My husband was astounded at the generous portion of gyro meat on his pita, and said it was incredibly flavorful and the accompanying marinated red onions and tomatoes enhanced the meat well. He, too, praised the thick, creamy tzatziki sauce, but he ended up taking at least a third of his gyro home to enjoy tomorrow. Consistently the Worst McDonald's Experience…read more Every time I come to this McDonald's, they take my order, then have me pull forward "for a short wait," and I end up sitting there for 30 minutes--today included. All I ordered was two meals, nothing complicated. While I waited, I watched the entire drive-thru line get served and an entirely new rush come and go before I got my food. Let me be clear: this isn't the employees' fault. They're doing what they're told. The real problem is management and how this location is run. It's clearly a systemic issue when this happens every single visit. Other McDonald's--sometimes with longer lines and fewer workers--can get me the same order in under five minutes without all the chaos. The pull-ahead system here is broken. It's frustrating and honestly feels like they're just trying to make their numbers look better on paper while ignoring the actual customer experience. If I'm waiting 30 minutes for fast food, that's not fast food--it's a joke. Do better.
