The Brewers made a home run in the 4th inning so all attendees earned a reward for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich- Thursdays are busy so I saved it until its final redemption day to try it out. I ordered ahead in the app for mobile drive thru pick up! No line on that side of the drive thru you do merge with the other traffic but just at the very end so not bad at all!! I also ordered fries with some rewards points I had and then nuggets and Mac and Cheese for work tomorrow. The sandwich was good not too spicy and great with the ranch. I like to eat the waffle fries with the chick-fil-a sauce - their waffle fries are great. Tomorrow I'll use the honey mustard and bbq for the nuggets. I got 2 sandwiches and a sunjoy from this location yesterday. Roughly two hours after eating, the food had me vomiting so hard it tore up my throat and nose and I was leaking blood into the vomit. The staff got my order wrong TWICE, service was quite slow, and the food did not taste/was cooked as well as it is at other CFA locations. The overall ambience and the look of the store wasn't great, with many tables and the floor being quite dirty. This is a great CFA! It has all the classic CFA food which is always hot and cooked well. The workers are very friendly and helpful, even with kids in tow. The place is almost always clean (one exception being very occasionally at busy times, the tables around the play area could use a little extra wipe). The drive thru is always pretty quick. We have been countless times. The kids love the play area, and the location is convenient for grabbing something while doing other errands and such. Oh, and there is plenty of parking! read more

So they had staff taking orders and others charging patrons. They were also prepared with gear and face masks. Which is highly appreciated. Suggestion to the business: Keep an eye on the cars in line. The car next to us opened the window and dumped all its trash on the street right before getting his order taken. This is the first time in forever (cue the Frozen soundtrack) that I have had Chick-fil-a. They had one in the San Jose, Costa Rica, airport, and I remember them from my childhood in Phoenix. I'm sure the franchise has come a long way since then.... I ordered ahead, approximately 10 minutes. It was around 1:15pm on a Friday and the place was JUMPIN! Countless cars in the drive thru and employees taking orders ahead of the actual speaker box. People going in and out of the actual restaurant, cars everywhere. Not going to lie, it was a bit overwhelming. I managed to park without accident, and walked inside. Absolutely packed. I'd say it was at capacity. It appeared like organized chaos. I just stood by the orders/door dash pickup station. After a few moments, I realized the website said there was a problem with my order... I politely inquired and told them my name. Just like that, BOOM, there was my order. Incredible! The couple of employees I encountered were very nice despite being overwhelmed. One said they have been much busier than normal following that video of Giannis ordering the day after the Bucks Championship win. I rushed to my car and back home to enjoy the food. The fries weren't as great as I had wanted - my husband said they were not seasoned like "normal." My chicken sandwich was, dare I say, actually pretty delicious. My views of certain topics of interest differ than the ownership, but I had to check it out. It seemed like all the employees were organized and not panicking... I think having the business closed 1 day/week is a good practice - at least the employees aren't stuck working F/Sat/Sun. Speaking from experience, that gets challenging very quickly. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is sweet music to my ears. Give me that with some waffle fries and a large Diet Dr Pepper and I will commit any crime you ask me to. The service here is impeccable. Honestly the nicest staff I've ever experienced (even for the high standard that CFA has at all their locations). And it is so fast even though there seems to always be a massive line. Some things were not made clear on the order form and what bothered me was when ordering for curbside pickup, they don't allow you to schedule a pick up time nor do they give you a ballpark estimate time when the food will be ready for pickup. It took a fourth time before my order went thru, the first 3 times, I got a message that they were having trouble processing my order. Been here a handful of times. Its the closest Chick-fil-A to me and since I live in Oshkosh I cant make it often unless I am in the area for some reason. I really hope they get to the Fox Cities soon. Chick-fil-A is one fast food place that I have always gotten amazing service at no matter the location. Was looking for a bite to eat at lunch today and my associate recommended Chick-Fil-A. We choose the Chik-Fil-A on W. Capitol Dr. location. We choose to dine in after observing what appeared to be a mile long drive thru line. Before we could get approx 100 feet from the entrance doors, two employees opened both the exterior and interior doors for us. We felt like king's immediately upon entering the restaurant. Once inside, I noticed the cleanliness and welcoming the dining area was (ie: social distancing seating). When placing our order, we both asked if we could substitute an item and we're not charged the additional fee. The cashier also gave us Chik-Fil-A award winning sauce. I gotta say I absolutely love this sauce...it kicks more ass than Bruce Lee!!! I should note that I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and my associate ordered the Chicken Tenders. My sandwich was delicious and I was told the Tenders were phenomenal! During our stay, we were greeted by the "hostess" Alex. Alex was extremely friendly! He refreshed our drinks, got us extra napkins, extra ketchup packets, and even offered to swat this pesky fly that landed around our table. Alex-Keep up the great work! After our meal, we chatted with a few employees to inform them how wicked awesome our experience was and reported to them that we will be back! I think I can be considered a "regular" here, after visiting many, many times and being recognized by the owner and staff. I love this Chick-fil-A. They take their service to the next level here, and you can truly feel the difference between other fast food places. Not only are they prompt with service but they are absolute joys during the process. They usually have smiles ready for you and a "my pleasure" to complete your experience. I guess I'm confused on chick-fil-a being a new thing in southeastern Wisconsin because we had one in Regency Mall in Racine since the'80s. Spicy chicken sandwich is great. It's been weeks now with long lines and I got in for the dinner menu and I had the spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. It's just good and simple with a bun, good chicken and pickles. I still think this is a cult like place because it's always freakin busy and I look at it every day with amazement at how many people wait in long lines for the food. I'm not a big chicken fan as you can tell from my reviews but it's pretty dam good and will be the chicken place. It's juicy, fresh and spicy which is an explosion In the mouth. My favorite is the Spicy Chicken sandwich because a: it's spicy and b. it's chicken! It is cooked to perfection, tender chicken with a spicy shell, and I love love love dipping it in their famous Chick-Fil-A sauce! Their waffle fries are way too good to not sneak a few from the bag before you get home (even if they burn your tongue a bit from being hot off the fryer). The staff is always friendly (you'll get very used to the phrase "my pleasure" after every thank you that you give them), and the place is clean and inviting. Chick-fil-A is a newer chain to Wisconsin still and it quickly became a staple in my life. Not only has every single thing I have ordered there been delicious, fresh and correct but the "southern" like service is incredible. They are always quick to help, go out of their way to take your tray, refill your soda, ask if you need anything else, assure that your order is correct and timely. The owner of this location quickly started to recognize us as we are typically there weekly and never hesitates to share a warm smile, wave or a quick conversation. This specific location is great! Clearly, the Southern-based corporate policy of "southern hospitality" has been well trained here. For the most part, I feel that the employees are very genuine. They had it correct on the receipt but They forgot the sauces and my meal was incredibly dry without it. I called and complained and they told me to go back through the drive thru which took 15 minutes. Chick fil a is a great restaurant. Have great treatment 99 percent of the time. I travel a lot so this is my go to restaurant. This location also got my drink wrong earlier that week. This is the only location I have had issues at on a regular basis.
