When we called, the associate told us to bring them back and explained our options: we could try the next wider size or have the boots professionally stretched. After trying on the wider pair, my daughter decided to have the original boots stretched instead. She wore them on a hiking trip shortly afterward and found them to be very comfortable. She took me around the fragrance department and let me sample name recognized perfumes and I did find one of the 4 samples that I really liked. She was so helpful to a man who didn't know what he was doing and made the whole process easy me. She totally made feel comfortable with picking a fragrance that I thought would be a nice gift and fit. Actually I found something really nice and it was not very expensive at all because I was going spend at least twice as much in my mind I thought.
