After graduating college, I slowly invested in Burberry suits. They are still good but style is out dated. But I can't justify $900 plus suits any more when I wear suits 8-10 times a year now. So I was in the market to update and walked into Men's Wearhouse. No particular reason, I just didn't want to spend too much money. They had their 2 for 1 sale, but in terms of quality and comparison to my Burberry suits, is it really 2 for 1? I don't know how these will stand-up to the wear and tear but we will see. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted and helped by Don Sanborn. I was happy to find a somewhat large inventory and styles and colors to choose from and typically (I am a 36 short) it is difficult to find a variety of suits in my size right off the rack. I was able to find several that actually needed only some alteration and fit what I was looking for in terms of style and color. Don was professional, listened to my needs and to what I was looking for. I really appreciated that. That is probably why I was able to walk in, select suits and get fitted and walked out in about an hour. The alterations were a bit pricey especially when it was to hem the pants length and sleeves only. Which upped the price almost $100. This alteration also took almost 2 weeks to do. I came back in to pick the suits up and tried the suits on again and noticed the pants just didn't fit right and one pant length was shorter than the other. So now, another week before I get the final product. Overall, I felt the customer experience was good. I am just not sold on the quality of the suits (material) and based on the price of $700 for that one suit, even though it was 2 for 1, really? That suit is almost as much as my Burberry which has stood the test of time... lets just say long long time. I don't think these suits are worth $700 each, and if used a lot, will not stand the test of time. So am I really getting 2 for 1? I doubt it. It is most likely a marketing play. Are they worth $350 each? Perhaps. And perhaps you get what you pay for.... I'll update my review as time passes and how it goes after I finally pick up my suits.

It definitely was hard to notice, and I'm certain this was something that could have easily gotten past the QC review, but I notified Squire of the incident (moreso to see how it would be handled). Also, I've purchased things w/torn seams and they will give you 10% off and you can still return it if you decide not to fix it.

Suit is fixed and I was told it will be ready in 4 weeks. Great, I will make the appointment now to pick up. 4 weeks later, I show up for my suit pick up. No suit. The order was never placed. So I went through the entire process again and was told the suit would be ready in 3 weeks. Well, it's been 10 weeks and my wedding was in 3 weeks. So I got it fast tracked. 2 weeks later. I got a call that my shirt was in, but no suit. I had to call to ensure that the suit was in and stay on top of NL Suits. The suit finally arrived and I was told to try the suit on. No follow up from the employees, no apology, and they ran out of suit bags. I got my suit in essentially a dry cleaner bag. I paid over $4000 for a suit + tie. I was expecting service to match and did not receive it. I would check out your other options.
