Wanted to pick up order at store. It had to be shipped. They shipped it to old address I had changed 3 years ago. I called. They "fixed" and shipped it to the same wrong address again! I asked for a refund. They said my items were not eligible for a refund, so now they have my items and my money. What kind of customer service is that? read more

This probably going to be my 4th or 5th time coming to this Walmart store. Love how it has so much to offer, so many varieties to choose from. Plus the store it's so big. Now is one of my favorite stores or my favorite Walmart! The customer service there is okay, they handle your needs. I guess Walmart has few cashiers now. They need more people handling the cash registers. My mom and my son love coming here to shop now, she said wow so much space to walk around. Went there yesterday with a friend and he had so much fun shopping, looking for facial stuff and hands. Then we went to look for cat food and treats for my cat. Shout out to the PHARMACY specifically at this location. Jess and ALL the employees there diligently worked after the cyber attack to get me my prescription. It was a difficult time but I was always able to get them on the phone and they really helped. Kudos to everyone in this dept. at this location. The rest of the store well...best of luck! This review goes out to Anna, my checkout girl at the Walmart on Greenfield Ave/ Moreland Ave today. Checking out in front of me was an elderly lady who was paying in cash. Anna noticed that the lady had accidentally given her $20 too much. So Anna quickly returned the $20. I told her I was proud of her for her honesty. Way to go Anna!!!! I have generally like this location and the majority of employees here are still helpful and friendly and hard-working, but in the last couple of months they have an increasing problem with employees being on their cell phone so much of the time. I understand this will be the case sometimes, but one woman in particular who works there, usually near the self checkout areas, has been on her cell phone every time I have seen her there, between five and ten times, and she treats all the customers like they are a hassle for interrupting her cell phone usage- the cell phone usage has gotten way out of hand at this location. read more

I noticed some bad reviews of this location and this is my first time at this location , so I can't confirm the other bad reviews... what I can say is that this store is so much more cleaner and professionally run much times better than a few of Walmarts in the north side... the store was very clean, the employees were very friendly and professional and the shelves were packed... the store was very busy for a Sunday evening ... whenever I'm over in this area , I will always make it a point to shop this Walmart ... read more

Besides having pretty low prices in general they are in a convenient location right on the corner (so to say) of Layton and Hwy 100 (aka 108th street). The cashiers here are friendly 99.9% of the time. The store is always clean and the shelves are always kept full. They also have a Redbox in the lobby which makes renting movies last minute very easy and convenient. The only downside is that their selection of a lot of items isn't great. If I go to the Walmart on 76th street by Southridge Mall I could pick from several brands of orange juice where as this on only has 3 or 4 brands to choose from. read more

What can I say it's walmart and I needed some cash from my nation wide free atm. It's the one stop shop and I needed a few things anyway. It's your typical super center with more people than registers open, why do they have all those registers if they never want to put them in service ?. I don't like this location and I am not sure what the problem is exactly. Today I had a bad experience relating to the "site to store" pick up, but it's not the first time. I much prefer my regular location on Mooreland Road. I will say this. The location is always clean, brightly lit and the parking lot is not a mess. The shelves are usually pretty well stocked and the lines are rarely ever too long. It's a huuuuuge improvement over the old building that it replaced a few years ago. This particular location carries some items that my favorite does not and that is the only reason I come here. On a whole, WalMart has some great products at low prices. I can always get behind that. Service is decent and the employees are generally peachy. I've been to many locations and find this all to be true. Perhaps my bad experiences at this particular location have soured my ability to highly rate them. I don't know. But I'm sure I will be back. If things improve, I will be happy to give a higher rating and more glowing review. read more

Would not go back to this Walmart ever again. They will never ever get my business because of this incident. I was walking in to get a few common household items and decided to pay half with cash and half with my credit card. The reader proceeds to not read my card for about 10 minutes straight knowing that I have some money on my card. An older gentleman that works there comes up to help us and he does not solve the issue so I simply tell him "all right so I'm gonna go get my item somewhere else and I left the items on the counter. Really creepy guy followed me around in the candle aisle pretending to look at a lampshade. I was there to buy groceries and worried about corona virus but this older man was like being weird like two feet away from me. Too creeped out to shop there anymore I'll go to Meijer from now on. Always pressured to buy a cable package walking past electronic section so I hated going there anyways but this was the last straw. Eww. read more

Yaddy Yaddy Yadda. I hate Walmart. Now that this is out of the way, let's carry on. Here once again with my wife, just because there's odds and ends we need and we don't want to pay a ton and go to 15 different places to get these things. Most of the same problems plague this location as my older review stated. This place still suffers from serious stuffing 20 pounds of shit in a 2 pound bag syndrome. Ok, maybe that's only part of the store, please let me explain. The grocery area is easy to get around but it falls apart after that. My wife was shopping in the children's clothes section and couldn't get her cart in between 3 whole aisles, yet on the other side of the store there's three 30 foot aisles, spaced 5 feet apart filled with only storage boxes spaced 2 feet apart. So pretty much they ditched the old location, tore out a perfectly good driving range/mini golf course (that I was still using thank you very much) and built this megastore only to waste space. Whoever designed this layout needs to be buried up to their neck at a local driving range and used for target practice. This store isn't stocked very well and is dirty in places. As far as prices go, people really need to watch the prices of the stuff you're buying. I'm a notorious cheapskate, and while they have good deals here for certain things, they also overcharge for a ton of things, especially food. My normal consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning products, etc) end up being cheaper and on sale more at Target and the food I buy regularly is cheaper even at most stores and doesn't even get within one to two bucks of Woodman's. I'll give credit where credit is due, they've added a couple more cashiers on staff so while getting out of here with more than 20 items isn't exactly a breeze, it's a lot quicker than it used to be. It's Walmart!! I know I could leave it at that and it would be okay but I'll elaborate. We come here often since it is the only one relatively close. The store looks newer from the outside. Inside it has been kept very poorly. I try NOT to use the restrooms while there because the bathrooms are disgusting!! They smell and are wet. After using the restroom you would expect to grab clean paper towel to dry your hands. Not from a new stack off of the garbage can practically falling in all wet. Aside from the gross bathroom the store itself is not that bad. The staff is very unfriendly and not so helpful. The food seems fresh for the most part, we have never had any problems with food or prices. Some items are hard to find due to lack of stocked shelves. In a pinch I would go to the local Piggly Wiggly or Pick N Save before traveling to Walmart to hunt for my item! read more

Today I tried to get an image printed at the photo section and it was very disappointing . I have an Un-copyrighted image that I saved from a simple google search that upon printing wasn't sold to me. I understand and respect the fact that even though there is no copyright stamp, watermark or otherwise on the image, the employees in question have to make judgement calls to protect the organization. My real issue is with the fact that at no time during the process to order the print is there any warning that prints are subject to this scrutiny or an option to claim ownership that would have helped me avoid wasting a large part of my morning returning to be denied purchase. Racist workers. I walked out the door after 4 white people who were carrying items that were not bagged, m but the person at the door stopped me to check my receipt. I just looked at her. Really upset a elderly woman was having a medical problem and no one not even the staff called 911 my mother and I ended up having to call and the paramedics said that she need oxygen and that her tank ran out. The old lady also had bladder problems and was on the ground. That pissed me off so much but when a dog is locked in a car on a hot day than the employees call 911 don't get me wrong I called 911 for the dog too but both situations I feel like the employees should be allowed to call 911. You are protected under the Good Samaritan law where you can't be sued! If that happens to me in Walmart I can assure you if I die or have a stroke on the floor of Walmart and staff does do anything I would definitely have my family press charges! That's being reckless and to this day I never go to this Walmart. But the other Walmart I do go to have better service and management staff! The Muskego Walmart on Moorland Road past the movie theater and Stone fire, close to the mini golf area and the Walmart on 76th street by Martin Luther High School, and the one in New Berlin on greenfield all have great staff and teams put together! I'm not sure what happened to this Walmart on high way 100 and Layton but it sucks and I'm disappointed and will never go to that one again! I hope it gets shut down! read more

Years ago this was a nice Walmart to shop at. Now, the store is always a mess, they are always out of basic things, and the employees are no where to be found, or ignore customers. I will go out of my way to shop at other walmarts. read more
