I signed up for att service through Target. I was told I would get statement credits for paying the activation fees up front, discounted lines and reimbursement for the payoff of my devices (turns out it was only for my phone not my tablet). In the form of a visa gift card. Went online and submitted the information for the reward in the form of a screen shot because I didn't get paper statements. They declined to reimburse because they didn't like the submission format. So I had to call my old provider and sit on the line for an hour and request a paper statement by mail. Once I received it, I went back to their submission site and it kept telling me I could not submit because I had already submitted. I replied to their email, there was no response. So I called. Turned out I needed to go to an alternative website to submit. The person on the phone was really nice and walked me through the resubmission process where I uploaded all 5 pages of my bill. This was all still within their 60 day required time frame. After I submitted the page said to wait 6-8 weeks to get my card. The other day I realized I had not gotten my visa gift card. So I went into my email to search for information and there was no record of anything. I call in and ask what's up and after 2 phones calls, 4 employees, 1 manager and a hour and 15 minutes of my time they tell me I'm SOL because their system failed. That there is NO ONE, that can make this right. Even if there was no record, how would I know i had to go to a special website for resubmission of my firms unless I had actually done it? Furthermore, the reimbursement of the activation fees only came after I called them back and reminded them. If I wasn't paying attention they would I shorted me that. So I was supposed to get $150 back for paying off my phone and they now refused. This stinks like a scam to me. I do not recommend switching. Oh yes, when I asked to talk to someone higher up I was told there was no one else higher up to talk to me. What a shame.

First time ever waiting in line for a Costco Grand Opening, and honestly... it was an experience!…read more We met some really nice people in line, including the folks who were first in line and had been there since 4 AM! Now THAT is Costco dedication! We were hoping to score some of the allocated bourbon and maybe some of the special grand-opening merchandise. The bourbon selection wasn't quite what we were hoping for, but we still walked away with some pretty great finds! Our haul included the Espirit sweatshirts, Costco trucker hats, Collectivo coffee, 6 bottles of decent bourbon, QC and Skechers sneakers--so I'd say we did pretty darn well! The Costco employee cheer squad greeted us with big smiles, and there were lots of samples waiting inside. Costco definitely knows how to welcome a crowd! And apparently we should have dressed up a little more because... we made it into the Journal Sentinel! Overall, a super fun morning, some great people, plenty of samples, and a successful Costco adventure. Would I wait in line for another grand opening? Absolutely!

We started in the beauty section and I immediately found clearance hair clips/claws that were cute and a great deal. My friends were having a great time looking for items and when one of them decided to try some things on I decided to look a bit harder and found two pairs of jeans- that is not something that normally happens! Not only did the jeans fit great but they were $20 and $24 which in my mind is a great price especially considering they'd be $70-100 regularly. We also browsed the shoes and I happened to find the perfect pair for a wedding I had coming up, so of course I grabbed them. On top of the other finds I also found a small toy for my dog. I ended up with two sets of hair claws/clips, two pairs of jeans, a pair of heels and a dog toy for under $100. While we only interacted with the staff at the register they were also nice and my friends and I all ended up finding a few items here.

Not so much when I am well dressed and carrying a Chanel bag, but when I was running in to grab something quick and dressed in sweats. Just a general feeling rather than at specific counters. Date of visit: January 9, 2026…read more I had some time before my haircut a few doors down in this shopping center and while I normally do Metro Market, this grocery store was just more conveniently located and allowed me to park just once. The store definitely has a small town feel about it, and I don't think that's on accident. I really felt like this was a place where many of the staff is familiar with their regular customers and maybe that's why the cashier (Tana, I believe) wasn't particularly friendly, because she did not recognize me. I was able to score some Valentine's Day cards and also found a bar of clearance soap, so I was feeling pretty good about my purchases overall. If I was in this area again, I wouldn't be opposed to stopping here again to pick up some things.
