I typically love these restaurants. Service is always stellar, food is great. My husband and I got here tonight at 9. We were the only people in line at the time. There were 6 employees behind the counter, at least one of which was a manager. We were not even acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Not a "we'll be right with you" or anything. The employee that did take our order was pretty polite, but was complaining about having been here for 14 hours. Absolutely horrible location. Have had multiple missing items during our many visits. Learned my lesson tonight will never go back to this location. Bill was $58 so a big money order had a 30 piece nuggets received no sauce. Missing all of our desserts. Called 3 times and said no one is available to take the call WHAT at an open restaurant. Drove back trying to find receipt she said nothing can be done for the 2 cookies and 1 brownie without it even though horrible experience. She was very rude when stating about the sauce didn't apologize kept saying without receipt nothing. I said I'll find the receipt can I come in we close in a half hour if closed can't help. I'm right here it's not going to take me that long. Found the receipt in bag went in no brownie. I don't write a lot of reviews but after all of this and then the horrible treatment had to. Wow! Got here at 9:30 at night and have been sitting in the drive thru for 28 minutes.....still waiting on my food. There are at least 8 employees inside, the oldest looks to be hitting puberty maybe in the next year? I didn't realize this Chick-fil-A location actually had to chase and capture the chickens before being able to cook them! Do not come to this location unless you want to stare at a bunch of 13 year olds standing around doing absolutely nothing! The Brookfield location is 100 times better run. read more

Just ate lunch here. The food was hot, fries crispy. The lines line, as was the wait which I expected on a weekday. However, the staff was super friendly so I didn't mind as much. The atmosphere was family friendly, so my niece and nephew had a great time playing with the other kids in the play place. read more

Every Chick-fil-a I have been to the employees have always been amazing. The employees here are nice but they didn't seem as nice as every other chick-fil-a I've been to. I also asked for some chick-fil-a sauce (I was in the drive thru) and when I went home to dive into my food, there wasn't any sauce in there! I was a little upset, but I settled for some ketchup at home. Remember to ask at the window or you probably won't get any sauce!! read more

Came here for breakfast on Grand opening day. Sat in the drive thru while a worker was talking to a truck at the window for almost a half hour. I was only the fifth car in line. I left without my order and was late to work. Called the owner who said it was due to training. So... people don't know enough to serve customers is a training issue now??? Let my office building know about the bad vibe and customer service. There are plenty of other places on Capitol Drive to put up with this. As I stepped into Chick-Fil-A, the newest fast food restaurant in town, I expected the experience to be like any other fast food experience: cheap ingredients, high fat meats, and terrible customer service in an attempt to get you out the door as fast as possible. Chick-Fil-A surpassed every expectation and proved to be much more than the average McDonald's, Taco Bell, or Culver's. My first visit to Chick-Fil-A was accompanied by the infamous Chick-Fil-A sandwich which contains whole chicken breast meat that is breaded in house and two pickles in between a perfectly buttered bun. The lightly salted classic Chick-Fil-A waffle fries, a very nice alternative to the regular fires available at other fast food restaurants, adding the perfect salty side to the savory sandwich. For my drink, I had Chick-Fil-A lemonade consisting of only two main ingredients--pure cane sugar and water. For my sauce, I choose creamy buttermilk ranch from a long list of options including buffalo, barbecue, honey mustard, Polynesian, and the popular Chick-Fil-A sauce. This meal was served to me for only $5.95. Not only was I impressed with the food at Chick-Fil-A, but their service strongly displayed their mission to take care of their employees, customers, and community. Chick-Fil-A's employees southern hospitality is evident with the response of "my pleasure" instead of the average saying "your welcome" to customers. Also, Chick-Fil-A employees are constantly smiling with an eagerness to serve their customers. This attitude comes from the company genuinely caring about their employees by covering costs for a worker's education, financially supporting them during personal emergency, and encouraging employees to follow their dreams. Chick-Fil-A's employees have a great work ethic which makes for very short wait times. When I went on the second day of Chick-Fil-A being open, I expected to wait for 30 minutes as I observed the completely full parking lot and the drive thru line that never seemed to end. However, I only waited 5 minutes from the time I arrived to when I sat down with my food. Chick-Fil-A anticipated the large amounts of customers and had extra employee's circulating through the restaurant, making sure the process flowed smoothly. One complaint that some people have is that Chick-Fil-A only serves people who like chicken. However, the Chick-Fil-A menu contains a wide variety of fresh salads including the Spicy Southwest Salad With Chili Lime Vinaigrette, the Cobb Salad, and Market Salad. Each of these salads can be accompanied with chicken and served for $8.19. Also, Chick-Fil-A serves an Egg White Grill Sandwich for $3.95, a Grilled Cool Wrap for $6.55, and multiple different seasonal soup options. Chick-Fil-A offers food that their customers feel good about eating like boneless breasts of chicken with no fillers or preservatives only from US farms. Within the next 10 years, Chick-Fil-A has made a commitment to source only 100% cage-free eggs. The combination of Chick-Fil-A's positive atmosphere, quality food, and strong beliefs made me extremely pleased with the fast food restaurant. I've been to this location a few times and had great food and service. However last night at about 9:00 p.m. the service was seriously lacking. (Look at negative Google reviews because 9:00 p.m. seems to be the common time.) I drove right up to the order station and the young guy taking my order was great. The young girl at the window was fantastic. The gentlemen with the glasses inside however was a COMPLETE DISTRACTION to the employees. I think it may have been a manager. He was constantly clowning around and joking with the employees as I waited for my food for about 5-7 minutes at the window. I get it; good employee relations, but that was ridiculously distracting. Let your good employees do their job, don't distract them, that's how orders get messed up. Look at the reviews of incorrect orders. Was he responsible because he was distracting them? read more

I'm not entirely sold on this location yet. The first time I went, there must have been some glitches with the drive thru because they have people standing out there taking orders on ipads, but I didn't really get the whole story. The 2nd time I went, I was siting in the drive thru for a good 5 minutes and the line hadn't moved yet. My car was in a position where I could back up, park, and go inside to order, so I decided to do that. I placed my order inside and the cashier gave me my food before my debit card had even gone through the transaction, which was great. Then I just needed to wait on a shake. So I waited, and waited, and waited. I had been waiting at least 10 minutes, and watched like 4 different workers just stand there, as if there wasn't anything to do (there was a line of 10 at the register). Finally I went up and asked a random worker he if could check on it, and I watched him walk over and grab a shake that had just been sitting on the counter, right next to the 4 different workers that previously I had watched stand there doing nothing. It was half melted and clearly had been sitting there basically the 10 minutes I had been waiting. I feel like here, and at most chick fil a's (and maybe fast food placed in general), people have really specific tasks they are supposed to do (like bring shakes out to people waiting) but when that one person fails to do their job, no one else knows how to compensate. read more
