Years ago, it was called Lands End Outlet. Then it changed to Lands End Inlet. Now, it's Land's End. I used to shop here regularly when it was the outlet. Recently I visited and the quality of the clothing here is still high. When I was there, they were running a coat special: drop off your old coat for donation and get $20 off your purchase. I knew I had a couple of items I could donate, so I went home, picked up my old coats, and came back for my $20 off. In the back of the store is a "discount room" where you can find items on sale. There is men's, women's and children's clothing here, but the biggest selection is for women. I want to shout out to a couple of employees who provided excellent service recently. I dropped off an elderly relative while I finished an errand a few doors down. By the time I came back (which wasn't too long), they had helped her by bringing her a few items she wanted and had brought items to try on in different sizes, and she was already in the fitting room trying on items. They were wonderful. Dawn and Caroline, I think were their names, so shout out to them for their kindness and attentiveness! They made the shopping experience enjoyable and we are likely to come back because of them. Excellent customer is one way to differentiate yourself. Also, I want to mention that everything in the store was 40% off that day. With the $40 off our purchase with the two donated coats, we ended up with an excellent value. I have been shopping at Lands End for over 20 years. This was our go-to for winter coats for years. The coats are great for kids and adults. The clothing is classic, not trendy, and high quality. If you are in the area and enjoy bargains, it's worth a stop here! They put together some nice outfits on the mannequins. When I didn't get the one I coveted for Christmas, I checked Land's End's web site, it was now on sale but the shipping was a bit cost prohibitive, so I abandoned my online shopping cart. Stopped by the store this weekend and they had the ensemble, and I thought one of the items was $17, but I got the whole outfit (cardigan sweater and a nice blouse) for $27! The receipt said it was a $68 value. In addition to men's and women's, they have kids clothing, swimsuits, shoes, coats and I've even seen a few made in USA items in there. read more

Normcore. Ya, I go there, especially when dressing for work. It's easy and doesn't require too much brain activity. And I can find what I need for my ensemble at Lands End Inlet. They carry well made basics at decent prices. If you want to really save, check the back racks all the way in the rear of the store. That's where the extra marked down items can be found. You can really score some deals with a little searching. I have found the staff to consistently be helpful and pleasant; friendly but not over-bearing. On the rare occasion when I have had to return an item, they handled it smoothly and professionally. I will continue to frequent this store. read more

Great selection and friendly staff. I really love their kids' clothes. Their swim suits are amazing quality. Wait for a sale or coupon as they are always around the corner. Also, you can order from their website with free shipping to your home if they don't have it in the store. I try to avoid paying shipping fees at all costs. read more

Was always my go to store for the whole family. I think I personally kept them in business for years lol. No more. They now cater almost exclusively to Juniors and children. Forget women, plus size women, and men. Very rarely shop with them anymore. read more
