I came here to get a key cut for a 2020 Ford Edge. They had to order the fob - took a week to come in. They called and I stopped today to get it cut. Turns out their program doesn't do 2020. Needs to get updated! So maybe you get a key maybe you don't. read more

YELP generously allows businesses to respond directly and openly to reviews, so everyone has a chance to see how management responds to lukewarm reviews. My original review couldn't have been more clear, it's annoying when a business is locked up when its posted hours indicate it should be open. Nothing complicated about that. I was already frustrated that I showed up to find it was closed, now you want me to waste more time to call you and tell you again, the place was closed during open business hours? You don't need me to go over "appropriate solutions" you just need to make sure the posted hours match the times the door are unlocked. Instead of having a whole "Customer Care Team," why not move a couple members of this team to this store so it can be open when the schedule on the door says the store is open? Or does the Customer Care team just not care about that? read more

He installed my battery made sure that my truck was running fine several times and that everything reset for me in my truck as it's supposed to. I could not ask for better service. do not go here i brought my 3 watches in. the person at the desk claimed he could not open 2 of them he handed me the 3rd one said no charge. i took it to the jeweler he suggested and they told me a part was missing that held the battery so he broke my watch handedcit back told me no charge. the better business bureau will be called on this lousy business.WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON AT THE DESK HE SAID. My wife just visited the Batteries Plus, which is now located on the corner of Hwy. 11 and Oakes Rd. She was so put out by the rude, arrogant and condescending sales person there that she left and vows never to return. One basic old style flashlight bulb was $5. My experience is that their prices are high and only worth it if you can't get it anywhere else or must have it now. read more

My car didn't start Sunday morning. I was happy to see the store opened at 9:00 am. I got there by 9:30 and made it to church before 10:00. Sara the manager of the store was very helpful. She noticed I bought the old battery from a different store and she said it might still have a warranty. I thought that was very good service. She didn't have to mention that. I brought my iPhone 7 in for a screen replacement. During the repair, the tech damaged the home button. The tech attempted to repair, but could not. The manager informed me that I had signed the initial agreement which stated none of the phone functions were tested prior to the repair so they were not liable. Other than a cracked screen, the phone was fully functioning prior to the repair. The manger, Kevin, refused to acknowledge they had done the damage and notified me I was out of luck- terrible customer service. read more

Wow! I wish I remembered the clerk's name because she was fantastic! I needed a battery for my car remote. She had it switched out and then let me go out and test it to make sure it worked. Very professional and concerned for the customer. I was happy to see they also replace iPhone batteries. I'm sure I'll be back soon. read more

I am bit dissatisfied right about now. I came in for a new battery this evening, the battery was about $50 more than I have ever paid for one however he said he could change it out in 15 minutes so I told him to proceed with the job. Soon after the Manager told my helper that he wasn't to accept any more changes since it was after 6 pm. The worker was very helpful however he came in 5 minutes after starting the job stating that he was having an issue with the bracket and was afraid he would break it. With my help we were able to get it loose and remove the old battery. He again had trouble replacing the new battery so I tried to help home once again. He assured me that he almost had it and that I should "go inside and warm up". About 5 minutes later he called the manager out. The Manager then came back into the store and stated "that's why we don't change batteries at night" stating that it was too difficult at night and that I should come back during the day so that they could fix their work. I was perplexed since I was sold a battery at night which I paid for at night and fully expected to have installed at night. Right now I am driving around with loose battery under my hood which I dont believe to be safe and will fix myself. A big kudos to the kid that tried to help me out however I will not be returning to this store as it us very clear that the managers have a lot to learn about customer service. This issue could have been resolved with a little effort on the managers part. read more

Well, stopped in to have the batteries replaced on 2 car fobs (key-less entry). The batteries were low on the usual one and since I was going I had them replaced on the spare also. Used the normal one to get into the car and it worked. Went to Pick n Save and used the spare to open the trunk and it didn't work. So I went right back. Instead of just trying new batteries he tested them... and again and puts them back and tries it, nothing. So test them again and again and again!!! Then he says "I think there is a piece missing" I said it should be right there then, that is where you just took it apart. So I go grab the other one that is still working... He tries it and it works, he takes it apart and there is nothing missing in either of them. Puts it back together and NOW NEITHER WORK!!! So, back to testing the batteries again again again!!!! After 45 mins I just said give them to me and left! So I paid for the batteries and now have 2 broken fobs. read more
