I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. The service was a disgrace. At the fitting, I was told I would receive a call about my order in about three weeks. For some reason that was never explained to me, my order was never placed with the factory and I was never called as promised. I learned about this six weeks later when I called to follow up on the order. At that time, I was assured that my order would be expedited to the factory and I would be called when it was ready. Six weeks later, I followed up again and was told that my order was in and that I was not notified of this fact because it is not their process. 12 weeks later, I received not a single phone call from NL Suits and still do not have my order. I got married in Jamaica in January 2020. Because we were having a Destination wedding my husband and I decided that we were going to treat our groomsmen to custom made suits from NL Suits. The process of getting the groomsmen fitted and measure for their suits was incredibly easy, even considering the fact that we had a groomsman from out of state and a groomsman who had to fly in from Norway to get fitted. Luckily it worked out for our groomsmen from Norway to fly in to get fitted for the suit but the staff at NL had a backup plan in place in case he couldn't make it for an in person fitting. The staff were willing to do measurements via video with our groomsmen. While our groomsmen all made sure to get fitted for their suits in time, unfortunately my husband did not. He waited until just before Christmas to get fitted for his suit, and Kelsey at NL had to regretfully inform us that their factory would be shut down due to the holidays and my husbands suit wouldn't be done until after our wedding date. I started panicking, but Kelsey called the owner to see if there was anything else that could be done. I then received a call from the owner who asked the factory to open up a day or two early so that my husbands suit would be ready in time for our wedding. Considering this was 100% an avoidable situation on our end, I was not expecting such good news. I'm so incredibly grateful to the staff at NL suits for going above and beyond for helping make my wedding day go as smoothly as possible. The quality of the suits was, as always, amazing. read more

Yes, it is a bit pricier than a made to measure from a big chain, but the service and final product is ABSOLUTELY worth every penny. I've never had anything other than off the rack before so I was blown away by everything about NL Suits. The staff were incredibly detail oriented when taking my measurements and asking how I wanted the suit to fit. They gave me fit recommendations for what might look best for my body type and the style I was going for, but I never felt forced into any decision. They were patient and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision on the abundant material and styling options. This was greatly appreciated because they have seemingly endless options from the kind and color of material the suit is made of to the color of thread used in some of the accent stitches. I ended up getting a navy wool suit with a maroon world map interior. I have truly never been so attracted to a piece of clothing as I am the suit I got from here. If you're thinking to yourself, "how could he possibly be attracted to a suit?" why don't you just go and find out for yourself. Most importantly, I had no idea looking so good could be so comfortable. As soon as the suit jacket hit my shoulders I knew they nailed every measurement. If you've ever thought to yourself that Bond movies are unrealistic simply because no one can move like that in a suit, you've never had one made just for you. I thought the same thing until I put mine on. Now I'm ready to engage in international espionage, as soon as I Google what the word "espionage" means... I did also get a custom shirt and it is the best, most comfortable dress shirt I've ever had. NL suits is by far the most thorough custom suit fitting I've ever had. Nas and his staff (Kevin and a very helpful woman who's name I'm forgetting) roll out the red carpet for you during your consultation. They help you customize your suit so it's classy as hell, and at the same time very unique to you. I had my 3 piece wedding suit made by Nas and his staff. I literally showed them the color of my wife's suit/stitching (I'm south Asian and our weddings have a lot of color in them) and from there on Nas helped me style my suit with subtle matching hints with my wife's dress (ie buttons, inner lining material, pocket cut, collar style etc). What I liked the most is Nas asks for your input and what you're comfortable pulling-off and will tailor the suit accordingly. There were things customized on the suit that I didn't even know were possible. Needless to say I felt like frickin James Bond wearing that suit and you immediately feel the difference in wearing a bespoke suit by Nas compared to anything else. Also, Nas and Kevin will remember you by your first name (months after you've spoken to them); not a big deal to some but really shows they value you as a customer. Lastly, NL suits is very reasonable with their pricing, especially if you factor in the quality of suit you are getting. read more
