k miles by this point or I probably wouldn't care. It takes weeks to get answers. I called. Emailed. Everything. Multiple times. Takes about two weeks for response. Finally told they will fix the c pillar and no mention about the door trim. Whatever. We'll finally time to come back home and more wasted time waiting for a response. So now I'm having to fix the plastic. The dent repair was done well but is the only thing that did. I don't have time to wait weeks just for a response and then who knows how long for another repair with possible more issues. Update: finally got a response today but I've already decided to fix myself. Owner stated they are canceling the part ordered when I would bet everything I own that it was never done. The excuse for delay was the same as last time. Vacation. What a joke. Go else where. I'm actually more upset on the responding email than if I just got ghosted honestly. read more

I got a few dents on my car from a car wash and was very upset about it. Thankfully after doing a bit of research online I came across this savior of a shop, and after requesting a quote through the BBB, Dent Clinic promptly contacted me. I was a bit shocked by the price-- and in a good way. My two dents, about the size of peas, but in difficult to reach areas, were estimated at about $150. Low and behold, after about an hour of effort, the team at Dent Clinic was able to completely get rid of the damage. I can't even see where the marks were! Austin was fantastic to work with and the whole experience was a breeze. OMG OMG OMG this place completely rocks. My summer toy came out of storage for this year and to my surprise that both my neighbors were carelessly smashing there doors into my car and ruining my quarter panels, see my pictures. I went to three body shops for estimates to get an idea of what it would take to fix the damage but I didn't know where the car would end up for the repairs. The place that services both my vehicles which has a body shop was frank with me and told me that I really need to go to the dent clinic if I wanted a the best job possible and they were spot on. I talked to two Mikes who work the business, one Mike works the front and 2nd Mike works the magic on the vehicles in the back. They both were great working with me to assure me that they were the right place to repair my collector car and it would look like it never happened. They informed me that there would be minor paint work to complete the repair which they don't do but my shop already explained that to me and they would finish the repair. The damage was extensive on both sides and Mike #2 said he would need the car all day but he reassured me I would be vey happy with the outcome. Since this is my summer toy I worried about a Ferris Buellers day off hot rod ding my car around because I would be tempted honestly but I left with the exact mileage I dropped it off with. When I returned at the end of the day to pick up the car ( 8-5 M-F only ) I was amazed at how the roughly 30 or so dents were like they never happened, see my pictures. Overall I was completely impressed at the high level of the quality work they do. This is the place you want to take your minor damaged vehicle if you if you want an excellent repair, trust me on this one this is where you want to go. This place is life saving. My one year brand new car is dented badly by a landscaping decoration rock, not sure why it was placed right next to packing space. I took a day off, went to dealers to fix it. The staff in dealer looked at it, and told me the plastic bump part can't be bended easily, has to fix it in body shop. I asked for referral, the body shop was referred is also on dealer website, which is one with big franchise. I read the reviews which is quite impressive. Went there right way, was told it is not repairable, the whole front bump, plastic plus the metal part are needed to be replaced. Because metal section part ordered is unpainted, which it need to finish to match the color of car. You can image the cost. So I went to another body shop, the same only option was given, but the replace quoted is about 250$ less, still 4 digits. I was very upset went back home and tried to pay the price to be paid with such minor mistakes. However I still searched and searched to see if I can repair it myself, of course it is an unbelievable task for a I.T. person who knows very little about car. But I did find a video with demo on using heat gun to shape a badly dented plastic bumper back. Which gave me hope. Next day I asked around for places that may be as good as the one in YouTube. No luck. Then my friend suggested I go to google to find a nearby place. With a little hope I found Dent Clinic. Read the reviews and saw a few customers with similar case like mine. Went there with walking in service right before the store was close, Mike looked at it, didn't take him very long to give me a option To Repair, it is a very challenging case, but he is willing to give it a try, he even told me that if he can not repair it, they won't charge it at all. The background story for this review is: it was a sunny yet windy sunday and I just got back from a movie at the Marcus Majestic. I didn't even know a dent was on my car until I got home - but someone must have rolled up and lost control of their door. Ultimately, their door must have made contact with my car and continued to scrape further to a shorter distance. Some paint was left on the door and a nasty cave-in occurred. So, naturally I called and drove the car to their HQ and had them inspect it first to see if it was a feasible operation or not and then scheduled an appointment. They're very easy to work with, so feel free to call/reach out. Dent Doctor is AMAZING. I just took my 2001 Volvo in to these guys to address that very nasty cave-in and the specialist was able to bring it back almost to original... 95% to be accurate. But honestly, you can't even notice it unless you look VERY hard to see how it was brought back. It looks amazing and I'll definitely be going back for any other dents around the vehicle. Just an hour or two and your car will be back to new! If you've been here before, they will work with you on a package deal for addressing the car in one day (going to town on every panel that they can get to). A coworker was kind enough to lend me his truck while my car was being repaired... unfortunately, with the snow and ice, and my inexperience in driving bigger vehicles, I scuffed and dented the side on my garage. I've used these guys several times over the years and they never cease to amaze me at what they can remove. If they don't think they can get it perfect they're honest and tell you up front. One example of there work is on my 2008 MX-5 which was damaged when it was being serviced at the dealership. Their dealers body shop said paintless dent repair was not an option due to the severity and placement of the dent. I asked if I could take it to Dent Doctors (now Dent Clinic) to have them take a look. The dealership said I'd be wasting my time. I took it anyway and an hour later there was no sign of a dent and I handed the dealership the $200 bill versus them spending thousands to repair and repaint. Since then I've used them half a dozen times. Most recently my 2016 3 day old Denali pickup got a ding right on the edge of the door - a tough spot to remove a dent. 45 minutes later it was completely gone. All dent removal places are not equal.
