Service:***** Price:***…read moreQuality of clothes:*** Value:*** With business casual and now that I don't get in front of customers so often in my line of work, I've only purchased suits about every 5 years. After graduating college, I slowly invested in Burberry suits. They are still good but style is out dated. But I can't justify $900 plus suits any more when I wear suits 8-10 times a year now. So I was in the market to update and walked into Men's Wearhouse. No particular reason, I just didn't want to spend too much money. They had their 2 for 1 sale, but in terms of quality and comparison to my Burberry suits, is it really 2 for 1? I don't know how these will stand-up to the wear and tear but we will see. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted and helped by Don Sanborn. I was happy to find a somewhat large inventory and styles and colors to choose from and typically (I am a 36 short) it is difficult to find a variety of suits in my size right off the rack. I was able to find several that actually needed only some alteration and fit what I was looking for in terms of style and color. Don was professional, listened to my needs and to what I was looking for. I really appreciated that. That is probably why I was able to walk in, select suits and get fitted and walked out in about an hour. The alterations were a bit pricey especially when it was to hem the pants length and sleeves only. Which upped the price almost $100. This alteration also took almost 2 weeks to do. I came back in to pick the suits up and tried the suits on again and noticed the pants just didn't fit right and one pant length was shorter than the other. So now, another week before I get the final product. Overall, I felt the customer experience was good. I am just not sold on the quality of the suits (material) and based on the price of $700 for that one suit, even though it was 2 for 1, really? That suit is almost as much as my Burberry which has stood the test of time... lets just say long long time. I don't think these suits are worth $700 each, and if used a lot, will not stand the test of time. So am I really getting 2 for 1? I doubt it. It is most likely a marketing play. Are they worth $350 each? Perhaps. And perhaps you get what you pay for.... I'll update my review as time passes and how it goes after I finally pick up my suits.

Great service on a busy weekend day, and prompt email response even afterhours…read more I was pleasantly surprised when I came here for a holiday event. I had struck out at just about every high-end department store you can think of, and couldn't even find a decent to try on anywhere I had gone. Gipper Prom has a large selection, with most inventory displayed on mannequins instead of just on hangers. There's no lugging around 10lb dresses, you just write the style number and color up on a slip they give you when you first walk in, and when you're done, they bring it to your dressing room. And it IS a room, with a locking door, so no worrying about that big dress leaving you exposed as you turn around. They had several associates at the dressing room, ready to help zip, clasp or adjust when needed, and they make sure the walkway is clear for you to move about. Since most people do not go dress shopping alone, they thoughtfully have ample seating and complimentary water for the poor soul you may have dragged along with you. Seating is arranged several feet behind a wall lined with mirrors, each section accompanied by a platform and appropriate lighting. The platform is likely useful for any tailoring needed, but I just used it to make my significant other nervously rate me in each of the 10 or so dresses I tried on. The staff didn't pressure you to buy, nor did anyone look at my long list of dresses like I was wasting their time or making their life terrible for no reason. The people working were friendly, and the other customers and their guests were also all cheery. Dress shopping can be a nightmare - hot, cramped, nothing fitting the way you hope, sizing not available, etc. But not the case here - and the other women shopping seemed to feel the same as me. Customers were openly complimenting each other, and the entire atmosphere was very warm. I can't rate their ability to modify or make minor fixes to beading, etc. The dress I purchased was perfect without anything needed. Overall, I was more than impressed. If you're an adult, well - clearly we aren't going to the prom, but this is a great store for many other events including pageants, galas, black tie or formal parties, or any time you can get away with being a little "extra," or are in need of a good selection of floor-length, high-quality formalwear. I will definitely be coming back!

I am extremely appalled at the experience I had with your company…read more I got engaged December 25th, 2018. After the 1st of the new year, I saw the Alliant Energy Center in Madison WI was hosting their annual wedding expo. I knew I just had to go experience this! I had high hopes of finding my vendors for my wedding here. While at the expo, I came across Nedrebo's. The suits that were displayed were unlike anything I ever saw in men's formal wear. So many styles and color options to pick from! I was also pleased with the customer service. My fiancé picked out his suit and insisted we make an appointment for him to get fitted in store. A few weeks went by before we made it to the store. We were greeted by a gentleman named Michael who appeared to be very knowledgeable in men's fashion and gloated about his tailoring experience. Michael was also noticeably stressed out as no one was in the store helping him on this busy Saturday. He was trying to greet customers, answer the phone, and gather measurements for my fiancé. We decided to cut him a break due to the lack of staffing and picked out the suits for our groomsmen, ushers, groom, and dads. All the men came into Nedrebo's to get measured between mid January to early February. The order was placed, and Michael told us we can expect to pick up our suits the day before our wedding which would be December 20th, 2019. August came around, the new store manager Jennifer called me. She let me know Michael was no longer with the company and I can direct all my future questions to her. She proceeded to go over each rental with me to verify all measurements were correct along with the suit selections we chose. I really appreciated this as things can happen when staff changes. She called me again 1 week before the wedding to check in and stated she would be calling me the week of the wedding on Tuesday by 2pm to let me know if our rentals arrived. Our wedding was the Friday so I really appreciated her being organized. She did let me know the suits were ready Tuesday, however we are not from Madison area and would be in town by Thursday at 2pm to pick up suits. When we arrived, the groomsmen, ushers, groom, and dads tried on their suits. Every single suit was either the wrong color, wrong size, missing suspenders, missing a vest, missing bow ties, shoes had the soles literally hanging off of them! Every single thing we ordered was WRONG and my wedding was the very next day. Jennifer assured us that she would get the warehouse on the phone immediately and make sure the correct items were overnighted to us and they would arrive to the venue by 10am on Friday December 20th our wedding day. I did not sleep or eat because I was so worried our bridal party would not have suits to wear. I could not believe this was even happening! We ordered these in February and were so organized! Not to mention, how does the warehouse mess up an entire order that is over $2,000 in rentals? AND the shoes.. every single pair... that's 10 pairs of shoes... the soles were literally hanging on by a thread! How could the warehouse send these in this condition and think it's acceptable? Anyway.. wedding day is here and I arrive to the venue at 10:30am to find out our best man and my mother have been on the phone with Nedrebo's the last hour trying to find our suits that were PROMISED to be there by 10am. At this point I broke down. I called Jennifer and lost every ounce of patience that I had left. She assured me she was doing the best she could to find our suits that didn't arrive. At 12:00pm she stated she was driving to the warehouse to pick up the suits herself because she couldn't find the ones that were supposed to be shipped to us. She arrived at 12:45pm with the suits. Not only were the suits still wrong.. but this was 15 minutes before our ceremony started. Our groomsmen didn't get their pictures taken as planned because they didn't have their suits on time. After telling Jennifer I am not paying a single penny for any of these suit rentals, she spoke to corporate and they agreed that every single person would be refunded in full. I greatly appreciated this, however, your CEO needs to be aware of this awful event. No bride should have to go through this on their wedding day. I should have spent my wedding day stress free and relaxed trying to soak up every moment. Instead I was heartbroken, crying, and desperately trying to find these suits so I could go on with my wedding. To make this even better... my venue contacted me today 12/30/19. Our suits were delivered to them today by UPS. These were supposed to be delivered on our wedding day over a week ago! The shipping label even says overnight shipping December 20th but they didn't not arrive till today December 30th. I pray this is a huge lesson learned for your company and you get your warehouse in order. I trusted your company on the most important day of my life and was highly disappointed.
