Now is one of my favorite stores or my favorite Walmart! The customer service there is okay, they handle your needs. I guess Walmart has few cashiers now. They need more people handling the cash registers. My mom and my son love coming here to shop now, she said wow so much space to walk around. Went there yesterday with a friend and he had so much fun shopping, looking for facial stuff and hands. Then we went to look for cat food and treats for my cat. I would keep on coming here, enjoy it, and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!!

The selection of products were good, however I didn't find a couple of key things that I wanted. Not that they don't have them but maybe not the exact thing. Like they have plenty of pillows but maybe not a pattern to match your decor. It's hit or miss depending on their inventory. That did not stop me from walking out with several items I did want. It's kinda like going to a thrift store but everything is new! I have to point out that they seem to be doing a great job with Covid precautions. When I walked in there were two employees handling out face masks if needed and they had a table with hand sanitizer. They were offering carts that had been sanitized. Throughout the store they had the one way decals on the floors. Upon checkout they sanitize the entire counter area between customers. I will definitely return to this location to shop again!

The outer-facing stores, the food court, and of course the dedicated mall walkers seem to be what keep the space active. That said, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the Saturday farmers market. It's definitely a great reason to visit during the winter months. There were lots of food and craft vendors, and it brought some much-needed energy and community feel back into the mall.

Service was great at the few stores I visited (Torrid, Rally House, Hot Topic, and Claire's). I was disappointed to see that some stores had relocated, but I was happy to see a lot of familiar stores prospering. I have always enjoyed ambience and aromas while walking the main corridor. The entire mall is blessed with staff that is very Wisconsin friendly. All were helpful in helping our small group find and direct us to the appropriate stores to make our purchases. We needed some special products and because of their help we were able to locate them. As we walked in the main corridor staff members were saying hello and giving out samples, including food and fragrances. The mall staff/security were very helpful also. We were trying to find the best place to stand to get public transportation. He not only told us, but he took us there and stayed with us until public transportation arrived. He was the perfect representative for Southridge Mall! Great stores such as Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Mrs Fields, Cinnabon, Foot locker, Claire's, JCPenney and many others are all located at this mall. They're undergoing renovation but it is worth a trip. Easy parking in the front or behind for those that decide to drive. Public transportation from buses to trains have stops located near entrances. I hope new stores will find their way to this location.

That's a HUGE deal for me when judging these guys. The 'home' section is awesome. They have classy glassware, coasters, placemats and tupperware. The cleaning section is vast. They have a ton of food, even a frozen section. Towards the end of the month, expect to find me with a cartful of necesseties!

Not so much when I am well dressed and carrying a Chanel bag, but when I was running in to grab something quick and dressed in sweats. Just a general feeling rather than at specific counters.
