I understood they were a little backed up, but the timeline seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after Thanksgiving I had to stop into the shop on three separate occasions just to check the status of my order. Each time, I was given a new explanation, including a hard drive failure, but at no point did I receive a phone call or any communication to let me know about delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, my item was never embroidered. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to complete the service, I would not recommend this business to coworkers or anyone needing embroidery work. I will be seeking a different shop moving forward.

A friend recommended me to someone who did our shirts for the Warrior Dash by the name of Kevin. I reached out to him and informed him who I was and who recommended me to see him about shirts prices. What he provided was within the budget I was looking for but also to make sure the savings were passed on to the ladies that was attending this event. I sent over a picture of what I wanted printed on the shirts and in no time flat I received an email with a sample of what they would look like. I was pleased with what I saw and gave him my business. I went to pick the shirts last week Friday and noticed we were short one and also I goofed on one of them by giving the wrong size. I let Kevin know right away and today's Wednesday my order was fixed! If I need shirts done again I will be going through City Screen again! A little side but embarrassing note, I didn't know Kevin was with City Screen until he sent me the address information the day I went to pick my shirts up lol.

We run a small, tiny, completely operated by volunteers, non profit, thus we are cost sensitive. For about 14 months we were receiving shirts at a $11ish dollar price point. Sometime in late summer the person we were working with got let go, our new contact couldn't be bothered to respond to our emails about shipping, despite having been very clear about when shirts need to arrive to Indiana from MILWAUKEE, they ended up in Washington DC, and our shirt price increased dramatically. This lack of communication wasn't an isolated issue, I was constantly chasing them down and trying to get responses from them about orders we had in flight. Why did I do it, you ask? Because the cost was low enough and I wanted to shop locally. The last straw was when we tried to get shirts printed for an event at UW. We didn't realize the licensing restrictions around using the logo and after discussing with the department it felt like we'd go without the UW logo. We then proceeded to try to get some sweatshirts in addition to the event shirts, and our rep Chris stopped responding completely. I followed up with her at least twice after that, but then it became too big of a risk and time suck. The actions became clear that we were no longer a wanted customer. In the end, we ended up getting our shirts from someone else for cheaper, especially after the shirts went up by $3 per shirt (turns out the previous person was giving me a discount I wasn't supposed to receive, for the entire 14 months), and the communication was bad, it wasn't worth it. We tried to be understanding, but they are in the business of printing and if answering questions about printing and items that can be printed on is too much heavy lifting, then we have other options. I can't recommend CSP for a reliable, cost effective print shop.

I love them - they are just the right size for my home. They moved with me from Chicago to Milwaukee in near perfect condition...and then I got a dog. She got bored one day and decided to take it out on one of those chairs. She claimed the other as her spot in the living room for comfy afternoon naps. I finally decided it was time to get them fixed, and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the outcome - the process was seamless, I completed a form online, emailed a few times about cost, brought my chairs to the place, picked out a fabric, received a quote by email, and three weeks later - paid and picked up the chair. Worth every penny to have these chairs back in peak condition for years to come.

Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!

After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I called, they could order it. Again, nothing for 2 weeks, called again spoke to Lorelli the manager, it was ordered but then canceled as they will require payment for shock prior to ordering. Fine charged my credit card 2-11-2026, NO part received by 2-27-2026. What's the hold up? Oh, it will be shipped with a bulk pallet order from the MN store to the Brookfield store not sure how long that will take. NO, you ship it to Brookfield store, I already paid for the new shock on my credit card bill. Part shipped 3-19-2026 Fed X. I called 3-27-2026 MN store spoke to Dave P and he was aware of shock order being shipped and would call Brookfield manager Lorelli. 2 hours later manager calls stating OH it just arrived 5 minutes ago. It doesn't take 10 plus days for a ground shipment from MN to WI. Between manager and I we setup to have new shock put on 4-1-2026. My husband took chair in and Lorelli couldn't guarantee it would be fixed timely as no staff to fix it, and it would take 3-4 hours to fix. Manager claimed it takes 2 people to replace a shock. Why did we make arrangement for it to be fixed 4-1-2026, when we spoke 3-27-2026. We looked it up online and only 1 person is required or replace shock. I went and picked up chair and new shock, came home and in less than 10 minutes the new shock was on the chair and working good. The manager and owner are very lax with customer service on repairs and educate. A manager in my opinion should be able to handle easy repairs like this, which is not the case. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this store again. The manager is full of excuses, upon excuses, owner is not customer friendly. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 10
