    This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a cellular dealer. I do not have…read moreboost mobile, nor would I ever switch to boost Mobile at this point but a friend of mine has boost Mobile.We were just there one day ago for a new phone and the girl that worked with us then was so polite -so helpful - no problems at all whatsoever using my Discover charge card. Today we go back to pay the bill that was due, and my friend came back to the car and said the card was declined, which was odd because it worked yesterday he tried a couple more times and it was still declined. I was not getting any notifications on my phone from Discover that any charges were being declined. I have it set up that way to notify me on purchases and declines. He came back to the car and I went in with the charge card because there was a baby in the car and couldn't be left alone (contrary to what he told the police that my friend kept coming in and out like he was gonna do something when an actuality, he wasn't sure what was going on inside the store ) I tried using the card and he showed me that it was declined, which struck me as odd because I was not receiving any email or text notifications that this purchase was being declined. I was at a loss. I got Discover on the phone and they confirmed it was a problem with boost mobile's card reader terminal and computer. This young employee kid kept telling me there was nothing he could do about it and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked if his manager was available to try to troubleshoot this problem. He said the manager was off today. I asked if anybody else was available to troubleshoot their card reader. He stated nobody was available. He said he has been accepting credit cards all day with no problems. he then told me that if I did not leave, he was going to call the police. I was shocked! For what?!? your terminal not working. He offered no other solution except to come back tomorrow. I told him to go ahead and call the police all of a sudden he was able to reach a manager named Addy. He made a statement to the police on the phone that he was afraid of me and thought I was gonna hurt him. Seriously!?! I'm a 60 year old woman!!! He then said he has my name and address (because he had the account pulled up) and knows where I live. Really!?! So that is what you use your customers information for? To stalk them?!? So the police show up and Addy was on speaker phone. Good we're all together now. Let's get this resolved! well the police officer told Addy that I wanted them to try running the card again and she said that she was reviewing the video and did not want customers " Like me" In her store. What the hell is THAT supposed to mean?? I think the bigger problem is having an employee like Marco's or Arthur whatever his name was - he keeps giving different names - That lies. I told him about the girl that waited on us yesterday saying that their computers were changed and they were under new management. Marcos said said she's lying that she is new and he has been there for five years. No new management - no computer updates. So I don't know who the heck to believe. I do know this we paid our bill online as I was not aware that was an option. And I will never ever recommend this boost mobile store on Sheridan Road in Zion to anyone. They do not know how to treat customers. Soon and very soon they will have no customers and I can't wait to see that day come. It couldn't happen to a better business! I will stick with my own cell phone provider and never refer anyone to this store. In all honesty, Marcos or Anthony or Arthur or whatever his name is today- I hope he learns to tell the truth and speak to customers like they are customers but with a manager Addy who says she doesn't even want customers "like me" in her store.. go figure. This boost outlet will go out of business quickly. Definitely reporting this incident to Boost corporate headquarters. Thanks for reading! Will update as needed.

    Horrible customer service. My phone was stolen in summer, and I rushed to the office to block it…read more The guy handed me a piece of paper with a phone number! I told him again, hey, I don't have any phone to call from - my phone was just stolen, with all my information in it, but he didn't do anything! Luckily I was able to block my phone from my google account. Todays' experience prompted this review. I've been always paying at this location, card and cash, and was NEVER charged any service fee. Today I come, wait for 15 minutes because the guy is not there, and then he is charging me $5 "service fee" with my monthly payment. I bring my money directly to your office, and you are charging a "service fee"? Seriously?! I paid at another Zion location last month, and wasn't charged anything extra. Stay away from this place - they are ripping you off.
