Suit is fixed and I was told it will be ready in 4 weeks. Great, I will make the appointment now to pick up. 4 weeks later, I show up for my suit pick up. No suit. The order was never placed. So I went through the entire process again and was told the suit would be ready in 3 weeks. Well, it's been 10 weeks and my wedding was in 3 weeks. So I got it fast tracked. 2 weeks later. I got a call that my shirt was in, but no suit. I had to call to ensure that the suit was in and stay on top of NL Suits. The suit finally arrived and I was told to try the suit on. No follow up from the employees, no apology, and they ran out of suit bags. I got my suit in essentially a dry cleaner bag. I paid over $4000 for a suit + tie.
