I've had my car here multiple times and always been satisfied with the work done and the customer service provided . Their shop inside is cool. Take some time to look at all the metal vintage inspired signs. Some are hilarious. I should've taken a picture. Next time I will. IE: There is one sign with a grenade pictured with a #1 tag on it's pin. It states: CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS-PLEASE TAKE A NUMBER. (Keep your sense of humor please.)

I got mixed info in the results (one thing was said on the phone, another in person). In getting the car back, I started hearing a chugging noise that was never there before. And many of the things the said were a issue, weren't at all! Like my rear windshield wipe, they said it was broke. I turn it on and it's absolutely fine. Same with my battery. The worse is I was charged over a 100 dollars for it when others would have looked for free.

When asked about it, she stated "I don't need to do anything I don't want to." She then proceeded to get into OUR car WITHOUT a mask and do the emissions inspection. When confronted again about not wearing a mask when in an enclosed space in OUR personal car, the response was "I don't need to do anything I don't want to; the virus isn't airborne anyways." Obviously, that is factually incorrect, but I don't believe the owner cares. IF this business wants to conduct themselves in this manner, they should announce publicly "we don't respect you and will not wear masks". They are endangering the health, safety, wellbeing, and lives of others with these reckless actions - had we known this was their policy,, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Those that agree with the owners principles could still frequent the business, but those of us that believe the science should not be subjected to their ignorance. The state should also NOT be driving business (as an "approved" vehicle emissions inspection facility) to a facility that is FLOUTING the state's own mask mandate.
