There are pieces that definitely cover style, comfort and durability. However, it's difficult to find a piece that has everything within the budget you may have set for yourself. That being said, there are plenty of options for those who have a little or a lot to spend. And while I didn't find a sofa that spoke to me at that time, I found myself here again, a few years later, looking for a mattress. And this time I did give them all my money. There was a very patient gentleman who put up with me for at least an hour while I tried all the mattresses that fit my criteria, and then while I waffled between my two favorites. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didn't steer me directly to the most expensive mattress, I found that myself. However it's not the one I chose. I picked the second most expensive one lol I hate shopping, my back chronically hurts from an injury, and the mattress I liked the best alleviated some of that pain. The checkout process was easy. I qualified for a credit card I didn't need, but it allows me to pay off the purchase at my leisure instead of immediately. The delivery was great too. After a couple weeks we had a call to schedule, followed up on the morning of, received a text when they were on the way, and after the delivery was completed. The gentlemen who removed the old mattress set and installed the new one were very professional. I work from home and they barely made a sound. They were respectful of my property and quick. I didn't feel the need to shop around, most places have the same stock and comparable prices. I like BiltRite and was happy with my experience. The mattress has been a lifesaver for me as I don't wake up in intense pain every morning. I find that my experiences over almost 20 years with this store have been pleasant and no pressure. And the fact that I'm not here every other year to replace something is a testament to quality which i appreciate.

I started looking around when I realize I'm being shouted at and told I "can't be in here." The other ladies were left to shop as they liked. There was no, oh we are so sorry but we have closed this part of the store. I said, there is literally a sign hanging that says "open" I asked if I didn't read the sign correctly, from what I read on the door they were open for well over another hour. I was told that's for the rest of the store. Alright. Not a problem. I left rather disappointed, not so much that I couldn't shop, but disappointed that I was left feeling a little startled from being told I couldn't be there. I had no idea that was about to hit me. I was just looking at glassware. Rather jarring. Also. Why did the three ladies in front of me not get shouted at? I was completely reasonable, polite, and I apologized for not realizing that one part of the store wasn't open (people were still in there actively shopping) but I was made to feel like I was being scolded, singled out, and not treated very well. Where's the harm in being nice or polite? If you plan to shop there: I appreciate they have an unusual process of pricing it after you carry it as you wait in line for quite a while. I understand that can take forever. But seriously, not everyone has the ability to hold stuff for that long. And yes they sometimes have a few baskets but not enough. If it wasn't so physically difficult to to carry stuff in line for quite a while, I wouldn't have gone later to try to miss the line and actually be able to buy things without clutching it so long that my back gets sore. If you go in summer, bring water. It gets very hot and it can take quite a while. If you do plan to go here, even in the main store area, bring a flashlight, a really strong big one., it's truly exceptionally dim. Quite a bit in a back room in the store is totally unpriced. In the store, imho the furniture is often priced a bit ambitiously. But I guess good for them if they can sell it.

So I ran a search for dining room furniture and stumbled upon this West Allis shop that sells exactly that. Dining Room Furniture Showcase. I thought, what could this place have that the big box stores didn't... Oh was I so wrong. We finally found what we were looking for! Plus it's locally owned and family ran. I appreciate that. The service and quality of product they got us set up with is excellent. Couldn't be happier with the price, the furniture, and the treatment. No doubt about it, good stuff going on here.

They delivered the second one for free and put it together. I had a problem with some of the chairs backs not being symettrical in the pattern and they looked bad. They fixed that as well. My current issue is that the second table has a flaw in it and I emailed them about it and never received a reply. I'm sure they're tired of hearing from me because I have "complained" about the issues, but when you spend $4,000 on a dining room set you expect decent quality!!! They are not responsible for the quality per se, but they are the seller and should make it right with the customer. I never heard back from them about the issue on the table having a "dent" on the side in the wood. I don't expect that they will ever reply to me but I wanted others to know it is important to inspect deliveries of anything before the drivers leave.

They have a great selection of unique furniture and accessories. I was told their furniture is made in North Carolina, which is fantastic. After a failed online covid couch purchase, I spent months looking for a new one that met my specific criteria: 100% comfortable, pet friendly, modern, easy to clean, large enough for everyone to lounge on, and not made in China. I'm so grateful to have found Bachman! I ended up buying a floor model and received it within just a few days of purchase. Communication around delivery was perfect. Everyone at Bachman was very helpful and friendly. Ashley was wonderful, and a big help during each of my (three) visits. She also set me up with packaging to return the couch I'd bought online. And she has since sent me options for additional pet-friendly seating for a specific nook I'm looking to furnish. While their online inventory may not be as easy to navigate, I highly recommend visiting Bachman's showroom the next time you're in the market for quality furniture and excellent service. In fact, the fabric has held up all of these years with children and dogs! However, the back cushions were sagging and the seats welt cords had worn through. Looked to replace the sofa, but found nothing that compared to this piece. Brought the cushions to the Greenfield store and even though the company that made this sofa was no longer in business, they agreed to add fill and delete the welt cords and renew the cushions. It only took 4 days (had them back in time to watch the NCAA tourney which made my husband happy!) and the couch looks like new! Thank you to Anthony and Michael for an awesome job!!! We are so grateful to have had the option to keep our beloved sectional and still feel as if it was new for a very reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend your store to all of my friends!!!

I was really impressed by the quality of things she had to offer. There were some truly unique finds that were so cool that I almost wondered if I could wear a bell bottom jumper with Paisley patterns. There was also a very strange purse that was completely beaded with oddly colors and kind of creepy looking cats. I was intrigued but decided maybe the neon cats would better serve someone else. She also has some art by local artists and interesting jewelery and trinkets. A friend got me a hilarious pillow from there that was a tomatoe wearing stockings and shoes. The prices were very reasonable to me. The more expensive things were the very unique items you would have a hard time finding anywhere else. Of course it won't be as cheap as Good Will, but these clothes are legit vintage. If you like these sorts of things I highly recommend checking it out!
