Recycled should not threaten your health.

A chicken bone... in my toilet paper? Fresh thyme... we need to have a word. I've been using this toilet paper for over a year and this finding makes me question what I've been using on my private parts and the risk to my health. You pride yourselves on this product being "environmentally safe" "socially beneficial" and "chlorine free", but nothing on how it could potentially expose its users to foreign objects and bacteria? This is so unsettling. There should be a warning on here that this product threatens our health. I am so upset right now. Absolutely unacceptable.. please re-evaluate your factories in Illinois.

This is a fun location, parking below, lots of high end important groceries not found at other markets. Produce is good, but everything is expensive. Not a place for regular grocery shopping, but really a fun place to splurge when you want to try something new or are entertaining.

Excellent farmers market. Well maintained and clean place. Friendly staff. Fresh produce and fruits. Organic products are available.

This location knocks it out of the park! First off the staff is very helpful and friendly. They even open the lane when there weren't any checkers but just self check out.(hate self check out) love the in-house coffee bar, the deli was on point and available with two employees. The store shelves were fully stocked and everything looks fresh.

You always got time for the grocery store in the morning! A new trader joe-whole foodsesque grocery store in the bottom of the apartments on the northwest corner of pleasant and water. Its an awesome location with a hot deli, wine, growler fills, organic produce. Super convenient and walking-biking distance from tons of stuff downtown-east town-east side. I'm a fan!

$5.99 meatball sub. It's not pretty, but it sure is tasty!

The guy at self checkout had his face in his phone and ignored the customers that needed help, when asked for help, he seemed put out.

I visited this place when I was visiting the city on a trip going to a Green Bay Packers game. So glad I got to experience this place. It was fun looking around and now I got some oysters at the Saint Paul Fish Company. The place was really chill because it was on a weekday when I visited, so I'm guessing that it's super crowded on the weekends. A definite must visit if you are visiting from out of town.

We have been to a lot of markets: Cleveland, Detroit, Charleston, Cincinnati, we lived a few blocks away from Reading in Philly for two years. But best market in the US? That's a different league. Ironically it is literally the smallest market of them all. It's almost comforting because there aren't that many things to choose from. But, disappointing at the same time. There was a lovely souvenir spot. Very small but it has some cute shit. I got a shirt. GF got a sweatshirt. We then got coffee. There was a long line. That felt like a good sign. I got the nutty pedestrian which was good. GF got a frosty something. As a whore for anything mint flavored, I was expecting this to knock it out of the park but it wasn't as minty or as sweet as I would have preferred. Next, we went for the candy place and bakery. I was disappointed to not see one Kringle in this place. Oh well. The gigantic cookies would have to suffice. We got regular chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, and a Wisconsin something or other. The Wisconsin something or other had like walnuts, craisins, and chocolate chips. Delicious. The standard chocolate chip was fantastic as well. The candy was really good too. Finally, we topped everything off with empanadas which were spectacular. I reviewed that separately. Surprisingly small but a lot of value squeezed into the square footage.

The market was not that big but not as small as the one I passed on earlier that looked pathetic. This one was mostly vegetables with few fruits and flowers compared to the other farmers markets that I have been to. There was none of the soaps, honeys and specialty items either. There is very little prepared food with a Chinese place that had egg rolls and crab Rangoon while the other end had roasted corn and shaved ice, that's as good as it got. No food trucks or carts of any kind, there is plenty of people traffic to warrant one. My hot pepper hunt fell flat and a basket of jalapeños for $2 was as exotic as it got while lunch was one egg roll and one crab Rangoon for $2 so it was mostly a bust today on this trip. This Farmer marker ended up being mostly vegetables so if that's what you are looking for than your good. If your looking for a grander Farmers Market with excellent variety than try the Greenfield one, way better.

For a lunchtime downtown weekday farmer's market, I would say there is a nice variety of seasonal vegetables usually available, and the prices are good. Other stands with baked goods and crafts are also present. If you have a half an hour to spare on your lunch break and you work downtown, I would recommend stopping by. Most buckets seemed to be about 6-8 inches in diameter and prices ranged from $1 to $5. I only wish they offer smaller buckets instead of such a big bucket. It is hard to buy in bulk with smaller household and I don't like to freeze produce. I was curious about the quality of the produce, but I wasn't too impressed. For example, the apricots looked a little banged up--kind of like the "misfit" produce I've seen before. There was upbeat Mexican music playing, which gave the place a fun vibe, and the store itself isn't that big. A security guard was stationed outside. They had yellow-flesh watermelon at $0.99/lb, and giant seeded watermelons for $16 each--which felt pricey, especially since I had just come from Costco where I got a decent-sized watermelon for $6 (though admittedly smaller than the ones at Pete's). I also noticed mangoes going for $2 each, which again felt steep. I had been hoping to find some Mexican pastries, but nothing really stood out, and there weren't any prepared foods available. However, I saw they got a catering menu which I thought it might be good to have a food court selling those items. I was expecting something more like La Michoacana or Fiesta stores in Texas, but this wasn't it. In the end, I just picked up a few Mexican candies like Pulparindo and called it a day. I was a bit disappointed with the fruit selection, especially the lack of tropical options. On the plus side, they have a fairly large, gated parking lot, which is convenient. I'm glad I visited, but not sure I'll be rushing back anytime soon.
