He then went over a few things of what we could possibly do on the future to help maintain our truck running top-notch. I love these guys! Great service without the attitude! I took my car in for rattling in the trunk. Originally discussed with dealership during service visit, they didn't address it and said come back if still a problem. I came back, and after giving me a bunch of grief told me to pay $190 before they would look at it. I took it to Badger instead. They confirmed what I thought, that shocks were bad, and took care of it same day, for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Todd even drove to the dealer to get the parts! I bought my first car a month ago and am, for all intents and purposes, a car idiot. Woke up this morning to a tire so flat I was riding on the rims. Turns out my warranty doesn't cover my tires and I was a bit terrified as to what this would do to my bank account. Do I need a new tire? Will my car be out of commission for a while? How did I make it to adulthood without knowing anything about cars? Thankfully Badger was able to fix my tire and alleviate my stress. I showed them the nail in the tread, they came out and put some air in the tire, had me move the car a little bit, and patched it right up. Literally took less than 20 minutes and it cost me $15. I'll definitely be back when the time comes once again when some check-whatever light pops on and I have no idea what to do. read more

I am one of those people who know very, very, very little about cars. The only kind of car maintenance I can successfully do on my own is replace wiper fluid -_- and Badger Tire and Auto didn't take advantage of that. Thank goodness there is an HONEST locally owned shop near me! Took my car in to replace a wheel bearing that start acting up after hitting a pothole in Chicago. They were able to replace it in a timely manner and made sure I was okay with the price and even included balancing. When they called me they made sure to note that I didn't have to replace the wheel bearing right away, but would definitely need to in the future. I decided to get it replaced cause you shouldn't mess with wheel bearing repair! I appreciated this honesty greatly and have heard other great things about this place from friends who have been here too. read more

My car wouldn't start, and I called Badger T &A to ask for their advice. Within 30 minutes someone was at my house trying to jump start it. I got 2 new tires for my car today from Badger Tire & Auto. My back tires were completely worn down. I dropped my car off at 9am on a Sunday and it was ready to be picked up by noon - with a super reasonable price too! That evening I did a 5 hour drive to Michigan during a heavy snow and I know for a fact that my old tires would have left me stuck in a hotel half way to my destination, but the new ones did great! read more
