Love the way I was followed around the store by this LP guy who needs WAY more training! Guess what, I can do a return and still keep my bag that has another return for menards in it without having to be questioned or followed from an amateur at an Off Price retailer. Often over looked, I noticed this newer store in my Kohl's parking lot at 84 South. So rather than going to my usual i decided to check out Marshall's. Marshall's is a great place to shop for quality items at lesser costs. The store has housewares, clothing, shoes, home furnishing and so much more. The store is very clean and organized. Employees are helpful and pleasant. I was very excited to get a pair of BearPaw wool lined rain/winter boots for under $34.00 I had never been to a Marshall's before, but I would definitely recommend and would go back! Great place to save money on quality items for yourself, your home or your gift giving. Enjoy! read more

This Marshall's location is better than most. I'm not a Maxxinista aka discount retail shopper - I just don't possess the patience required to dig through racks of crap to find the deal of the century. Marshall's works best when you go in without a specific need and are just open to checking out whatever's in stock. This location is clean and items are nicely organized by size and type. The best part of the store for me is the large amount of home stuff - bedding, decor, kitchen stuff, etc. I've found Le Creuset here for less than half off retail, and Wusthoff knives for cheap too. Not sure about all the food products available - I always older how long they've been sitting. read more

Why do I ever shop full price retail? Every time I enter a Marshalls I leave with a nice pair of dress shoes, dress shirts and button downs for 1/2 price retail, socks, bath soaps and gels (sometimes H20 brand), shirts and hats for my favorite sports teams, socks, a tie or two... This Marshalls is now a "Home Goods". Clean and well-stocked, albeit a little slow at checkout. But otherwise, this is a solid Marshalls. read more

I shop here often and for a very good reason. They always have a huge selection of clothing and awesome variety of items to decorate your home. Everything is well priced and name brands like Coach, Guess, Juicy Couture are sold here at a discount...not knock-offs! I was able to decorate my apartment very inexpensively! read more

Marshalls Mega - Department Stores Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The home department here is fantastic! There are a ton of great items for decor, kitchen accessories, and other things of that nature. The clothing department is alright - if you are looking for athletic wear, definitely check out the location on 27th street! Prices are definitely lower than other local retailers, which is a huge plus. The main reason for the 3 stars is customer service. It seems as though each time I'm here, there are only two registers open (yet four or five people behind the counter). You'd think that if you see a line of people waiting, you'd want them together serviced more quickly. read more

I came in looking for a skillet and it took me an hour to find it...not because I couldn't find it but because I got distracted by all the goodies! So many shiny, happy things that I had to resist buying despite their high potential for beautifying my apartment. Despite the great stock, it wasn't the most organized Marshall's I've been to. There were a couple of empty shelves, but it looked like they were clearing out the Valentine's stock and making room for the next holiday. The clothing section was lacking in variety, but I don't usually go to Marshall's for their clothing selection. Mostly for their home goods section and it did not disappoint! I used to be a frequent and happy customer up until today! However after the Horrible experience I had today while shopping and how I was treated I am not sure I will be returning! When I was shopping tonight there was a situation arise tonight where there was a clearance sticker marked for $69.00 stuck on the actual piece of furniture I was going to be buying . After carrying this large piece of furniture to the cashier apparently there was also a small white sticker on the back of the furniture that we clearly didn't see. The sticker on the back was marked a higher price so the cashier asked the Manager for help since the stickers didn't match. When the Manager came over by us she was very unprofessional, unhelpful, extremely RUDE, unapologetic and had horrible customer service skills, she even pushed the piece of furniture away with a attitude from us ! We tried to explain that the piece of furniture was very wobbly and the leg was slightly broke but since we thought it was on clearance we were willing to pay the clearance price and would just fix it , but we didn't want it for that higher price since it was broke and since the sticker was clearly misleading. After she pushed it away she didn't say anything and just walked away! She clearly didn't care we were not happy! It is very sad that The young cashier seemed more concerned than the Manager! The cashier was very apologetic and clearly felt bad! It says a lot about a Manager when this young cashier was more professional than the actual Manager! I am not sure, I will be shopping here ever again, if this is the type of Manager they have in there store! A Manager who treats paying customers like this is completely un acceptable and in excusable! This Manager clearly is in the wrong career or needs to touch up on how to be professional and how to treat customers! She should be ashamed of how she acted and how she treated a customer!! read more
