HAPPY THURSDAY, AND HELLO TRADER JOES!! I stopped in to get some flowers today. I haven't been into a Trader Joe's in a while..and, I don't remember having these many options. Or maybe I completely forgot about it..Or maybe, I just came during the time when they just STOCKED up. But lucky for me, I had ALL the OPTIONS! I came in, and scored!! The store was fully booked and busy, service was great. I will definitely be back! read more

Trader Joe's at Bay Shore is my "go to" place for flowers (e.g., the super long-lasting Alstromeria), produce and cheese. They have a nice section of products. There is plenty of parking, outside the store or covered in the adjacent parking structure. read more

Trader Joe's - Grocery Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

There's so much to love about Trader Joe's and this is our original Milwaukee location so it always feels like going home. I love their satisfaction and return policy being able to return something if it's not to your standard or liking. That's what sets them apart from the rest. As well as the many incredible products from all over the globe. Also, when I need a greeting card, this is the spot. Staff is always super upbeat and inviting. This location however, is challenging for parking so if you park at their corner and want to enjoy the rest of the town center, they want you to move your car! read more

While visiting Milwaukee- the mini totes were released. Very popular st home. Not in milwaukee. walked in 2 days after they were released. Every color was available No limits. The store is just as fabulous and quirky as I'm used to. read more

I'm a huge fan of Trader Joe's. They carry great food products and interesting world cuisine that you just can't get everywhere. Their floral section is high quality and an excellent value - my florist mother is always impressed by their offerings. Love the wine and alcohol offerings. The cheese section is amazing. I spend a lot of time and money in the frozen aisle. Yes, the parking lot is nuts, but I blame the customers, who often behave like they've never left their houses before, both inside and outside of the store, jamming up the aisles everywhere. Why four stars? Lately, every time I visit this location I find myself hampered and blocked during my shopping by pairs or small clumps of employees, talking or stocking shelves or just standing waiting to help customers. It's great that they have staff on hand, but they are really impeding movement and I know those trucks come in fast and furious, but the aisles are already so clogged by shoppers with no self-awareness that I find myself annoyed every visit. I can't spend money if I cant get to the products, guys. read more

Trader Joe's - Cheap and healthy plants at the front of the store are nearly always a great deal - Grocery Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I was in the area, making a return at a clothing store, and decided to pop in this Trader Joe's to pick up a few items. I'm used to Trader Joe's being busy, but this was next-level chaotic. The layout of the store is not conducive to this amount of traffic. Customers with carts were struggling to navigate the aisles, and those without carts were struggling to navigate around the people with the carts. For wheelchair users and folks with other mobility devices: I wouldn't recommend coming here during peak hours. The aisles are pretty narrow and other shoppers are reluctant to move their carts to make way for people. Nonetheless, the value is hard to beat. My basket was brimming with groceries and I only spent about $40. I likely would have paid 50% more at a grocery store like Metro Market. The staff here are super friendly, too. Overall, the Brookfield location has a better layout and is a tad less busy. I don't know that I'll be returning to this one in the near future. read more

Ad always, the one thing I love about Trader Joe's is that the culture is the same wherever you go- I'm sure nothing is always perfect all the time but one thing I've always noticed no matter what store you go to the people always get along and everybody is so happy and so friendly. When they ask you about your day or what you have going on they genuinely mean it. I just moved to Milwaukee 3 1/2 months ago and I finally made it to the Northport Washington Road location! It is very different from my one back home in Madison but a great location once again nonetheless. I got 4 1/2 bags of groceries for $230 and to me that is a bargain nowadays. I always feel like I get a lot for my money there and can make my meals and food stretch further for the price than any other grocery store. Plus, it's really about the people that work there that make your day. I always consider it a treat to go there. I immediately feel uplifted when I walk in the store and all of the employees are lovely. I made a point to tell my cashier that was my first time in the store since I had moved to Milwaukee and I was so happy I finally made it! Decent selection of wine and liquors, but again this is Wisconsin ha ha. They don't have the greatest selection of cheese as the Madison store, but that's OK. As a retail manager, I can appreciate that not every store is going to carry the same merchandise. I know there is always a lot of talk about Trader Joe's parking lots but to me this is one of the best ones I have seen, and that is really saying something. I am so happy for all of my culinary delights that I purchased today. I highly recommend this location. read more

Great selection of snacks, frozen foods, flowers, body care products, organic & healthy options. I love Trader Joe's! Only complaint with this location is the parking- it can be quite hectic! This is my favorite grocery store. Every single person is nice and thoughtful who works there. Everyone helps in whatever way they can and never seems too busy to help you. The grocery store is well organized and well put together. Parking is easy and very accessible, carts are stored easily. The one time they were out of something, someone asked if they could go look somewhere else to find something for me and gave me recommendations for how to obtain it from the store if I could not get it that day without me even asking. The actual products from the store are also wonderful and go into use well in many parts of my house. samples are readily available to you and handed out without any hesitation. I truly love this store; it is one of the things I do on a regular basis to get out of the house. read more

Every week I drive across town for my visit to Trader Joe's. Parking is easy, carts are plentiful, and everything is well organized. Staff seem to be very well trained in their jobs, and they are in variably, thoughtful and attentive. Usually, when I ask where to find something , Staff offer to walk with me to find it. I enjoy picking up fresh flowers, fresh produce, packaged meats, and dairy. I like their coffee brands, canned goods, frozen food selection, and protein bars. Usually, when there are more than two people in line, new check out lines are opened. The checkout is friendly and helpful. What would I change about Trader Joe's? I'd have a location near my home. read more

Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffins (gluten free): I've never really understood the Trader Joe's "hype", but these were brought into the office by a co-worker and I love free snacks. Trader Joe's muffin has a fair amount of cinnamon sugar both on top and inside their muffin. The sugar granules add a welcomingly light crunch to the muffin as well as additional sweetness. When it comes to cinnamon I'm not a fan of "burning" in your face cinnamon. Thankfully this was a very mild and sweet cinnamon flavor. The texture was pleasantly chewy and moist, just about perfect for a muffin. Some might be drawn to this muffin for the gluten free aspect, but I could care less. Most importantly, it tasted like a normal/non gluten free bakery item. If you have to eat GF then this is a must try. For everyone else, this is comparable to a typical bakery coffee cake muffin. I added some cinnamon frosting and a cinnamon dessert spread to mine to take it up a notch and it went from being good to phenomenal. Regardless of your dietary needs, these muffins are Doughboy approved. Doughboy_Food_Reviews read more

Big fan of our local TJs (minus their parking lot). I mean what's not to like about the selections, the cleanliness, and the genuine staff. I only come here once a month or so, because let's be honest my wallet doesn't need to take more hits than that. But on my recent visit I was reminded why I really enjoy it. This location is very open with a great layout. I'm a huge fan of their produce section first and foremost. So many quality fruit and veggie options, including all organic choices. I also snagged some of their bagged salads and veg, which really come in handy. Pair that with their homemade, clean-ingredient, salad dressing and you're winning. Green Goddess is my fave! I also grabbed a turkey, spinach, swiss wrap from their section of ready-to-eat meals. Lot of great for a grab and go options in this cooler section. With that, I had a fresh pressed juice. So dang good. As most know, you'll find tons of trade-joes-exclusives here, which is the main reason I make a monthly trip. I always find great snacks with solid ingredients, as well as tonssss of incredible freezer items. Again, is it the most price-friendly place to shop? Maybe not. But it's still worth the trips. read more

I love Trader Joe's and decided to show my mom this grocery store as she's never been and it is a but tricky to access since there is a mall by it so parking can be very tricky. As always they have a great selection of produce and any other items you can think of. It was pretty well stocked up and staff is always willing to help. read more

Everytime we go there it's awesome. That's truly all I can say! The employees are amazing, kind helpful, gracious. They will always look if there is something out of stock and when its coming back. Our store mascot is Fuji fox and she is always somewhere fun to find, it's a wonderful and fun experience for the little kids AND The big kids! Most of their Gummy candies are Halal since they are not made with gelatin! I love the kimbap and the Cod (which is use when I want quick fish tacos), their fruit is always reasonable and always a lovely variety of in season choices. Their management is kind and understand and are always ready to help. read more

Important things that this TJs location does particularly well that others do not - 1) the parking lot is not totally insane. I always find a spot and they're easy to park in. 2) I've never had to wait long to check out. Typically it's a very easy and efficient shopping trip. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is organized nicely and things I need are typically in stock. Great produce. read more

Cruciferous salad, Cookie Butter, Mirepolx, Orange Chicken, Green Dragon hot sauce and "Two Buck Chuck" are only a few of the reasons Trader Joe's is on my list of go-to spots for grocery shopping. Granted, you can't find everything here, for example, aluminum foil, and their meat section is somewhat limited, but you can find some unique offerings and lots of healthy options. I love their fresh produce, snack, and alcohol sections. I get all my smoothie ingredients, dried fruit, and cooking wine here. The store is on the smaller side, and on busier days, it can feel a bit crowded, but I have always found the service to be helpful and relatively quick. I love the variety of reusable bags they offer here to take your food away in and bring back for next time. I always feel like I'm doing my part to save the planet whenever I use them ;) read more

Trader Joe's - Mother's Day 2019 - Grocery Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I found out that this store hates America! No wonder they're named Traitor Joe's. Definitely one of my least favourite locations of Trader Joes. A couple of the people in here were friendly but a couple of them were really really not. Didn't have any free samples except for the one thing which the woman was out of and then the guy said (of me, in front of me, but not to me) "I think he already got one" and he wasn't even joking. She ignored him but that's not the point. Then you have the big question of prices. It's as obnoxiously overpriced as every other location. Their produce section is terrible which is the main reason that we come in here honestly, and are disappointed most times. And do not get me started on the parking and location. This is literally the worst place to put one of these. A million people want to get in here and you have to park at the mall that already has no parking and already charges for street spots that is already a really hard place to get in and out of? No thank you very much. No wonder the reviews are more mixed and a lot of these locations. Barbie's view of the company as a whole is more positive: Trader Joe's is great. They have a great selection of groceries. You can get organic produce, gluten free and vegan foods, and also toiletries. They have the best packaged salad products, like kale or lettuce or mixed greens. They have the best spring water. The employees are always friendly and offering to help. But not so much at this location because it was so busy. read more

Every shopping experience I have had at TJ's has been excellent. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly.

During the Covid19 issue, when you arrive here, you're met by an associate who insists you take a sanitized shipping cart - even if all you want is a quart of milk, a bottle of Three Buck Chuck, or a box of Joe-Joes. He'll explain, if you ask, that the idea is to keep you away from the cashier. Well, okay, if you insist. When this is all over, I'll write a real review. :) #YelpLove read more

Just another word of thanks to Trader Joe's for their ongoing proactive approach during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic by keeping the shelves fully stocked, limiting the number of shoppers, cleaning shopping carts, separating shoppers from checkout clerks, and requiring face masks for all employees. And that's all on top of their usual great products, at a fair price. We truly appreciate this dedication to employee and customer health and safety, and we'll repay them with our grocery shopping business now and in the future. read more

Still an avid fan of Trader Joe's, so wanted to come and update my review to state that my feelings have not changed, as recently I've had a few great experiences! I will say this, I'm so mad at TJ's for continuing to discontinue things that I love. This is probably my only real qualm with TJ's. They had this truffle dip over the holidays, and much like egg nog, only plan to have it available seasonally. I was so sad when I discovered I wouldn't try the dip again for another year. The staff there have been so great and helpful, especially when you're searching for an item. There was only one or two times I was faced with a cashier that wasn't really friendly. In one particular instance, I had gone up to check out and I was having a hard day. I then waited behind a lady who was taking up two lanes all so that she could just be first depending on which lane opened. IMO, she should have just picked a lane because we're all trying to get checked out and it just came off as rude. Anyway, an Angel opened up a new register and gestured me over so I didn't have to wait behind that lady anyway! She noticed my love for the Onion Chips and asked me if I had tried the lentils sour cream and onion rings. I was like, I stared at them a long time but ultimately decided not to get them; I'll try next time. This lovely woman was like, no you have to try them, I'm going to go get one for you. They're so good I eat a bag almost every night on my way home from work. She left to go get some and came back. I was Perfectly fine with paying for them as I wanted to try them anyway, but this sweet Angel said absolutely not I'm buying them for you. If I didn't hate showing emotion in front of people I probably would have cried right there. She said, think of it as my holiday gift to you. So. I got in my car and opened the bag. And boy was she not lyin! This simple gesture made my night, warmed my heart and magically lifted my spirits and I'm very grateful. And These snacks were so good. The next time I went back I tried to find her to thank her. I asked some of the workers who seemed to know who I was talking about, told them the story and asked them to tell her thank you and that she was so right! And yes, I've bought the snacks every time I've gone in since! I swear to god TJ ya'll better not discontinue this snack! read more

I know this is a popular store but is always a disappointment. Went there last week on a late Saturday afternoon and they were out of stock of the item I went for. I can sometimes find this in other grocery stores as well (Woodman's, some Sendik's, Wholefoods). They run out of things often and have small selection. The produce is not great at all. IMHO Trader Joe's is overhyped with processed food, cross contamination and sodium. read more

I would like to share with you my recent very negative experience that I encounter on December 22, 2023 (at 15:19 pm) at Store #0711 (5600 North Washington Road, Milwaukee WI). I shop regularly at this location and always had a good experience, stuff is friendly. But this time was different. Checking my receit I noticed that I was overcharged on an item. Noticing this I came to a manager corner in the store informing manager that I was overcharged. The manager of the story (she told me her name was Gladys) told me that I need to stand a line again in order to get a refund. It was Friday afternoon, the store was very busy and to stand a new line was around 20 minutes. I asked her if she can help me. She refused to do it. Later I would like to ask her some additional questions but she completely disappeared from her station and I was not able to find her in the story. So thanks to Gladys I spent another 30 minutes in the store to get a refund for the item I was overcharged. read more

Very nice Trader Joe's store. Parking lot is a little tough to maneuver but once inside I found all my favorites, and my Dad's too. Nevermind the parking catastrophe, get here before the Autumn Harvest pasta sauce and pumpkin ravioli sell out!!!! I am normally very anti-pumpkin this time of year. It is just so overdone. It started with those basic beaches and their pumpkin spice lattes. They are just not good to me. But then Trader Joe's opened my eyes to a whole new world of pumpkin foods. Pumpkin tortilla chips (AWESOME), pumpkin salsa (AWESOME), pumpkin pancake and waffle mix (AWESOME). Seriously, all of their pumpkin goods have really impressed me. It is not just the flavor and quality of the food products. It is the presentation at the end caps, the chalkboard art, the friendliness of the team member at the sample bar or at the cash register. It's a package deal. The food and customer service I have experienced at Trader Joe's greatly outweighs the negativity of the parking situation. Plus, I have found times when it is not such a hassle to go. I am so happy this grocer is here, it has introduced me to so many new foods. I just hope they keep that Autumn Harvest sauce in stock until Thanksgiving - or longer, longer is okay!!! read more

I admit I have not understood all the hype of Trader Joe's. That changed yesterday as I'm now a devoted convert! I've been doing Weight Watchers for six months now and have considered calling myself a healthy foodie as I've been adopting a new lifestyle. I still enjoy food, I'm just changing my relationship with it. And the results I've been seeing are tremendous. Woo hoo! The Weight Watchers community adores TJ's and with good reason. There are a number of unique, healthy, tasty options available for making good food convenient. There's an app that WW has to make finding out how many points a serving is as easy as scanning the barcode. Hello, new convenient options for good choices! The other part I like about TJ's is how reasonable the prices are. Oh my gosh I got a ton of stuff for just $25! Here's what I bought: --Everything But The Bagel seasoning: WW friends swear by this stuff and I can't wait to try it. It shall be opened soon and at $1.99 it was a bargain! --Chili Lime seasoning: great mixed in with some non fat Greek yogurt, spread on cucumbers and topped with shrimp. --BBQ rub: you had me at coffee and garlic. Next! --Pineapple flavored seltzer water. Sounds yummy and fun to mix with juice or crystal light for healthy mocktails! --Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons. Weight Watchers rave about these because they are a low point and tasty snack. I can't wait to try them! --Low fat chicken chow mein. When I saw the points and servings I knew it was something to try. --Frozen mango chunks. Hmm. Blended and stirred into the pineapple seltzer? Fruit salad? Turkey wraps? Endless possibilities! --Melodious Blend. A mix of lentils, chickpeas and veggies. A serving is one freaking point! Add in some shrimp or chicken and salad dressing and there's an awesome salad. --Multigrain Blend. A good base for a dinner with fish, chicken or pork, and a crap-ton of veggies. Yum! --Sugar free vanilla mints. Hey, a girl's gotta have kissably fresh breath. Might as well be delicious to boot! --Chocolate covered water cookie. Admittedly not low calorie but because nothing is off limits with weight watchers I can enjoy it! There will be more visits to Trader Joe's in the future and I'm happy with what I got! read more

Trader Joe's offers quality products (no GMOs, MSG, artificial flavors or colors, preservatives, or trans fats) at extremely reasonable prices. One thing my family loves and gets every single time we visit Trader Joe's: Dried mangos. They are one of the only spots around that sells natural, unsweetened dried mangos. Trust me on this, people--they don't need additional sweetener. They are delicious as is! We also enjoy their crystalized ginger, Mediterranean style hummus, pita chips, sea salted caramels, and, the pièce de résistance--dark chocolate peanut butter cups. Or, milk chocolate, if that's your thing. As I mentioned, their prices are incredible. Each and every time I shop here I get to the counter, certain I've gone completely over budget (so much goodness! it's hard to resist), only to find out I'm actually under budget. Their produce and meats selections are limited. Their craft beer and wine selections are solid. The only section that I'm consistently underwhelmed by is their cheese selection. But, this is Wisconsin. We've tons of amazing cheese options. So, no biggie. Get to it! read more

This has been my go-to grocery store for the last nine years and it remains a favorite. It may be hard to say something new about a store many people know and like, but today they went above and beyond.
