Saw 3 workers walking down the main isle towards me, all on their phones and using language that is not fit for the work place. They didnt move out of the way for us so we had to step aside into the clothing racks to get out of their way. The isles always seem to be full of merchandise to put away and the staff that works to put it all away dont want to help customers. Also, when you can hear emplyess yelling profanities to eachother in the store, that is a huge sign of poor managemet at this location. The only thing that this store provides besides cheap prices is an example of how a store shoudnt operate.

I opted for the self-checkout line... no I'm not one of those people who doesn't understand how the whole thing works, no I'm not one of those people who talks to the machine thinking that it can hear me... I know how it works and I think it works very efficiently when I have a small amount of groceries. One night I had bought a pack of nail files among my other items. I scanned it through and put it in the bag. Because it was so light, the computer did not register me putting the nail files in the bag, so the whole process stopped. I looked around for a staff member and when he was finished chatting about his weekend with another staff member he made his way over and told me quite rudely that I needed to scan the item and put it in the bag before I could scan the next item. I simply said, "I know, but that's not the problem" and proceeded to tell him that the nail files were too light. He rolled his eyes and did whatever it is they do to the computer and walked away. I haven't been back since, I found the new Pick 'n' Save in Waukesha just as nice and with friendlier staff.

If they can't pronounce the names of your medications, they shouldn't even be selling them to you. Even my illegal drug dealer in the 1970s could pronounce the names of his products. But for the stuff you might want to get at the drug store, like cellophane tape, envelopes, candy bars, hand lotion, or foot powder, this is one of the better Walgreens.

I had no problem with that because things happen, but two hours went by and I didn't hear a single thing so I gave them a call at 6pm. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and never talked to anyone so I hung up and called again and talked to someone right away and was told it would be done in an hour (7pm) and I could pick it up. I got a called, text, and app notification that I could pick it up, also after talking to someone. I drove 30 minutes to the store and they told me I couldn't pick it up for another 4 days. So not only did an employee tell me I could get it today, I also received a text and app notification. Further, I was stuck on hold for over 30 minutes. Lastly, the pharmacist is extremely rude there.
