The groceries were never delivered Thursday, without explanation for the delay. We did get multiple notifications that our order was "delayed" and would be delivered "soon". Soon never came. On Friday morning we received further notice that our order was still delayed and for us to either reschedule or arrange for in store pickup. What incompetence! No one should order groceries from this location because you cannot rely on them keeping to their promised schedule.

We started in the beauty section and I immediately found clearance hair clips/claws that were cute and a great deal. My friends were having a great time looking for items and when one of them decided to try some things on I decided to look a bit harder and found two pairs of jeans- that is not something that normally happens! Not only did the jeans fit great but they were $20 and $24 which in my mind is a great price especially considering they'd be $70-100 regularly. We also browsed the shoes and I happened to find the perfect pair for a wedding I had coming up, so of course I grabbed them. On top of the other finds I also found a small toy for my dog. I ended up with two sets of hair claws/clips, two pairs of jeans, a pair of heels and a dog toy for under $100. While we only interacted with the staff at the register they were also nice and my friends and I all ended up finding a few items here.

I was disappointed to see that some stores had relocated, but I was happy to see a lot of familiar stores prospering. I have always enjoyed ambience and aromas while walking the main corridor. The entire mall is blessed with staff that is very Wisconsin friendly. All were helpful in helping our small group find and direct us to the appropriate stores to make our purchases. We needed some special products and because of their help we were able to locate them. As we walked in the main corridor staff members were saying hello and giving out samples, including food and fragrances. The mall staff/security were very helpful also. We were trying to find the best place to stand to get public transportation. He not only told us, but he took us there and stayed with us until public transportation arrived. He was the perfect representative for Southridge Mall! Great stores such as Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Mrs Fields, Cinnabon, Foot locker, Claire's, JCPenney and many others are all located at this mall. They're undergoing renovation but it is worth a trip. Easy parking in the front or behind for those that decide to drive. Public transportation from buses to trains have stops located near entrances. I hope new stores will find their way to this location.

Half of the items were never received by Amazon. Super frustrating and understandably so Amazon charged me for the items they never received. I called Kohls to provide like a "heads up" this happened to me and the Kohls worker said this is an Amazon problem. What made this experience even weirder...when I originally dropped off the returns, the lady behind the counter said: "hold on to your return receipts, Amazon has not been getting all of their returns from this location." I should have turned around with my items and dropped them off at a different Kohls location.

I understand they have a job to do but it's EVERY aisle, and it makes navigating the store extremely difficult. Also, the past few times I have used the self-checkout, there was no attendant there at all. I needed someone to take a security sensor off of an item and had to stand around waiting while the teenage employees stand around the customer service desk talking with each other. I miss the friendly employees this location used to have, and the easy accessibility to navigate this store.
