Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

Kaylee was so helpful and always willing to mock up new ideas with me and that was always appreciated. The process was amazing from the very beginning and all our florals looked STUNNING. My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and she took every detail I gave her to make it how I wanted. We did not have a ton of florals but we had candles on our tables and we received compliments all night of how elegant everything looked. I asked the bloke there (don't know his name) if he could do a $15 bouquet and in about five minutes he whipped something together for me! Communication seemed effective, I felt like I knew what I was getting myself into. Our wedding was last night & I was short a bridesmaid bouquet & groomsmen's boutineer. Quick thinking saved us (we just had the juniors do something different). I have never seen a florist who just dropped things off & left. She didn't stick around to help pin the flowers on the men or to make sure that things were okay. In fact, I didn't see her once the entire day. When the coordinator from the hotel called, the florist was very rude & claimed that I had confirmed the delivery. Also? The centerpieces should have been filled with water & it was simply vases with fake plants in them; I could have done that myself for a 1/4 of the cost. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this florist to a bride looking for a florist. I was very disappointed.
