The clearance rack for men had some nice name brand button up shirts for $50 marked down to $10 so I grabbed a couple and with my kohl's cash it would be under $9 for both which is a great deal for hame brand new clothes. When I got to the register I was told that I had a return and my kohl's cash was not good and I explained that the manager did a return and a new purchase at the same time and I wouldn't loose my kohl's cash. The cashier called for a manager and I explained my situation and I was not supposed to loose my kohl's cash if I did a purchase of an item that was higher than my return at the same time and she confirmed that that was true but they were supposed to give me a new Kohl's cash coupon which they didn't but she honored it anyway. Yes Kohl's has made some mistakes and the return policy is starting to get frustrating because the men's fitting rooms are closed so you can't try on anything so you have returns for clothes that don't fit, I was eventually told that I can use the woman's room in the West Allis location but that didn't help for my last 3 visits when I didn't know that. The fact that this location honored another stores mistake and took care of me is the thing that keeps me coming back.

I did find some pretty good stuff thats in stock, and arrived for the fall. But, I was still too early for cargo pants! Headed in for a throw-pillow and that's all we left with (can you believe it!?). This home store has everything from trendy furniture, rugs, and lamps, to storage, decor, and kitchenware. The prices are spectacular so it's perfect when you need a little home-refresh. We're also currently in the market for outdoor furniture, something they also offer. There were a few options we say that were really great quality -- heavily debating going back to purchase. Love the rocking chair and table set, as it's very modern. The store itself is clean and well-kept. I suppose you could call it organized, though there are just so many items it can feel a little chaotic. Definitely can take some time to pick through and find gems. I'll be back!

Recently I visited and the quality of the clothing here is still high. When I was there, they were running a coat special: drop off your old coat for donation and get $20 off your purchase. I knew I had a couple of items I could donate, so I went home, picked up my old coats, and came back for my $20 off. In the back of the store is a "discount room" where you can find items on sale. There is men's, women's and children's clothing here, but the biggest selection is for women. I want to shout out to a couple of employees who provided excellent service recently. I dropped off an elderly relative while I finished an errand a few doors down. By the time I came back (which wasn't too long), they had helped her by bringing her a few items she wanted and had brought items to try on in different sizes, and she was already in the fitting room trying on items. They were wonderful. Dawn and Caroline, I think were their names, so shout out to them for their kindness and attentiveness! They made the shopping experience enjoyable and we are likely to come back because of them. Excellent customer is one way to differentiate yourself. Also, I want to mention that everything in the store was 40% off that day. With the $40 off our purchase with the two donated coats, we ended up with an excellent value. I have been shopping at Lands End for over 20 years. This was our go-to for winter coats for years. The coats are great for kids and adults. The clothing is classic, not trendy, and high quality. So for "Thank You Thursday" today I want to say thank you to Lands End for your excellent service!!
