Told me I had 3 choices, but would not explain to me how they differed. He rambled some stuff at me, that was it. I've been Verizon customer for over 20 years, and have NEVER been treated so poorly, in all those years. I just wanted to find a way to lower my bill. I'm on a plan that is $85.00, don't use my phone except to make maybe two or three calls a month. My $85.00 bill is over $100.00 a month. No extra services, programs, or phones. After decades of Verizon service, I'm going to look into other providers now.

The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.

Jasmine (manager?) said she can correct the problem by selling me a brand new one with more GB if I sell her my old one for 100 bucks. They did not bother to see if I was syncing to the cloud. I could have easily moved documents there and freed up home drive space on my ipad. Wasted $500! Also, I went in about a month later to cancel a Verizon mifi device they sold me 2 years ago. Again, because they are only a franchise store they don't have the ability to cancel it or even provide me instructions. The Gurnee store said it was simply a matter of me calling 611 from my phone. Wasted money and time here and learned my lesson!

I had received a card in the mail for $20 off the purchase of a Samsung phone but he would not honor it. First, he said it could only be used with a newly activated phone although the card said nothing of the sort. When I pointed that out to him, he said it could only be used at a corporate store even though the address on the card was for the Grayslake franchise. He was "too busy" hanging accessories up in the back of the store to bother assisting a customer. I went to the Gurnee corporate Verizon store instead to purchase my phone. Will never go back to the Grayslake location.
