After reading reviews of their "speedy service" for tires, "fitting me in for an oil change",…read more"going above and beyond", I called about a battery. I live NEXT DOOR to their business so I wanted to support my local business. I explained my battery light kept flashing on and off and did they have time to visibly look at it (thinking maybe the connections may be bad). I was willing to wait if indeed the battery was the problem for a repair. It couldn't have taken more than 5 min to just look. The woman on the phone didn't ask any further questions, just dismissed me and said we don't have any openings today. Horrible customer service. Uncaring, inflexible and rude. Definitely no "going above and beyond" or "fitting me in". I'm an older single woman with grandchildren to drive around. So disappointed.

Stacey was wonderful with communication from start to finish - and backed up by an efficient, knowledgeable, honest and friendly staff. My first great experience gave me no hesitation to schedule maintenance needed on our Transit Connect - I wasn't disappointed. confident that I have a new auto repair shop! So, to boot!... I realized a few days later that a hub cap was missing - didn't know if it was always that way (???) but CCC didn't hesitate to offer a new one.... that's a good business! THANK YOU!

GREAT hard working, friendly knowledgeable staff, quick results, explained what they did to my car,…read morereally like taking my vehicle to their shop. Even got my sister to go here too, and she likes them just as much! BUT. I cannot give them 5 stars in good conscience because THERE IS NO WAITING ROOM TO SPEAK OF at this location. They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)
