Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. My girlfriend was astounded with the result, telling me the car looked as if it were "two days old!" Please consider them the next time collision, paint or detailing work is needed!

WORST AUTO SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND REFUSED ANY REFUND!!! TOLD ME TO…read moreTAKE HIM TO COURT!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Summary: $300 paid to this company for a windshield replacement cost me $1,075 in repairs and a car rental due to being stranded without a vehicle over Christmas. Takeaway: Windshield replacement costs $1,375.00 if you use Lake Auto Glass. After one month of windshield replacement by Lake Auto Glass, heavy rain resulted in water leak to central fuse box, causing electrical problems including dead battery due to blower fan turning on with engine off and key removed. Replaced fuse box for $650. Water in fuse box in Ford Expedition is commonly known to be due to windshield leak. Tried to work with Lake Auto Glass shop manager George Nazary to address the issue. He is awful to deal with. Right from the first phone call to him, he was defensive from the get go, completely dismissive of the idea the windshield replacement done one month prior was the cause of the water leak. He said bring it in, I'll prove it to you. It is not our windshield. I bring it in and his high tech test to "prove" the windshield wasn't leaking consisted of removing seals around the windshield, spraying foamy soap all around the edges and using an air compresser on the inside of the windshield. He insisted to me as I watched, "See there is no bubbles. I told you it is fine. No problem." He pointed to other ways it could be leaking and offered to reseal it for free unnecessarily if that is what I want, making it seem that I would be wasting my time and his time in doing so. I just said 'No that's fine' and left. I continued to have electrical problems once spring (rain) came around. I took it to the dealer and they diagnosed water to be leaking in through the windshield. I called George immediately and he got me confused with 3 different customers - talking about my spouse (when I am not married), my sunroof (I have no sunroof) and my leaking rear windshield (which is not leaking). George offered to reseal it for free but refused to admit that it was causing any damage. He refused to go to the dealership himself to have them show him where it is leaking in. He just completely dismissed the dealership's diagnosis as impossible, like he had done to me once already. At this point, I decided to not deal with this guy anymore and went with the dealership's autoglass repair shop to have it resealed. The problem is resolved. Within 2 days of the reseal, we have had very heavy rains, and I do not have a single electrical issue. Before, even with mild rain, I had to disconnect the battery each time because the blower fan kept kicking on after I turned off the vehicle and would drain the battery. I tried another attempt to reaching out to George after I confirmed the problem was fixed. He lied to me saying he spoke to the dealer and the autoglass shop and that he fixed it by correcting an issue on the body of the truck. Not true. I called the auto glass place and the guys said No. He might have used more primer/glue but that's about it. George literally preempted any of my threads and said to me: "Sue me, I don't care I will win. I will make the dealership and other autoglass pay for it. They are lying about it." Horrible, horrible experience. Bad, bad BAD customer service.
