The day before we were to close on my mother's house in Union Grove, I arrived to find many items had not been removed from the house. I had been told another family member was going to remove these items. I called Juan in a panic on that Thursday afternoon. He confirmed that two people would be at the house the next morning with a truck and a trailer. They arrived at 7:30 am and did a great job getting these items out of the house quickly. We were able to close on the property at 9 am that morning.
