Ordered ahead and order was not on time waited more than 15 minutes on top of ordering way head

Honest to god the best bloody T-Bell I've ever had. Restaurant is clean, quiet, and orderly. Employee offered to take our order in person or over the kiosk. Food came quickly. But most importantly, THE FOOD!! Ordered 6 hard shell tacos, EACH AND EVERY taco was genuinely hard; not that soggy BS you get everywhere else. EACH AND EVERY taco was intact at the bottom-- no meat and cheese dribbling out onto the paper wrap, easy as pie to consume. EACH AND EVERY taco was layered meat, lettuce, *then* cheese (which I never even realized was a possibility), so that instead of the marshy-glommed-up-muck of cheesy meat (or is it meaty-cheese idk) that is typical of Taco Bell, I got cold, distinct cheese layered in to every bite. If you like Taco Bell, and more specifically Taco Bell's hard shell tacos, I cannot recommend enough. read more

Honestly I had a great experience at this location the other day. I did a mobile order at 11:30 and picked it up at midnight. Since it was late I was expecting the food to be put together poorly and for the worker to seem tired (which would be fair at 12:00 am). Instead my food was put together well and the guy at the drive through window was super nice and professional. read more

I seldom get fast food, especially for breakfast, but I'm working in Sussex this week and there aren't many options. I was totally surprised that my quick breakfast stop was very pleasant today. Both employees were super friendly and welcoming, and my breakfast tacos were served hot and fresh. Can't believe I am writing a 5-star review for a fast food place but I was really impressed by this Taco Bell location. I have received seriously slow service from incompetent and/or unfriendly servers at some non-fast food restaurants here in Sussex before, and the food wasn't even as good as my breakfast tacos were today. I don't usually eat at Taco Bell because it lacks authenticity, but today I decided to give the mimic food a shot. I ordered the new dippers with high hopes, since the commercial makes them seem good. Firstly they are very tiny, but that is not the problem. They include a dipping sauce(choice of 3), however when I ordered I was not asked about my choice. I got to the window and told the clerk my choice of sauce, which was nacho cheese. We looked each other directly in The eye and I was certain they would get it right, of course I was wrong. I got a disgusting chipotle sauce instead of my request. It's really frustrating when workers intentionally mess up your order like this. Even more annoying when you waste your hard earned money and don't even get what you ordered. For a second update on this review, ask a seagull at a Wisconsin landfill because that's where this is going. Totally annoyed. One star since they failed to deliver on my order, and I didn't even get what I ordered. I would leave no star if it were possible. read more

Really people. How slow can you go? Manager on phone, one counter person running around with her head cut off with a new trainee, two guys on the line with only one of them actually working. Took Almost 10 minutes for my food to come out and I'm in the dining room. They were processing drive thru first but that wasn't even any faster. They are the worst service I've ever seen. If you can't have something like meat in your food or cheese if you're lactose intolerant. They'll still put it on most of the time even if they say they'll make sure it won't be on it. Even when you're the only customer ordering at the time. read more

This is the classic fast food restaurant with an above average manager with employees that you can tell are all friends but work hard together. Food was good because who I am kidding Taco Bell is the most high risk high reward restaurant in the United States. I went to taco bell today after taking my kid to baseball. When we got our tacos. My son ran straight for the bathroom. All I could hear was the screams of him crying and the shit coming out his crusty ass cheeks. After he finally let it all loose. I went their to help my almost dead child. He was lying the floor with his toilet paper in his ass. I look in the toilet and all I see is orange and brown shit with tomato chunks. I tried my food and the taco meat taste like horse dong. It actually make might be horse dong now that I think of it. I would've gave it lower but the service actually helped me and my son get the crust out the edges of his booty pipes. Absolutely the slowest fast food I have ever been to. Horrible dine in experience, watched 10+ drive thru meals go out the window while I waited 30+minutes in the lobby. Not a single sorry for the wait or anything, horrible attitudes in the back as I can hear them complain about being busy, it's your jobs at 6 pm dinner rush.
